本发明涉及录像机中使用的接地系统,更确切地说,涉及一种改进的、用来消除录像机中转鼓所产生的静电的接地系统。
众所周知,带有包括转鼓和静鼓的磁头磁鼓组件的录像机通常设置有接地系统,该系统用于消除来自转鼓的静电,因为在转鼓和磁带之间产生的静电会使再现或录像的信号产生噪音。
参照图1,其表示一种在诸如美国专利US 4,623,944的已有技术中的接地系统。如图所示,接地系统10带有一个装在盖体上的支架12,固定在支架12上的片簧14,和通过片簧14压靠在磁头磁鼓组件的转轴18上的电刷16。片簧14和电刷16构成电耦合器13。片簧14上带有孔15,电刷16插在该孔中。由于片簧14通常是由薄金属制成的,所以很难借助机械装置将电刷16牢固地连接到片簧14上。因此,常常采用导电粘合剂将电刷16与片簧14相粘合,这种导电粘合剂需要经热处理来固化。但是这样的粘合过程和热处理是麻烦的和费时的。
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种磁头磁鼓组件的改进的接地系统,由于其构成过程中不需要使用粘合剂从而简化了磁头磁鼓的生产过程。
本发明的上述和其它目的是通过在录像机中安装用于使磁头磁鼓组件产生的静电形成放电的接地系统而实现的;所说的磁头磁鼓组件包括固定到录像机内部盖体上的静鼓和通过旋转轴可转动地耦接到静鼓上的转鼓,其中所说的接地系统包括:
由导电材料制成的弹簧件,其安装在盖体上,该弹簧件上带有一个凸缘和由凸缘围绕的孔;和
紧密地插在凸缘和孔中的电刷,该电刷与旋转轴相接触。
其中所说的电刷用石墨制成。
其中所说的弹簧件用黄铜制成。

图1是已有技术接地系统中电耦合器的放大剖面图;
图2表示使用本发明所述接地系统的磁头磁鼓组件的纵向剖面图;和

参照图2,其表示包含本发明所述接地系统50的录像机中的磁头磁鼓组件20。如图所示,磁头磁鼓组件20设有由凸起件24支撑的转鼓22,和固定在盖体28上的静鼓26。与凸起件24紧密配合的转轴30由一对径向轴承可转动地支撑,所述轴承分别位于静鼓26的两端。盖体28带有一个与之相连的支架52,并与地或录像机的共用线电性连接。
接地系统50具有一个固定到支架52上的电耦合器54。电耦合器54与转轴30相接触。由转鼓22产生的静电顺序通过凸起件24、转轴30、电耦合器54和盖28送至大地。
图3表示图2所示电耦合器54的放大剖面图。电耦合器54包括弹簧件56和导电刷58。弹簧件56是用薄的刚性和导电材料例如黄铜制成的。弹簧件56实际上是扁平的。弹簧件56的一个端部可以通过例如螺栓与支架52相接合。弹簧件56上带有一个由圆形凸缘62围绕的孔60。孔60和凸缘62是通过例如冲压而形成的。
电刷58是由例如石墨制成的。电刷58包括柱形主体和半球形端部。电刷58的半球形端部与转轴30弹性接触。电刷58的主体紧紧地插入弹簧件56的孔60中从而被凸缘62牢牢地抓住。弹簧件56和电刷58的这种结构使它们之间很容易进行装配而不必使用粘合剂。
虽然已对本发明的最佳实施例进行了展示和描述,但是很明显,对熟悉本领域的技术人员来说在不脱离由以下权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对本发明作出各种改变和改进。

Claims (3)

1、一种其中装有使磁头磁鼓组件中形成的静电产生放电的接地系统的录像机,所说的磁头磁鼓组件包括固定到录像机内部盖体上的静鼓和通过旋转轴可转动地耦接到静鼓上的转鼓,其中所说的接地系统包括:
由导电材料制成的弹簧件,其安装在盖体上,该弹簧件上带有一个凸缘和由凸缘围绕的孔;和
紧密地插在弹簧件上的凸缘和孔中的电刷,该电刷与旋转轴相接触。
2、如权利要求1所述的录像机,其中所说的电刷用石墨制成。
3、如权利要求1所述的录像机,其中所说的弹簧件用黄铜制成。
