技术领域
本发明涉及向下可接近的悬挂天花板。
背景技术
一种类型的悬吊天花板系统包括依靠弹簧来相对于网架元件的下侧垂直地保持镶板的网架和镶板。一般地,弹簧设置在镶板的相对边缘上。弹簧可以是具有从中心盘圈延伸的一对臂的扭力式。在自由状态下,臂宽地张开以便在由网架的平面处的狭槽或止动件限制时,臂对着网架向上牵拉镶板。
众所周知的是以使臂能够相对于镶板的背面平放用于装运目以及从镶板横向向外延伸的方式附连弹簧。后者定向使得面板为方便起见能够在从天花板之上进入风室时通过一侧上的弹簧臂悬挂于网架。
一般地,难以快速和准确地将弹簧安装镶板定位在重叠网架上,因此镶板之间的接合点通常明显地是不规则的。这种薄弱的配准可能是依赖悬吊弹簧以横向和纵向地将镶板定位在水平面中的结果。
发明内容
本发明实施为将悬吊弹簧附连至天花板镶板的新式多功能夹片。夹片使弹簧能够铰接通过180度用于运输和方便进入。另外,夹片可以相对于镶板将弹簧保持在90度定向以便于安装。除其将悬吊弹簧附连至镶板的作用以外,夹片还用于将镶板精确地定位在网架上。夹片的定位功能使镶板能够快速和精确地安装。如所公开的,夹片可以从弹簧的目的中消除水平定位功能。
在优选的实施例中,夹片是一体金属板模锻件,一体金属板模锻件具有用作在其上捕获悬吊弹簧的盘圈的铰链销的弯曲指状物。该指状物或铰链销布置在夹片的一对间隔止动件之间,一对间隔止动件抑制从盘圈延伸的弹簧臂的伸展。止动件摩擦地将弹簧臂保持在90度定向中。在该定向中,弹簧最容易被夹持以便由安装人员或技师将弹簧臂对准并插入到重叠网架龙骨中的容纳狭槽内。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,用于悬吊天花板的天花板镶板10具有矩形形状,其可以是正方形或如图1所示的矩形。镶板的标称尺寸包括2英尺×2英尺以及2英尺×4英尺。本公开中给定的尺寸旨在包括工业计量等同尺寸。
图示镶板10由金属板形成,一般为0.032英寸规格的铝,并且使其四个边缘向上弯曲以形成基本垂直侧壁11。给予镶板10浅盘结构的侧壁11可以从镶板的正面标称1英寸高。侧壁11可以弯曲稍微超过90度,使其与镶板10的平面形成例如85度的内包角。
镶板10以传统方式通过从下方将其附连至悬吊网架来使用。网架一般由主龙骨和横向龙骨制成,两者均由倒T形形状的碾压成形金属板制成。标称为2英尺或4英尺长以及可选择地达到8英尺长的横向龙骨或T形梁加工狭槽以容纳固定至镶板的弹簧。在图5中示出4英尺横向龙骨12。横向龙骨12的凸缘15中的狭槽13、14的细节在图6中示出。
悬吊弹簧17通过本发明的夹片18附连到镶板10。夹片18优选地形成为单件金属板锻件。夹片18可以例如由0.047英寸规格的热镀镀锌钢制成。夹片18具有带有腹板19的U形通道的一般形状。腹板19一般垂直地定向并且在下腿21与上腿22之间延伸。夹片18的下腿21在其远侧边缘的中间具有凹口23。上部相对腿22被分成纵向间隔区域26。从上腿22和腹板19的相应的中间部分切割狭条27。在狭条27的远端部的相对侧上进行切口,使得颈部28定尺寸成摩擦地锁定在下腿21上的凹口23中。区域26的相互面对边缘31间隔开预定距离以恰当地接合组装在狭条27上的相关悬吊弹簧17。边缘31在倾斜中间部分32处形成梯级以控制弹簧17的定位。
每个上腿区域26具有升高舌片36,两个舌片处于共用的陡倾平面中,使得舌片接近垂直。每个舌片36在37处倾斜,使得舌片的顶部小于其宽度。
所示出的弹簧17是具有单个盘圈40和一对分叉臂41的扭力线材式。在弹簧17的自由状态中,臂41可以彼此之间形成例如135度的角。臂的自由端部弯曲稍微超过180度以提高保持力并且避免与横向龙骨凸缘15中的狭槽14的潜在干涉。
狭条27的宽度定尺寸成以足够的间隙容纳在弹簧盘圈40中,以允许盘圈沿着狭条运动以及围绕狭条枢转。在狭条最后以其颈部22在凹口23中而组装之前,弹簧圈40组装在狭条27上。狭条27用作用于弹簧17的铰链销。
镶板具有位于一对相对边缘中的每一个上的至少一个夹片和弹簧组件。在所示实施例中,夹片18通过空心铆钉式紧固件39固定至相应侧壁11的内部。侧壁11在夹片18处加工有在弹簧铰接在镶板10的外部时用于弹簧17的间隙的切口。
横向龙骨12在其下部凸缘15处具有位于对应于镶板夹片18和弹簧17的位置的规则位置处的两对贯穿狭槽13。
例如,上述位置可以位于1英尺中心上或为1英尺的倍数。相对于横向龙骨12的中心位于凸缘15的一侧上的由腹板42表示(图7)的一对狭槽13稍微错开,以应对由盘圈40形成的弹簧臂41偏移。图3示出处于缩回位置的典型弹簧17,在缩回位置处弹簧17朝内并且适当地覆盖镶板的背面;该位置对于镶板10的包装和运输有用。
图1和图2示出夹片和弹簧组件的特征,在此,止动边缘31将弹簧臂41摩擦地保持在直立的垂直或接近垂直平面中。由于其消除了弹簧17的组合手动操作,因此该功能可以便于镶板10的安装。为了将弹簧臂41插入适当组的狭槽13中,安装人员仅需要将臂挤压在一起以使其能够与狭槽配准。不需要臂从镶板10之上或从镶板的空间的外部的主要铰链运动。
夹片的另一个特征是通过向上定向的舌片36提供的精确对准功能。舌片36在镶板10的纵向和横向上与横向龙骨狭槽14精确地配位(index)。弹簧臂41首先插入其相应的狭槽13中。在由相关弹簧臂引起的垂直向上作用力的影响下舌片36将转位到相关开口边缘网架龙骨狭槽或槽口14内,当相关弹簧臂布置在狭槽中时相关弹簧臂朝向横向龙骨凸缘15向上偏置镶板。当镶板10靠近所需位置并且沿着横向龙骨12运动以将舌片36咬合到相应的狭槽14内时,向上的弹簧力是有效的,由此将镶板10纵向恰当地定位在横向龙骨12上。
舌片36的与垂直方向的倾斜角用于在弹簧17朝向横向龙骨牵拉夹片18时相对于镶板的相对侧上的横向龙骨12使镶板10横向地居中。
图8示出精确地定位在具有横向龙骨12的最终组件中的镶板10的夹片和弹簧组件。将看到的是夹片舌片36完全容纳在边缘狭槽14中。沿横向龙骨12的纵向方向在舌片36与狭槽14之间具有可忽略的纵向间隙,在横向方向上基本没有间隙。舌片36的倾角将舌片导入狭槽14内,夹片被调节成相对于狭槽14的底部横向紧固地定位舌片。
从上文将看到镶板10的若干夹片18有效地将镶板横向和纵向地精确定位在天花板网架的水平平面中,该定位与相应的弹簧17的水平位置无关,可以理解的是其自由地容纳在狭槽13中以及狭条27上。
图9示出在镶板的一侧与悬吊网架46脱离以提供通向悬吊天花板以上的指示为47的风室的入口。如图所示,弹簧17的铰链镶板10的足迹的外部的能力使得镶板在安装到网架46上时能够在其所占据的空间的侧面处下悬。该悬挂位置提供了对风室现成入口,以及提供了临时存储镶板10的相对安全地方。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于悬吊天花板的镶板,所述镶板在平面视图中为具有两对相对边缘的矩形轮廓,具有两个分叉臂的悬吊弹簧在两个相对镶板边缘中的每一个处安装在所述镶板的后侧上,每个弹簧以允许所述臂位于基本平行于由镶板的正面限定的平面中、允许所述臂在基本垂直于所述正面平面的平面中向后突出以及允许所述臂在基本平行于所述正面平面的平面中位于所述镶板的外部的布置安装在所述镶板上,所述弹簧安装布置使得所述弹簧能够处于稳定状态中,以利用通过所述弹簧的臂朝向彼此约束而由所述弹簧引起的力占用向后突出的定向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镶板,包括定位器元件,所述定位器元件从所述镶板向后适当地突出,以使所述镶板与悬吊网架配位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的镶板,其中,所述安装布置包括所述定位器元件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的镶板,其中,通过由单件金属板锻制的金属板夹片提供所述安装布置。
5.一种用于悬吊天花板的镶板,所述镶板在平面视图中为具有两对相对边缘的矩形轮廓,悬吊弹簧在两个相对镶板边缘中的每一个处具有两个分叉臂,定位器元件刚性地固定至所述镶板并且向后适当地突出超出所述镶板,所述定位器元件具有导向表面,当所述镶板沿两个垂直的水平方向错开小距离时,所述导向表面能够使所述镶板与悬吊的网架元件的边缘配准。
6.根据权利要求5所述的镶板,其中,所述定位器元件由附连至所述镶板的后侧的夹片提供。
7.根据权利要求6所述的镶板,其中,所述夹片包括布置成将所述镶板横向地导向与网架构件配准的直立舌片。
8.根据权利要求7所述的镶板,其中,所述夹片布置成将开口侧凹口接合在网架龙骨的边缘中。
