本发明涉及一种用于要以介质(例如油、气体、致冷剂以及类似物)来加注的容器的加注头,特别是用于在生产汽车的装配线上首次以工作介质加注容器,其中加注头配有软管组件、电气管线、气动管线以及液压管线。
背景技术
对于大量的技术应用而言,必须以液体或气体加注容器。就此典型的应用领域是车辆,对于车辆而言,需要以润滑剂、冷却剂以及其他工作介质来加注壳体、循环回路、补偿容器以及类似装置。就此必须在制造过程中例如以刹车油、伺服用油、冷却液、致冷剂、挡风玻璃清洗液以及燃料来加注车辆。这些介质通过加注设备通过软管以及特定的加注头而给入到车辆的各个循环回路中。在此,这些软管通常包含多个为了真空冲击、回吸、加注以及类似目的而设的具有不同功能的管线。
为了实施加注,工人必须根据加注设备的相应的位置而将具有软管组件的加注头引至车辆并且在此处连接到要加注的回路的连接部。
加注头设有用于过程控制的阀体,以便于在不同的过程步骤中打开或关闭介质管线。为此,至今主要使用所谓的gamma阀或夹管阀、座阀或共轴阀。在此,最后提及的共轴阀特别适合在加注头中的使用,因为共轴阀相对于其他部件而言特别具有以下有利的特性:
-在大截面的条件下同时小的结构尺寸
-不易脏污并且使用寿命长
-较快的打开和关闭时间
-不需要压力差
-抗反作用力并且能交互地通流
-要连通的压力对于该阀并不具有任何影响并且该阀因此不能无意间压紧。
在至今常见的共轴阀中,在关闭状态下,控制管由活塞借助于压缩空气挤压在阀座垫圈上。由此通过阀座垫圈来封闭控制管并且阻塞该介质。通过将压缩空气转入到活塞的其他压力室内,控制管从阀座垫圈移开,从而就此将流通量释放。
尽管具有上述已知的相对于其他阀构造类型而言的功能性优势,在至今已知的用于加注头的共轴阀的使用中还是存在许多问题。因此必须使介质管线围绕阀座垫圈而多重地转向,以便于保持轴向的流动方向。然而这却是流体力学上不利的。通过这个必需的转向使得阀必须更大并且使构造因此更复杂且高成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,在结构上这样改变共轴阀,使得在特别在加注头中使用的情况下达到更好的流动性能。与此同时应该减小结构尺寸、制造成本以及部件重量。
该目的这样达到,即,使加注头在自身的加注头头部的区域内设有共轴阀,该共轴阀从入口横截面起始首先具有平行于阀纵轴延伸的流动轮廓,该流动轮廓在接下来的流动走向中转变为以与阀纵轴成直角延伸到出口截面的流动轮廓。
在平行于阀纵轴延伸的流动轮廓到与阀纵轴成直角延伸的流动轮廓的过渡区域处,构造圆锥形的折流面。该折流面的圆锥顶对准平行于阀纵轴延伸的流动轮廓的中央纵轴。与此同时该圆锥顶在一个平面中终止(auslaufen),在该平面中设有与阀纵轴成直角延伸的流动轮廓。
因此,在这两个相互成直角延伸的流动轮廓的过渡区域处,以相对于现有构造而言流动性更佳的性能实现了介质管线的以90°的转向。这特别基于,相应的介质在共轴阀中仅需唯一一次转向,而相对地迄今为止则需要四重转向。
此外,圆锥形的折流面促成了有效的并且还平缓的流动转向。通过免除多重转向,必然减小了整体组件的结构尺寸以及重量,由此还减小了对应的加注头头部的重量。这对于工人而言改善了对加注头的操纵。最后,通过共轴阀的当前更简化的结构也降低了制造成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于要以介质来加注的容器的加注头,特别是用于在生产汽车的装配线上首次以工作介质加注容器,其中加注头配有软管组件、电气管线、气动管线以及液压管线,其特征在于,加注阀在自身的加注头头部(3)的区域内配有共轴阀,该共轴阀从入口截面起始首先具有平行于阀纵轴延伸的流动轮廓,所述流动轮廓在接下来的流动走向中转变为与阀纵轴成直角延伸到出口截面的流动轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加注头,其特征在于,在平行于阀纵轴延伸的流动轮廓到与阀纵轴成直角延伸的流动轮廓的所述过渡区域上,设置圆锥形的折流面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加注头,其特征在于,所述圆锥形的折流面的圆锥顶对准平行于阀纵轴延伸的流动轮廓的中央纵轴。
4.根据权利要求2所述的加注头,其特征在于,所述圆锥形的折流面的圆锥顶在一个平面中终止,在所述平面中设有与阀纵轴成直角延伸的流动轮廓的中央纵轴。
