Abstract

本发明提供了一种背光模组,包括中框、背板以及设置在中框中的光学膜片、导光板和反射膜片,所述中框内设有内腔,中框上承载有液晶面板,在中框与液晶面板相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔连通的第一吸孔。本发明还提供了一种液晶显示模组以及电视机。与现有技术相比,通过真空吸附的方式吸附液晶面板,替代传统的双面胶或胶水粘贴的方式进行固定,使得的产品出现瑕疵或需要维修时能够更方便的对液晶显示模组进行拆装,而且避免了拆装时损坏液晶面板的风险,降低生产成本。

背光模组及液晶显示模组、电视机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示产品,特别是用于无边框的背光模组及液晶显示模组、电视机。
背景技术
对于无前框的液晶显示产品,业界目前将液晶面板与中框之间通过双面胶或胶水进行黏贴固定,虽然这种做法简单,而且无需改变原有的产品结构,但是组装后若存在瑕疵或者是在后期进行维修、更换配件时,要想将液晶面板与中框分离,需要克服双面胶或胶水的粘贴力,则非常困难,而且容易损坏液晶面板,导致重工性低,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种背光模组及液晶显示模组、电视机,从而便于拆装。
本发明提供了一种背光模组,包括中框、背板以及设置在中框中的光学膜片、导光板和反射膜片,所述中框内设有内腔,中框上承载有液晶面板,在中框与液晶面板相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔连通的第一吸孔。
进一步地,所述中框的外侧边缘上设有与内腔连通的微型气阀。
进一步地,所述第一吸孔外设有第一密封胶垫。
进一步地,所述中框与背板相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔连通的第二吸孔,通过对内腔抽真空,使第二吸孔将背板吸附,实现中框与背板的固定。
进一步地,所述中框与背板之间通过第二密封硅胶垫密封。
进一步地,所述第一吸孔和第二吸孔为圆孔。
进一步地,所述所述第一吸孔和第二吸孔为矩形孔。
本发明还提供了一种液晶显示模组,包括液晶面板,还包括所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板通过对内腔抽真空,使第一吸孔吸附液晶面板,实现液晶面板与中框的固定。
本发发明还提供了一种电视机,包括液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组包括液晶面板,所述液晶显示模组还包括所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板通过对内腔抽真空,使第一吸孔吸附液晶面板,实现液晶面板与中框的固定。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过真空吸附的方式吸附液晶面板,替代传统的双面胶或胶水粘贴的方式进行固定,使得的产品出现瑕疵或需要维修时能够更方便的对液晶显示模组进行拆装,而且避免了拆装时损坏液晶面板的风险,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,实施例1的一种背光模组,包括中框2、背板3以及设置在中框2中的光学膜片4、导光板5和反射膜片6,中框2上承载有液晶面板1,在中框2内设有内腔7,中框2与液晶面板1相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔7连通的第一吸孔8,在第一吸孔8外设有第一密封胶垫9,在中框2的外侧边缘处设有与内腔7连通的微型气阀10,微型气阀10与中框2密封连接。
如图2所示,实施例1与液晶面板1的组装方式为,先将背板3粘贴在中框2上,再依次在背板3上、中框2中累叠反射膜片6、导光板5以及光学膜片4,背光源设于累叠后的反光膜片6、导光板5以及光学膜片4的两侧;然后将液晶面板1放置在具有第一吸孔8的一侧表面上,通过设置在第一吸空8外的第一密封胶垫9对液晶面板1与中框2之间进行密封,在微型气阀10内插入针头并对内腔7进行抽真空,利用大气压将液晶面板1进行吸附并固定,从而免去了使用双面胶或胶水进行粘贴固定,实现在出厂有瑕疵或后期维修等工作中对液晶显示模组进行拆解时,只需要在微型气阀10上插入针头,使空气进入内腔7中,就可以完成液晶面板与背光组件的分离,降低拆装难度的同时也避免了损坏液晶面板的风险,因此也降低了生产成本。
如图3所示,实施例2的一种背光模组,其与实施例1之间的不同在于,背板3也通过吸附与中框2固定,具体结构如下:在中框2内设有内腔7,中框2与液晶面板1相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔7连通的第一吸孔8,在第一吸孔8外设有第一密封胶垫9,在中框2的外侧边缘处设有与内腔7连通的微型气阀10,微型气阀10与中框2密封连接;在中框2与背板3相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔7连通的第二吸孔11,通过对内腔7抽真空,使第二吸孔11将背板3吸附,实现中框2与背板3的固定,中框2与背板3之间通过第二密封硅胶垫12密封。
如图4所示,实施例2与液晶面板1的组装方式为,先将背板3与中框2设有第二吸孔11的一侧表面贴合,再依次在背板3上、中框2中累叠反射膜片6、导光板5以及光学膜片4,背光源设于累叠后的反光膜片6、导光板5以及光学膜片4的两侧;然后将液晶面板1放置在具有第一吸孔8的一侧表面上,通过设置在第一吸孔8外的第一密封胶垫9对液晶面板1与中框2之间进行密封,通过设置在第二吸孔11外的第二密封胶垫12对背板3与中框2之间进行密封,在微型气阀10内插入针头并对内腔7进行抽真空,利用大气压将液晶面板1以及背板3进行吸附并固定后完成组装。
如图5和图6所示,第一吸孔8和第二吸孔11可采用圆孔或矩形孔,第一吸孔8和第二吸孔11均间隔设置。
本发明的一种液晶显示模组,包括液晶面板1,还包括上述的背光模组,所述液晶面板1通过对内腔7抽真空,使第一吸孔8吸附液晶面板1,实现液晶面板1与中框2的固定,液晶面板1与中框2之间通过第一密封硅胶垫9密封。
本发明的一种电视机,包括液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组包括液晶面板1以及上述的背光模组,所述液晶面板1通过对内腔7抽真空,使第一吸孔8吸附液晶面板1,实现液晶面板1与中框2的固定,液晶面板1与中框2之间通过第一密封硅胶垫9密封。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (9)

1.一种背光模组,包括中框(2)、背板(3)以及设置在中框(2)中的光学膜片(4)、导光板(5)和反射膜片(6),其特征在于:所述中框(2)内设有内腔(7),中框(2)上承载有液晶面板(1),在中框(2)与液晶面板(1)相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔(7)连通的第一吸孔(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述中框(2)的外侧边缘上设有与内腔(7)连通的微型气阀(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述第一吸孔(8)外设有第一密封胶垫(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述中框(2)与背板(3)相对的一侧表面上均匀分布有与内腔(7)连通的第二吸孔(11),通过对内腔(7)抽真空,使第二吸孔(11)将背板(3)吸附,实现中框(2)与背板(3)的固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述中框(2)与背板(3)之间通过第二密封硅胶垫(12)密封。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述第一吸孔(8)和第二吸孔(11)为圆孔。
7.根据权利要求1或4所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述第一吸孔(8)和第二吸孔(11)为矩形孔。
8.一种液晶显示模组,包括液晶面板(1),其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板(1)通过对内腔(7)抽真空,使第一吸孔(8)吸附液晶面板(1),实现液晶面板(1)与中框(2)的固定。
9.一种电视机,包括液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组包括液晶面板(1),其特征在于:所述液晶显示模组还包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板(1)通过对内腔(7)抽真空,使第一吸孔(8)吸附液晶面板(1),实现液晶面板(1)与中框(2)的固定。
