采用陶瓷管和陶瓷柱的压差式马桶进水阀,属阀门类。本发明利用陶瓷管内径与陶瓷柱之间形成的环形缝隙取代传统压差式马桶进水阀的进水孔 ,利用陶瓷管与陶瓷柱之间相对运动斥退环形缝隙处水垢或泥沙,保持正常工作。陶瓷材料耐磨,硬度高,寿命长。

采用陶瓷管和陶瓷柱的压差式马桶进水阀,属阀门类。
背景技术
传统压差式马桶进水阀,橡胶膜片圆心处有一个很小的进水孔,它被水垢或泥沙封堵的故障时有发生。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供采用陶瓷管和陶瓷柱的压差式马桶进水阀,不惧怕水垢或泥沙。本发明是这样实现的:在橡胶膜片圆心处嵌入一陶瓷管,陶瓷管内径大小由设计确定,且光洁度很高。另有一个陶瓷柱,设计陶瓷柱直径小于陶瓷管内径一定值,光洁度同样很高。陶瓷柱一端固定,另一端伸入陶瓷管内径中,与陶瓷管内径之间形成环形缝隙,环形缝隙面积与传统压差式马桶进水阀进水孔面积等效。本发明工作时橡胶膜片两面水压变化推动橡胶膜片上下运动,带动陶瓷管与陶瓷柱相对运动,使附着在环形缝隙处的水垢或泥沙被斥退,保持正常工作。陶瓷材料耐磨,硬度高,寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的工作原理与工作情况。橡胶膜片1被上盖5和下盖6压紧,形成控制腔4和过水腔7。陶瓷管2嵌入局部加厚的橡胶膜片1中,陶瓷柱3一端固定于上盖5上(也可固定于进水口10上),另一端伸入陶瓷管2内径中,陶瓷柱3与陶瓷管2内径之间形成环形缝隙,它的面积与传统压差式马桶进水阀进水孔面积等效。本发明当没有浮力经机构下压橡胶堵8时,橡胶堵8抬起,使排水孔9敞开,控制腔4内的水经排水孔9排出,橡胶膜片1受进水口10内进水推动向上运动,进水口10敞开,进水经进水口10,出水口11,过水腔7流出,同时带动陶瓷管2向上运动。当有浮力经机构下压橡胶堵8时,橡胶堵8封堵排水孔9,进水口10内进水经环形缝隙流入控制腔4内,推动橡胶膜片1向下运动,覆盖进水口10,进水停止,同时带动陶瓷管2向下运动。陶瓷管2与陶瓷柱3之间的相对运动,使附着在环形缝隙处的水垢或泥沙被斥退,保持正常工作。
