一种陶瓷球形截止阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、阀杆;阀芯的密封元件为球形,可为整体或部分陶瓷材料制成;阀座密封面也为陶瓷材料,阀芯表面光滑;由于阀门的密封副为陶瓷材料,可实现止回阀的轻磨损,耐腐蚀,密封严等性能,延长阀门使用寿命;特别适用于高粘度和有悬浮物及腐蚀性的各种流体管道中。

本实用新型涉及一种陶瓷截止阀,主要应用于石油、化工、医药、电站等行业的物料输送系统。
背景技术:
阀门是一种控制流体运动的管道元件。截止阀是阀门的一种,常用的截止阀多为金属材料截止阀,不耐冲蚀和磨损,使用寿命短。
本实用新型内容:
本实用新型旨在提供一种适用于石油、化工、医药、电站等行业的耐磨损、耐冲蚀、耐腐蚀的陶瓷截止阀。
本实用新型陶瓷截止阀的密封副采用耐磨性能极高的结构陶瓷材料,与普通截止阀相比不仅改善了截止阀的密封性和耐磨性、提高了使用寿命,节省了维修时间和人力的投入,为系统安全运行提供了可靠保证;同时阀体体腔内喷涂陶瓷耐磨、防腐涂层,大大提高了阀门本体的抗冲刷性和抗磨损性,保证了阀门使用寿命。
本实用新型陶瓷截止阀包括阀体、阀芯、阀盖、阀杆组件、传动机构等(如图1)。本实用新型止回阀的陶瓷可以是氧化锆基陶瓷,氧化铝基陶瓷,氧化硅基陶瓷,莫来石基陶瓷,氮化硅基陶瓷。
本实用新型陶瓷截止阀的工作原理(参见图1):
按照手轮上的箭头方向顺时针旋转手轮,由阀杆组件5带动阀芯4向下移动,阀门趋于关闭,流量减小,直至完全关闭;反向旋转,由阀杆组 件5带动球体4向上移动,阀门趋于开启,介质流量增大,直至完全开启。

具体实施方式:
以公称通径DN100,公称压力PN1.6MPa的本发明为实施例。
将本发明用于造纸厂的纸浆输送的系统中。将阀体1的进口2和出口8分别安装在流体的输送管道中。阀体1的阀座3采用结构陶瓷材料,阀芯4也采用结构陶瓷材料。
当本发明在关闭状态下,介质从进口2进入,阀芯4在阀杆5的压紧力下与阀座3贴合,阻止了介质的流通,阀门为密封关闭状态。当传动机构7带动阀杆5向上运动时,阀芯4失去阀杆对其的压紧力,进口2与出口8逐渐连通,直至传动机构将阀门全部打开,流量最大;当传动机构7杆带动球体向下运动,阀门趋于关闭,直至阀芯4与阀座3完全接触,阀门强制密封,阀门又回到关闭状态。
由于本发明的阀芯密封元件采用了陶瓷材料,阀座也采用陶瓷材料,使得本发明具有抗磨损、耐腐蚀、密封严等优点,从而极大的提高了阀门的使用寿命。

1.一种陶瓷球形截止阀,其特征在于密封元件为陶瓷材料,阀体内腔喷涂陶瓷涂层 
2.根据权利要求1所述陶瓷球形截止阀,其特征在于密封部件是全陶瓷或是部分陶瓷,所述陶瓷是氧化锆基陶瓷、氧化铝基陶瓷、碳化硅基陶瓷、莫来石基陶瓷或氮化硅基陶瓷。
