Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于:包括实木门板本体,实木门板本体的表面设有防火层;所述防火层的构成由里到外依次为玻璃棉板和饰面型防火涂料层;所述耐火阻燃木门是由以下原料组成:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、纳米氧化硅、乙二醇、硅酸盐玻璃、钛酸酯偶联剂、重质碳酸钙、钛白粉、三氧化二锑、消泡剂、发泡剂、催化剂、炭化剂、阻燃剂和水。本发明通过在实木门板本体的表面设置的玻璃棉板和饰面型防火涂料层作为防火层,使得本发明所公开的实木门板具有阻燃性,能够在发生火灾时,阻止火势蔓延。

技术领域
本发明属于木门领域,尤其涉及一种耐火阻燃木门。
背景技术
木门是木材加工行业的重要终端产品。我国房地产业的高速发展和城镇化步伐的加快,为木门行业提供了极大的发展空间,与批量需求相适应,我国木门一改“木匠上门”手工制作的传统和产品单一实用的形象,迅速转入“规模化定制设计”、大规模工业化生产和产品由实用向装饰、环保综合发展的全新阶段,使我国几年间成为世界上最大的木门生产基地和消费市场。
现有木门的实木门板不具备阻燃性,在发生火灾时,不能阻止火势蔓延。此外,现有木门的实木门板的隔音效果也不好,无法满足实际应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐火阻燃木门。本发明所公开的耐火阻燃木门不但具备阻燃性,在发生火灾时,能阻止火势蔓延。
本发明的技术方案:一种耐火阻燃木门,包括实木门板本体,实木门板本体的表面设有防火层;所述防火层的构成由里到外依次为玻璃棉板和饰面型防火涂料层;所述耐火阻燃木门是由以下原料组成:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、纳米氧化硅、乙二醇、硅酸盐玻璃、钛酸酯偶联剂、重质碳酸钙、钛白粉、三氧化二锑、消泡剂、发泡剂、催化剂、炭化剂、阻燃剂和水。
所述的耐火阻燃木门,所述玻璃棉板的厚度为3-4mm;所述饰面型防火涂料层的厚度为4-6mm。
所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液50-100份、纳米氧化硅2-10份、乙二醇8-15份、硅酸盐玻璃10-20份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-5份、消泡剂2-11份、重质碳酸钙5-15份、钛白粉1-3份、三氧化二锑1-10份、发泡剂10-20份、催化剂5-10份、炭化剂8-15份、阻燃剂2-12份、水5-15份。
所述发泡剂为三聚氰胺。
所述催化剂为聚磷酸。
所述炭化剂为季戊四醇。
所述消泡剂为硅油。
所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、水滑石和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在实木门板本体的表面设置的玻璃棉板和饰面型防火涂料层作为防火层,以及经过阻燃处理的实木门本体和玻璃面板表面的阻燃剂喷涂,使得本发明所公开的实木门板具有阻燃性,能够在发生火灾时,阻止火势蔓延;此外,玻璃棉板和隔音毡具有较好的吸音性能,使得本发明所公开的实木门板还具有较好的隔音效果。

所述的耐火阻燃木门,所述玻璃棉板的厚度为3-4mm;所述饰面型防火涂料层的厚度为4-6mm。

所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液80份、纳米氧化硅6份、乙二醇12份、硅酸盐玻璃15份、钛酸酯偶联剂3份、消泡剂7份、重质碳酸钙10份、钛白粉2份、三氧化二锑5份、发泡剂15份、催化剂7份、炭化剂10份、阻燃剂7份、水10份。
所述催化剂为聚磷酸。
所述炭化剂为季戊四醇。
所述消泡剂为硅油。
所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、水滑石和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成。

所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液100份、纳米氧化硅10份、乙二醇15份、硅酸盐玻璃120份、钛酸酯偶联剂5份、消泡剂11份、重质碳酸钙15份、钛白粉3份、三氧化二锑10份、发泡剂20份、催化剂10份、炭化剂15份、阻燃剂12份、水15份。
所述催化剂为聚磷酸。
所述炭化剂为季戊四醇。
所述消泡剂为硅油。
所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、水滑石和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于:所述玻璃棉板的厚度为3-4mm;所述饰面型防火涂料层的厚度为4-6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液50-100份、纳米氧化硅2-10份、乙二醇8-15份、硅酸盐玻璃10-20份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-5份、消泡剂2-11份、重质碳酸钙5-15份、钛白粉1-3份、三氧化二锑1-10份、发泡剂10-20份、催化剂5-10份、炭化剂8-15份、阻燃剂2-12份、水5-15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为三聚氰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于,所述催化剂为聚磷酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于,所述炭化剂为季戊四醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为硅油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火阻燃木门,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、水滑石和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成。
