Abstract

耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙,用碳化硅、水泥瓷板、水泥瓷窄缝板条、水泥瓷方格板组成。水泥使包裹的陶瓷网布具有一定的强度,陶瓷网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,所以,水泥瓷板是又硬又韧的水泥瓷板,具备建筑用途的特性。隔热方泡墙是整块墙体做成,而且有陶瓷网布作为加强筋,所以隔热方泡墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙更强。隔热方泡墙有许多空间,使隔热方泡墙的重量比水轻;能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。声波冲击厚度不超过一毫米的水泥瓷板时,水泥瓷板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。空间的空气传热系数不到粘土砖或水泥砖的几分之一,所以隔热方泡墙的保温效果比粘土砖墙好几倍。

耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙
目前楼房的墙壁很重,隔音保温性能差,未见有关水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙的报道。
本技术提出一种耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙,简称水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙,属墙体领域,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙,其有益效果是,墙体比水轻而最大幅降低建楼成本,保温使能源费用减少,隔音令居住环境安静,节约水泥用量令矿石开采减少,保护生态环境。
耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用碳化硅、水泥瓷板、水泥瓷窄缝板条、水泥瓷方格板组成;其工艺是:废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后高温加热得碳化硅(1);多块陶瓷网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包裹陶瓷网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥瓷板(2);水泥瓷板开板条,得水泥瓷板条;水泥瓷板条开等距窄缝,窄缝宽略大于板厚,窄缝长略长于板宽一半,成为水泥瓷窄缝板条(3);将多条水泥瓷窄缝板条的窄缝对扦,做成水泥瓷方格板(4);水泥瓷方格板放满碳化硅;水泥浆涂水泥瓷板、水泥瓷方格板;将放满碳化硅的水泥瓷方格板,水泥瓷板相间重叠放满模具,水泥瓷板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙(5),从而使耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙:
废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后燃烧得坚硬的碳化硅碎决;碳化硅的传热系数非常低,常用作炉膛的挡火墙;用它做墙内隔热层,能将楼外冷热气的温度高效阻挡在墙外,最大限度节约楼内的冷热耗能。
水泥使包裹的陶瓷网布具有一定的强度,陶瓷网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,所以,水泥瓷板是又硬又韧的水泥瓷板,具备建筑用途的特性。
当隔热方泡墙受到冲击时,水泥瓷板具有的韧性,以及水泥瓷方格板的板壁,承托的水泥瓷板具有弹性,将冲击力吸收,经过几层水泥瓷板吸收,使隔热方泡墙成为耐冲击墙体;从整体来说,隔热方泡墙是整块墙体做成,而且有陶瓷网布作为加强筋,所以隔热方泡墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙更强。
隔热方泡墙的水泥瓷板、水泥瓷方格板之间有许多空间,大幅降低隔热方泡墙的重量,使隔热方泡墙的重量比水轻;目前粘土砖墙体重量是楼的地板和梁柱总重量两倍以上,所以用隔热方泡墙代替粘土砖或水泥砖,能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。
隔热方泡墙的水泥瓷板、水泥瓷方格板之间有多层空间,空间的空气传热系数不到粘土砖或水泥砖的几分之一,所以隔热方泡墙的保温效果比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙好几倍。
水泥瓷板、水泥瓷方格板厚度不超过一毫米。声波冲击水泥瓷板时,水泥瓷板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。

1.耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙,其特征是,用碳化硅、水泥瓷板、水泥瓷窄缝板条、水泥瓷方格板组成;其工艺是:废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后高温加热得碳化硅;多块陶瓷网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包裹陶瓷网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥瓷板;水泥瓷板开板条,得水泥瓷板条;水泥瓷板条开等距窄缝,窄缝宽略大于板厚,窄缝长略长于板宽一半,成为水泥瓷窄缝板条;将多条水泥瓷窄缝板条的窄缝对扦,做成水泥瓷方格板;水泥瓷方格板放满碳化硅;水泥浆涂水泥瓷板、水泥瓷方格板;将放满碳化硅的水泥瓷方格板,水泥瓷板相间重叠放满模具,水泥瓷板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙,从而使耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热方泡墙得以运行。
