Abstract

耐冲击重量轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙,用水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板、碳化硅组成。稻麦草等短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后燃烧得碳化硅;碳化硅的传热系数非常低,常用作炉膛的挡火墙;用碳化硅做墙内隔热层,能将楼外冷热气的温度高效阻挡在墙外,最大限度节约楼内的冷热耗能。水泥使包裹的陶瓷网布具有一定强度,陶瓷网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,令水泥瓷板又硬又韧,具备建筑用途的特性。瓦楞墙是整块墙体做成,并有陶瓷网布作加强筋,所以瓦楞墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙更强。瓦楞墙有许多空间,使瓦楞墙重量很轻;能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。声波冲击厚度不超过一毫米的水泥瓷板时,水泥瓷板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。

目前楼房的墙壁很重,隔音隔热性能差,未见有关水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙的报道。
本技术提出一种耐冲击重量轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙,简称水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙,属墙体领域,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙,其有益效果是,墙体轻而大幅降低建楼成本,隔热使能源费用大幅减少,隔音令居住环境安静,节约水泥用量令矿石开采减少,保护生态环境。
耐冲击重量轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板、碳化硅组成;其工艺是:废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后燃烧得碳化硅(1);多块陶瓷网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包裹陶瓷网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥瓷板(2);水泥瓷板放入弦波模具,获得水泥瓷弦波板(3);水泥浆涂水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板;水泥瓷弦波板放满碳化硅;水泥瓷板、放满碳化硅的水泥瓷弦波板交错重叠放满模具,水泥瓷板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙(4),从而使耐冲击重量轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙:
废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后燃烧得碳化硅的坚硬碎块;碳化硅的传热系数非常低,常用作炉膛的挡火墙;用它做墙内隔热层,能将楼外冷热气的温度高效阻挡在墙外,最大限度节约楼内的冷热耗能。
水泥使包裹的陶瓷网布具有一定的强度,陶瓷网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,所以,水泥瓷板是又硬又韧的水泥瓷板,具备建筑用途的特性。
当瓦楞墙受到冲击时,水泥瓷板具有的韧性,以及水泥瓷弦波板的波峰,使承托的水泥瓷板具有弹性,将冲击力吸收,经过几层水泥瓷板吸收,使瓦楞墙成为耐冲击墙体;从整体来说,瓦楞墙是整块墙体做成,而且有陶瓷网布作为加强筋,所以瓦楞墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙更强。
瓦楞墙的水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板之间有许多空间,大幅降低瓦楞墙的重量,使瓦楞墙的重量很轻;目前墙体重量是楼的地板和梁柱总重量两倍以上;所以用瓦楞墙代替粘土砖或水泥砖,能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。
水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板厚度不超过一毫米。声波冲击水泥瓷板时,水泥瓷板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。

1.耐冲击重量轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙,其特征是,用水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板、碳化硅组成;其工艺是:废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后燃烧得碳化硅;多块陶瓷网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包襄陶瓷网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥瓷板;水泥瓷板放入弦波模具,获得水泥瓷弦波板;水泥浆涂水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板;水泥瓷弦波板放满碳化硅;水泥瓷板、放满碳化硅的水泥瓷弦波板交错重叠放满模具,水泥瓷板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙,从而使耐冲击重量轻隔音的水泥瓷复合隔热瓦楞墙得以运行。
