Abstract

耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙,用不燃纸、水泥瓷板、水泥瓷板条、水泥瓷弦波板条组成。四公分厚的不燃纸在石油气火焰上烧,两个小时后手紧贴瓦楞纸,说明纸碎等浸透水玻璃后保温性能非常好。水泥使包裹的陶瓷网布具有一定的强度,陶瓷网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,所以,水泥瓷板是又硬又韧的水泥瓷板,具备建筑用途的特性。保温泡沫墙是整块墙体做成,而且有陶瓷网布作为加强筋,所以保温泡沫墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙更强。保温泡沫墙有许多空间,使保温泡沫墙的重量比水轻;能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。声波冲击厚度不超过一毫米的水泥瓷板时,水泥瓷板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。

目前楼房的墙壁很重,隔音保温性能差,未见有关水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙的报道。
本技术提出一种耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙,简称水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙,属墙体领域,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙,其有益效果是,墙体比水轻而最大幅降低建楼成本,保温使能源费用减少,隔音令居住环境安静,节约水泥用量令矿石开采减少,保护生态环境。
耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用不燃纸、水泥瓷板、水泥瓷板条、水泥瓷弦波板条组成;其工艺是:废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后得不燃纸(1);多块陶瓷网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包裹陶瓷网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥瓷板(2);水泥瓷板开板条,得水泥瓷板条(3);水泥瓷板条放入弦波模具,得水泥瓷弦波板条(4);水泥瓷弦波板放满不燃纸;水泥浆涂水泥瓷板、水泥瓷板条、水泥瓷弦波板条;水泥瓷板条、放满不燃纸的水泥瓷弦波板条交错重叠紧贴竖立放满模具,水泥瓷板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙(5),从而使耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙:
水玻璃能大幅提高废纸碎,稻麦草短段等的自燃温度;不燃纸的传热系数非常低,四公分厚的不燃瓦楞纸板在石油气火焰上烧,两个小时后手紧贴瓦楞纸,说明纸碎等浸透水玻璃后保温性能非常好,所以本技术用它做保温材料。
水泥使包裹的陶瓷网布具有一定的强度,陶瓷网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,所以,水泥瓷板是又硬又韧的水泥瓷板,具备建筑用途的特性。
当保温泡沫墙受到冲击时,水泥瓷板具有的韧性,以及水泥瓷弦波板的波峰,承托的水泥瓷板具有弹性,将冲击力吸收,经过几层水泥瓷板吸收,使保温泡沫墙成为耐冲击墙体;从整体来说,保温泡沫墙是整块墙体做成,而且有陶瓷网布作为加强筋,所以保温泡沫墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙更强。
保温泡沫墙的水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板之间有许多空间,大幅降低保温泡沫墙的重量,使保温泡沫墙的重量比水轻;目前墙体重量是楼的地板和梁柱总重量两倍以上;所以用保温泡沫墙代替粘土砖或水泥砖,能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。
保温泡沫墙的水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板条之间有多层空间,空间的空气传热系数不到粘土砖或水泥砖的几分之一,所以保温泡沫墙的保温效果比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙好几倍。
水泥瓷板、水泥瓷弦波板厚度不超过一毫米。声波冲击水泥瓷板时,水泥瓷板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。

1.耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙,其特征是,用不燃纸、水泥瓷板、水泥瓷板条、水泥瓷弦波板条组成;其工艺是:废纸碎、稻麦草短段浸透水玻璃,干燥后得不燃纸;多块陶瓷网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包裹陶瓷网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥瓷板;水泥瓷板开板条,得水泥瓷板条;水泥瓷板条放入弦波模具,得水泥瓷弦波板条;水泥瓷弦波板放满不燃纸;水泥浆涂水泥瓷板、水泥瓷板条、水泥瓷弦波板条;水泥瓷板条、放满不燃纸的水泥瓷弦波板条交错重叠紧贴竖立放满模具,水泥瓷板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙,从而使耐冲击比水轻隔音的水泥瓷复合保温泡沫墙得以运行。
