耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥玻复合泡沫墙,用水泥玻板,水泥玻板条、水泥玻弦波板条组成。水泥使包裹的玻璃网布具有一定的强度,玻璃网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,所以,水泥玻板是又硬又韧的水泥玻板,具备建筑用途的特性。泡沫墙是整块墙体做成,而且有玻璃网布作为加强筋,所以泡沫墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙更强。泡沫墙有许多空间,使泡沫墙的重量比水轻;能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。声波冲击厚度不超过一毫米的水泥玻板时,水泥玻板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。空间的空气传热系数不到粘土砖或水泥砖的几分之一,所以泡沫墙的保温效果比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙好几倍。

目前楼房的墙壁很重,隔音保温性能差,未见有关水泥玻复合泡沫墙的报道。
本技术提出一种耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥玻复合泡沫墙,简称水泥玻复合泡沫墙,属墙体领域,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
水泥玻复合泡沫墙,其有益效果是,墙体比水轻而最大幅降低建楼成本,保温使能源费用减少,隔音令居住环境安静,节约水泥用量令矿石开采减少,保护生态环境。
耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥玻复合泡沫墙,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用水泥玻板、水泥玻板条、水泥玻弦波板条组成;其工艺是:多块玻璃网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包裹玻璃网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥玻板(1);水泥玻板开板条,得水泥玻板条(2);水泥玻板条放入弦波模具,得水泥玻弦波板条(3);水泥浆涂水泥玻板、水泥玻板条、水泥玻弦波板条;水泥玻板条、水泥玻弦波板条交错重叠紧贴竖立放满模具,水泥玻板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥玻复合泡沫墙(4),从而使耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥玻复合泡沫墙得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍水泥玻复合泡沫墙:
水泥使包裹的玻璃网布具有一定的强度,玻璃网布则作为水泥的加强筋,克服的水泥脆性,所以,水泥玻板是又硬又韧的水泥玻板,具备建筑用途的特性。
当泡沫墙受到冲击时,水泥玻板具有的韧性,以及水泥玻弦波板的波峰,承托的水泥玻板具有弹性,将冲击力吸收,经过几层水泥玻板吸收,使泡沫墙成为耐冲击墙体;从整体来说,泡沫墙是整块墙体做成,而且有玻璃网布作为加强筋,所以泡沫墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙更强。
泡沫墙的水泥玻板、水泥玻弦波板之间有许多空间,大幅降低泡沫墙的重量,使泡沫墙的重量比水轻;目前墙体重量是楼的地板和梁柱总重量两倍以上;所以用泡沫墙代替粘土砖或水泥砖,能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。
泡沫墙的水泥玻板、水泥玻弦波板条之间有多层空间,空间的空气传热系数不到粘土砖或水泥砖的几分之一,所以泡沫墙的保温效果比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙好几倍。
水泥玻板、水泥玻弦波板厚度不超过一毫米。声波冲击水泥玻板时,水泥玻板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音。

1.耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥玻复合泡沫墙,其特征是,用水泥玻板、水泥玻板条、水泥玻弦波板条组成;其工艺是:多块玻璃网布通过水泥浆,使水泥浆包裹玻璃网布,除去多余的水泥浆,获得水泥玻板;水泥玻板开板条,得水泥玻板条;水泥玻板条放入弦波模具,得水泥玻弦波板条;水泥浆涂水泥玻板、水泥玻板条、水泥玻弦波板条;水泥玻板条、水泥玻弦波板条交错重叠紧贴竖立放满模具,水泥玻板覆盖底面,水泥凝固后获得水泥玻复合泡沫墙,从而使耐冲击比水轻隔音保温的水泥玻复合泡沫墙得以运行。
