技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂组合物,具体是一种摆线针轮减速机润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。添加剂是近代高级润滑油的精髓,正确选用合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。根据润滑油要求的质量和性能,对添加剂精心选择,仔细平衡,进行合理调配,是保证润滑油质量的关键。
摆线针轮减速机采用摆线针齿啮合、行星式传动原理,所以通常也叫行星摆线减速机,行星摆线针轮减速机可以广泛的应用于石油、冶金、建筑、发电等行业,做为驱动或减速装置,该机分为卧式、立式、双轴型和直联型等装配方式。其独特的平稳结构在许多情况下可替代普通圆柱齿轮减速机及蜗轮蜗杆减速机,行星摆线针轮减速机在各个行业和领域被广泛的使用,受到广大用户的普遍欢迎。摆线针轮减速机在正常情况下采用油池润滑,油面高度保持在视油窗的中部即可,在工作条件恶劣,环境温度处于高温时可采用循环润滑,第一次加油运转100小时应更换新油,并将内部污油冲干净以后再连续工作,每半年更换一次,如果工作条件恶劣可适当缩短换油时间,实践证明减速机的经常清洗和换油对于延长减速机的使用寿命有着重要作用。在使用过程中应经常补充润滑油。
