Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物燃料的制备方法,属生物质能源技术领域,其制作步骤是:A、将农作物秸秆、脱水厨余垃圾、甘蔗渣、谷糠、茶麸粉碎至粒径≤2.6毫米的碎料,并混合均匀;B、在步骤A制得的混合碎料中加入泥炭土、烟筒灰、淤泥后以800转/分钟~900转/分钟的转速边搅拌边喷雾加湿,至含水率为32%;C、在步骤B制得的混合料中加入松木屑、桐木屑、樟木屑和液态树脂,以1200转/分钟~1360转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟后,进行烘干;D、将步骤C烘干的混合料压制成型为颗粒。本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种易点燃、燃烧完全、热效率高的一种生物燃料的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生物颗粒燃料技术领域,尤其是一种生物燃料的制备方法。
背景技术
生物燃料能源是一种利用秸秆、农林废弃物等生物质经压缩后形成的颗粒燃料。随着煤和石油等资源的日益减少和人们环保意识的提高,生物燃料能源由于其原料来源广泛、天然、可再生、投资少且社会效益较高,获得越来越多人的开发和使用。但现有的生物燃料由于用料比较单一,存在着难点燃、燃烧不完全、热效率低的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种易点燃、燃烧完全、热效率高的生物燃料的制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种生物燃料的制备方法,
采用以下重量份数配比的原料:
农作物秸秆9份~18份,脱水厨余垃圾8份~13份,泥炭土12份~19份,烟筒灰9份~12份,淤泥10份~20份,甘蔗渣3份~5份,谷糠3份~5份,茶麸3份~5份,松木屑5份~8份,桐木屑5份~8份,樟木屑5份~8份,液态树脂0.5份~0.7份;
其制作步骤是:
A、将农作物秸秆、脱水厨余垃圾、甘蔗渣、谷糠、茶麸粉碎至粒径≤2.6毫米的碎料,并混合均匀;
B、在步骤A制得的混合碎料中加入泥炭土、烟筒灰、淤泥后以800转/分钟~900转/分钟的转速边搅拌边喷雾加湿,至含水率为32%;
C、在步骤B制得的混合料中加入松木屑、桐木屑、樟木屑和液态树脂,以1200转/分钟~1360转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟后,进行烘干;
D、将步骤C烘干的混合料压制成型为颗粒。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:步骤C烘干后的混合料含水率小于等于8%。
进一步的:步骤D中压制成型后的颗粒密度为1350千克/立方米。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明将人们弃之不用的农、林、生活等废弃物通过粉碎、边搅拌边喷雾加湿、烘干、压制成型的制备方法,加上原料中淤泥的粘结性和液态树脂的易引燃特性,获得了一种易点燃、燃烧完全、热效率高的生物燃料。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一
这种生物燃料的制备方法,
采用以下重量配比的原料:
农作物秸秆9千克,脱水厨余垃圾8千克,泥炭土12千克,烟筒灰9千克,淤泥10千克,甘蔗渣3千克,谷糠3千克,茶麸3千克,松木屑5千克,桐木屑5千克,樟木屑5千克,液态树脂0.5千克;
其制作步骤是:
A、将农作物秸秆、脱水厨余垃圾、甘蔗渣、谷糠、茶麸粉碎至粒径≤2.6毫米的碎料,并混合均匀;
B、在步骤A制得的混合碎料中加入泥炭土、烟筒灰、淤泥后以800转/分钟的转速边搅拌边喷雾加湿,至含水率为32%;
C、在步骤B制得的混合料中加入松木屑、桐木屑、樟木屑和液态树脂,以1200转/分的转速搅拌30分钟后,进行烘干至含水率小于等于8%;
D、将步骤C烘干的混合料压制成型为颗粒,颗粒密度为1350千克/立方米。

农作物秸秆18千克,脱水厨余垃圾13千克,泥炭土19千克,烟筒灰12千克,淤泥20千克,甘蔗渣5千克,谷糠5千克,茶麸5千克,松木屑8千克,桐木屑8千克,樟木屑8千克,液态树脂0.7千克;
其制作步骤是:
A、将农作物秸秆、脱水厨余垃圾、甘蔗渣、谷糠、茶麸粉碎至粒径≤2.6毫米的碎料,并混合均匀;
B、在步骤A制得的混合碎料中加入泥炭土、烟筒灰、淤泥后以900转/分钟的转速边搅拌边喷雾加湿,至含水率为32%;
C、在步骤B制得的混合料中加入松木屑、桐木屑、樟木屑和液态树脂,以1360转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟后,进行烘干至含水率小于等于8%;
D、将步骤C烘干的混合料压制成型为颗粒,颗粒密度为1350千克/立方米。
实施例三
这种生物燃料的制备方法,
采用以下重量配比的原料:
农作物秸秆12千克,脱水厨余垃圾10千克,泥炭土15千克,烟筒灰11千克,淤泥16千克,甘蔗渣4千克,谷糠4千克,茶麸4千克,松木屑6千克,桐木屑6千克,樟木屑6千克,液态树脂0.6千克;
其制作步骤是:
A、将农作物秸秆、脱水厨余垃圾、甘蔗渣、谷糠、茶麸粉碎至粒径≤2.6毫米的碎料,并混合均匀;
B、在步骤A制得的混合碎料中加入泥炭土、烟筒灰、淤泥后以850转/分钟的转速边搅拌边喷雾加湿,至含水率为32%;
C、在步骤B制得的混合料中加入松木屑、桐木屑、樟木屑和液态树脂,以1290转/分钟的转速搅拌30分钟后,进行烘干至含水率小于等于8%;
D、将步骤C烘干的混合料压制成型为颗粒,颗粒密度为1350千克/立方米。

1.一种生物燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:
采用以下重量份数配比的原料:
农作物秸秆9份~18份,脱水厨余垃圾8份~13份,泥炭土12份~19份,烟筒灰9份~12份,淤泥10份~20份,甘蔗渣3份~5份,谷糠3份~5份,茶麸3份~5份,松木屑5份~8份,桐木屑5份~8份,樟木屑5份~8份,液态树脂0.5份~0.7份;
其制作步骤是:
A、将农作物秸秆、脱水厨余垃圾、甘蔗渣、谷糠、茶麸粉碎至粒径≤2.6毫米的碎料,并混合均匀;
