本发明提供的一种原油脱硫剂;具有较高的H2S吸收选择性,保障原油和系统中的H2S低于指标要求,大大降低溶液循环量,减少能耗;能够减少对后续设备的腐蚀及硫引起的催化剂中毒;对产品质量无负面影响,适用于炼厂原油及干气、液化气及油田气、天然气中硫的脱除。

Description

一种原油脱硫剂
技术领域
本发明属于炼油工艺专用药剂,特别涉及一种用于原油的脱硫剂。
背景技术
硫在原油中大部分以有机硫的形式存在,含硫化合物的存在, 给石油加工过程和石油产品的质量带来了许多负面影响。对产品质量的影响:随着硫化合物的增多,采用一般的炼制方法,其直馏产品、催化裂化和焦化等二次加工产品的质量都较差,不能满足使用要求。对生产设备的腐蚀:在温度260-480℃范围内,含硫化合物对一般的钢材腐蚀严重,而这个温度范围正好是一般炼油装置的操作温度范围。炼油装置的高温重油部位和低温轻油部位腐蚀严重,因此,有的炼油设备材料要采用渗铝钢材、合金钢材或合金钢衬里,这就增加了装置的投资费用。在操作时要注碱、注氨、注缓蚀剂来减轻腐蚀,增加了操作费用。对环境污染: 含硫油品燃烧后生成二氧化硫,造成对环境的污染。
由于原油中硫化合物有以上诸多危害, 如果仅从后续加工解决问题会导致加工过程的操作难度和费用增加,影响工艺操作的平稳性及安全性,因此,需要添加原油脱硫剂来除去原油中的硫。
本发明提供的原油脱硫剂,能够有效降低硫含量,具有很高的活性和脱硫效果;能够减少对后续设备的腐蚀及硫引起的催化剂中毒;脱硫剂及脱硫产物不进入后续加工工艺,对产品质量无负面影响。该脱硫剂可以用于炼厂原油及干气、液化气及油田气、天然气中硫的脱除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种原油脱硫剂;具有较高的H2S吸收选择性,保障原油和系统中的H2S低于指标要求,大大降低溶液循环量,减少能耗;能够减少对后续设备的腐蚀及硫引起的催化剂中毒;对产品质量无负面影响,适用于炼厂原油及干气、液化气及油田气、天然气中硫的脱除。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种原油脱硫剂,含有有机胺、缓蚀剂和水。各组分的重量百分比为:
有机胺 15~65%
缓蚀剂 10~20%
水 20~50%。
所述的有机胺为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
所述的缓蚀剂为六次甲基四胺、吗啉、哌嗪中的一种或几种。
所述的一种原油脱硫剂的制备方法:在反应釜中加入20 ~ 50%的水;然后向反应釜中加入10~20%的缓蚀剂,混合搅拌20~60分钟;向上述搅拌后的溶液中加入15 ~65%的有机胺,并搅拌20~60分钟。
实施例一
按重量百分比选取原料
一乙醇胺 50%
水 35%
六次甲基四胺 15%
所述的一种原油脱硫剂的制备方法:在反应釜中加入35%的水;然后向反应釜中加入15%的六次甲基四胺,混合搅拌50分钟;向上述搅拌后的溶液中加入50%的一乙醇胺,并搅拌60分钟。
实施例二
按重量百分比选取原料
N,N-二甲基乙醇胺 30%
水 50%
哌啶 20%
所述的一种原油脱硫剂的制备方法:在反应釜中加入50%的水;然后向反应釜中加入20%的哌啶,混合搅拌20分钟;向上述搅拌后的溶液中加入30%的N,N-二甲基乙醇胺,并搅拌20分钟。
实验一 脱硫实验
(1)称取柴油或原油 400g,分别在 30℃和 50℃下边搅拌边通入硫化氢气体,通入的硫化氢量控制在 300μg/g-500μg/g。原油通硫化氢前需进行预处理,在50℃下用氮气吹扫30min以上,保证原油中不含硫化氢;
(2)吸收硫化氢后的油分成两份,一份密封保存,一份经氮气吹扫,用碘量法检测硫化氢质量浓度,记为P1;
(3)根据检测到的硫化氢质量浓度,在另一份油中加入与硫化氢量相等的脱硫剂,置于密封容器中。在50℃下,以120次/min速度震荡(使柴油、 原 油与脱硫剂混合均匀),反应6h;
(4)打开脱硫后的密封容器,用碘量法测定剩余的硫化氢质量浓度,记为P2。则:脱硫率= (P1-P2)/P1*100%
每组实验应进行至少3次平行实验,将计算的平均值作为脱硫率的值。
从实验结果可以看出,该原油脱硫剂能够很好地脱除原油中的硫化氢。

Claims (5)

1.一种原油脱硫剂,含有有机胺、缓蚀剂和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述原油脱硫剂,各组分的重量百分比为:
有机胺 15~65%
缓蚀剂 10~20%
水 20~50%。
3.所述的有机胺为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
4.所述的缓蚀剂为六次甲基四胺、吗啉、哌嗪中的一种或几种。
5.所述的一种原油脱硫剂的制备方法:在反应釜中加入20 ~ 50%的水;然后向反应釜中加入10~20%的缓蚀剂,混合搅拌20~60分钟;向上述搅拌后的溶液中加入15 ~65%的有机胺,并搅拌20~60分钟。
