本发明公开了一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯45‑60份、二异氰酸酯3‑5份、环氧树脂5‑10份、聚己内酯二元醇4‑10份、二聚酸聚酯二醇4‑10份、聚酯二元醇1‑5份、有机硅3‑8份、阻燃剂0.5‑4.5份、二羟甲基丙酸1‑6份、分散剂0.5‑3份、三乙胺0.1‑1.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯1‑5份、溶剂10‑15份。通过上述方式,本发明所述的可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,具有成本低、粘度小、涂布适应性优良、生成过程简单、环保无毒、耐候性能良好、不易发生燃烧等优点,很好地符合高效、适用性广、经济、节能、环境友好等性能。

Description

一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液
技术领域
本发明涉及水性聚氨酯乳液,特别是涉及一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液。
背景技术
高性能水性聚氨酯UV装饰板材”相关技术水平达到了国内的先进水平,能够有效带动同行业企业的技术进步,使得行业整体技术水平的提升。
而高性能水性聚氨酯UV装饰板材离不开高性能水性聚氨酯UV膜的生产。近年来,硅改性剂被广泛用于聚氨酯体系以提高其热稳定性及耐水解性。环氧树脂具有高的力学强度、热稳定性及硬度等优良性能,也被用于聚氨酯体系以提高其力学性能及耐水解性。同时长链脂肪烃结构非极性多元醇,具有优异的憎水性,以其为软段合成的水性聚氨酯材料通常比传统的酯型和醚型聚氨酯具有更高的耐水解性,耐化性以及对低表面能基材的表面附着力,并且其能够加快涂膜的干燥速度。同时在装饰板材中,对于其耐候性及阻燃性的要求也越来越高,如何提高装饰板材用水性聚氨酯的耐候性、耐磨性及阻燃性,是现代家装板材主要解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,具有成本低、粘度小、涂布适应性优良、生成过程简单、环保无毒、耐候性能良好、不易发生燃烧等优点,很好地符合高效、适用性广、经济、节能、环境友好等性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯45-60份、二异氰酸酯3-5份、环氧树脂5-10份、聚己内酯二元醇4-10份、二聚酸聚酯二醇4-10份、聚酯二元醇1-5份、有机硅3-8份、阻燃剂0.5-4.5份、二羟甲基丙酸1-6份、分散剂0.5-3份、三乙胺0.1-1.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯1-5份、溶剂10-15份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯50-60份、二异氰酸酯4-5份、环氧树脂6-10份、聚己内酯二元醇7-10份、二聚酸聚酯二醇7-10份、聚酯二元醇2-5份、有机硅5-8份、阻燃剂1.5-4.5份、二羟甲基丙酸2-6份、分散剂1-3份、三乙胺0.5-1.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯2-5份、溶剂12-15份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯50份、二异氰酸酯4份、环氧树脂6份、聚己内酯二元醇7份、二聚酸聚酯二醇7份、聚酯二元醇2份、有机硅5份、阻燃剂1.5份、二羟甲基丙酸2份、分散剂1份、三乙胺0.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯2份、溶剂12份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述溶剂为丙酮。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,具有成本低、粘度小、涂布适应性优良、生成过程简单、环保无毒、耐候性能良好、不易发生燃烧等优点,很好地符合高效、适用性广、经济、节能、环境友好等性能。

一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯50份、二异氰酸酯4份、环氧树脂6份、聚己内酯二元醇7份、二聚酸聚酯二醇7份、聚酯二元醇2份、有机硅5份、阻燃剂1.5份、二羟甲基丙酸2份、分散剂1份、三乙胺0.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯2份、丙酮12份。
实施例2
一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯60份、二异氰酸酯5份、环氧树脂10份、聚己内酯二元醇10份、二聚酸聚酯二醇10份、聚酯二元醇5份、有机硅8份、阻燃剂4.5份、二羟甲基丙酸6份、分散剂3份、三乙胺1.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯5份、丙酮15份。
实施例3
一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯55份、二异氰酸酯4.5份、环氧树脂7.3份、聚己内酯二元醇8.6份、二聚酸聚酯二醇9.2份、聚酯二元醇4.2份、有机硅6.5份、阻燃剂3.2份、二羟甲基丙酸4.5份、分散剂2.2份、三乙胺0.8份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯3.1份、溶剂13.5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,具有成本低、粘度小、涂布适应性优良、生成过程简单、环保无毒、耐候性能良好、不易发生燃烧等优点,很好地符合高效、适用性广、经济、节能、环境友好等性能。

1.一种可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯45-60份、二异氰酸酯3-5份、环氧树脂5-10份、聚己内酯二元醇4-10份、二聚酸聚酯二醇4-10份、聚酯二元醇1-5份、有机硅3-8份、阻燃剂0.5-4.5份、二羟甲基丙酸1-6份、分散剂0.5-3份、三乙胺0.1-1.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯1-5份、溶剂10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可UV固化阻燃耐候水性聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的组分:水溶性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯50-60份、二异氰酸酯4-5份、环氧树脂6-10份、聚己内酯二元醇7-10份、二聚酸聚酯二醇7-10份、聚酯二元醇2-5份、有机硅5-8份、阻燃剂1.5-4.5份、二羟甲基丙酸2-6份、分散剂1-3份、三乙胺0.5-1.5份、二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯2-5份、溶剂12-15份。
