Abstract
一种聚氨酯和树脂共混加工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将聚氨酯碾磨成粉末;(2)将树脂以及邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,钙锌复合稳定剂,碳酸钙,色粉加入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌到100℃时转低速搅拌,加入聚氨酯粉末,搅拌0.5分钟即可。本发明能提高电线电缆材料韧性,保证电线电缆的质量。

本发明涉及电线电缆料领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯和树脂共混新加工方法。
背景技术:
一般聚氨酯(TPU)和树脂(PVC)共混生产电线电缆料主要是用PVC和TPU共同搅拌,挤出生产,这个方法有局限性,由于PVC加其他材料如增塑剂、填充后是粉状的,TPU是颗粒的,混合后不均匀, 在进螺杆生产时会分层,在螺杆里生产时流动速度不一致,导致产品不稳定。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯和树脂共混新加工方法,能提高电线电缆材料韧性,保证电线电缆的质量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种聚氨酯和树脂共混新加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯碾磨成粉末;
(2)将树脂以及邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,钙锌复合稳定剂,碳酸钙,色粉加入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌到100℃时转低速搅拌,加入聚氨酯粉末,搅拌0.5分钟即可。
本发明能提高电线电缆材料韧性,保证电线电缆的质量。
具体实施方式:
一种聚氨酯和树脂共混新加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯碾磨成粉末;
(2)将树脂以及邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,钙锌复合稳定剂,碳酸钙,色粉加入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌到100℃时转低速搅拌,加入聚氨酯粉末,搅拌0.5分钟即可。

(1)将聚氨酯碾磨成粉末;
(2)将树脂以及邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,钙锌复合稳定剂,,碳酸钙,色粉加入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌到100℃时转低速搅拌,加入聚氨酯粉末,搅拌0.5分钟即可。
