本发明属于包装容器技术领域,具体涉及一种食品包装容器,包装方法及其用途。
背景技术
近年来,食物的微波加热方式以其便捷、卫生的优点得到日益广泛的普及。食物被包在包装膜中或放进包装袋中,再放入微波炉加热,食物会产生大量的热蒸汽积聚在袋内,不打开封口就会有把包装袋胀破的可能。
为了确保食物在微波中得到合适的烹制,并为了防止包装袋爆裂,经常在加热前不得不打开包装,或人为将包装膜或包装袋用尖锐物刺数个穿通孔,以使微波烹饪的过程中产生的热量或水蒸气得以释放。而且食品袋包装加热后,还要放到碗里或盘里才能吃,并不能加热后直接食用。其他设排气孔并使用封堵材料的包装,所用封堵材料很难抵御各种极端自然环境的温度和湿度,导致不能保证包装的密封始终有效。并且排气孔设计的位置也不甚科学,包装的外形不合理,微波加热时,排气孔容易被内部的食物封堵住,达不到排气的目的。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可避免出现上述技术缺陷的用于储存和微波加热食品的包装容器,包装方法和使用途径。本发明的主要目的之一在于提供一种食品包装容器,用于存储和食品微波加热,所述包装容器包括容器主体部、与所述主体部连通的出口部、套设于所述出口部上的保护盖体,所述出口部上设置有开口,且所述开口上设置有封口膜。
进一步,所述容器主体部与所述保护盖体螺纹连接,所述保护盖体顶部具有弧面凸起。
进一步,所述封口膜上设置有多个第一排气孔。
进一步,所述保护盖体上设置有多个于所述第一排气孔相配合的第二排气孔。
进一步,所述主体部分与所述开口连接段的直径取值范围为3-20cm。
进一步,所述出口部开口端的直径的直径取值范围为0.7-10cm,所述保护盖体顶部第二排气孔所在端口的直径取值范围为0.5-6cm。
进一步,所述第一排气孔的直径取值范围为0.5-2mm,所述第二排气孔的直径取值范围为1.0-3mm,
进一步,所述第一排气孔为3-5个,所述第二排气孔为3个,所述第二排气孔设置在距所述保护盖体顶端内凹3-5mm处。
进一步,所述封口膜为四层结构,从内向外依次为食物蜡层、淀粉膜层、聚丙烯薄片层和食物蜡层,其中所述第一排气孔设置在聚丙烯薄片层上。
进一步,所述封口膜的制备方法如下:
步骤(1)、在聚丙烯薄片层上均匀地打出3-5个圆孔;
步骤(2)、在聚丙烯薄片层的内表面上涂覆淀粉膜浆,所述淀粉膜浆的温度要保持在45-50℃;
步骤(3)、将涂覆有淀粉膜浆的薄片放在真空干燥箱内,先以50℃干燥40分钟,再以65℃干燥20分钟,形成淀粉膜层;
步骤(4)、分别在所述淀粉膜层内表面和聚丙烯薄片层的外表面上涂覆食物蜡层,食物蜡是由蜜蜂巢制成;
步骤(5)、干燥固化步骤(4)所得的薄片,得到封口膜成品。

本发明的有益效果:所述的食品包装容器用于存储和微波加热食品,结构简单,易于存储,且在微波加热时无需考虑包装容器的放置状态亦可保证容器内稠糊装食品不会从容器内流出或堵塞排气孔。
进一步的提供一种多层结构的封口膜,在自然环境下具有优异密封性能,微波加热时能够顺畅排气,符合食品包装安全要求,本食品包装容器可以广泛应用于制备各自食品,具有广阔的应用前景。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,表示仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。“第一”、“第二”等词仅是为了区分所指元件而使用,并不能理解为表示主次关系,因此亦不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图对本发明的实施例进行描述。
请结合附图1-4所示,一种食品包装容器的一种实施例,用于食品的储存和微波加热。所述包装容器1包括容器主体部2、与所述主体部2连通的出口部、3套设于所述出口部3上的保护盖体5,所述出口部3上设置有开口,且所述开口上设置有封口膜4。所述容器主体部2与所述保护盖体5螺纹连接,所述保护盖体5顶部具有弧面凸起,通过设置弧面凸起可以防止倒放。这样设计的目的在于保证包装容器1在微波加热时无法倒立放置,避免造成食物堵住排气孔。所述容器主体部2呈筒状,底部端口采用热熔密封,顶部端口呈圆形,并与所述出口部3热熔密封;所述出口部3的顶部采用所述封口膜4密封。所述封口膜4上设置有多个第一排气孔6。优选的,所述保护盖体5上设置有多个于所述第一排气孔6相配合的第二排气孔7。所述主体部2与所述开口部3连接段的直径取值范围为3-20cm。优选的,所述出口部3开口端的直径的直径取值范围为0.7-10cm,所述保护盖体5顶部第二排气孔7所在端口的直径取值范围为0.5-6cm。优选的,所述第一排气孔的直径取值范围为0.5-2mm,所述第二排气孔7的直径取值范围为1.0-3mm。优选的,所述第一排气孔6为3-5个,所述第二排气7孔为3个,所述第二排气孔7设置在距所述保护盖体5顶端内凹3-5mm处。
所述封口膜4的作用是:1)微波加热时能够透气;2)经受得住各种自然环境对密封状态的考验。
所述封口膜4为四层结构,从内向外依次为食物蜡层、淀粉膜层、聚丙烯薄片层和食物蜡层,其中所述第一排气孔6设置在聚丙烯薄片层上。在聚丙烯薄片层的内表面涂覆淀粉膜,淀粉膜的温度要保持在45-50℃左右。淀粉膜的作用有两个:1)是封堵住薄片上的透气孔,以实现包装的密封;2)在微波加热时透气孔上的淀粉膜会自动融化,以达到透气出气的目的。
涂覆过淀粉膜浆的薄片放在真空干燥箱内,先以50℃干燥40分钟,再以65℃干燥20分钟,形成淀粉膜。
膜浆的制作方法如下:
1、将玉米淀粉和交联淀粉按照4:1的质量比例混合,溶解于水后调制成质量百分比浓度在25%的淀粉浆;
2、将此淀粉浆的pH值调到5.0-6.0;
3、在此淀粉浆中加入占淀粉浆重量的1.5%的食用氯化钙溶液,氯化钙溶液的质量百分比浓度为3.6%,搅拌并加热至70℃;
4、在70℃温度下完全糊化后要迅速冷却至45℃,按照每克淀粉加入50微克异淀粉酶的比例加入异淀粉酶,45℃恒温搅拌3小时后,再加入同样重量的异淀粉酶,再搅拌6小时。
1、其组成对食品完全是安全的,即使它在加热时融化后沾染上食品,沾染的成分也只是可食用的淀粉;
2、此淀粉膜具有强度高,韧性大,不透气的特点,将它涂抹在封口膜上,可保证在干燥的环境中不会漏气。
3、淀粉膜在温度达到80℃,湿度达到55%时就会融化。这个特点就能够让盖上封口膜的食品包装,在经过微波加热达到80℃以上时,淀粉膜自动融化,使封口上的排气孔透气,不致让包装内的水蒸汽散不出去而发生爆炸。
封口膜4的最外层和最内层均采用食物蜡。食物蜡是由蜜蜂巢制成的,对人体健康是安全的。食物蜡的作用是防潮。因为淀粉膜在湿度达到55%时就会融化。为了避免运输和储存过程中包装遇到各种自然环境中的湿度过高,以及内部食物本身的湿度过高,而造成淀粉膜失效并漏气,在封口膜的最外层和最内层,都要涂抹一层食物蜡。这层食物蜡在微波加热时会和淀粉膜一起融化,让排气孔排气。
上述特定结构和组成的封口膜,具有优异的力学性能和防潮性能,能够保证在自然环境中食品包装容器不易破损和受潮;同时所采用的淀粉膜层和食物蜡层均为食品级原料,且微波加热后能迅速融化,既具备食品安全性又保证了排气通畅。
当该包装容器只用于储存食品而无需进行微波加热时(例如用于包装黑芝麻糊,豆沙馅,饺子馅等),该包装容器不需要设置第二排气孔7。当该包装容器还需要进行微波加热时(例如用于包装粥糊,方便餐,菜泥、肉泥等),则该包装容器应当在保护盖体5顶部的内凹处设置第二排气孔7,且第二排气孔7应当与第一排气孔6相对应,所述第二排气孔7上设置有石蜡封堵层,以便防尘防潮,内凹的目的是保护封堵材料石蜡。
请继续结合附图所示,稠糊状食品被密封在容器主体1内,主体出口处覆盖有封口膜4。为避免封口膜4破损,容器主体1上螺纹连接有保护盖体。该包装容器的特定结构决定了该包装容器无论以何种形式放置,始终会保持出口朝向斜上方,这样的设置使得容器内食品不会从容器中溢出或堵住出口。使用微波加热过程中,当温度到达80℃以上时,封口膜4上的食物蜡层、淀粉膜层以及保护盖体5上的石蜡层就会融化,实现了排气口顺畅地排气。
为了减少包装内剩余的空间多装食物,可以加大出口部分3的出口向上倾斜的角度。而增加包装的直径,就能有效提升出口向上的倾角,但直径太大使用者会不方便,而且也不美观。出口部分3的出口采用自下而上(接触本体为下,远离本体为上)由粗渐细的造型,这个造型有三个目的:1)让嘴和嘴唇舒适地接触出口,2)出口不会伸进嘴里太多,防止烫伤,3)在包装的内部层加了一个斜坡,让食物更不易流到出口处堵住出气孔。
利用上述包装容器对稠糊状食品进行包装时,依据以下步骤进行:
步骤(1)对食品进行物理灭菌处理,所述物理灭菌处理为超声波灭菌;通过超声波处理,可以消灭荧光细菌、大肠杆菌族细菌以及伤寒沙门氏菌等细菌。
步骤(2)、将灭菌之后的食物注入到所述包装容器内,食物的装入量,以平放所述包装容器时食物不会从包装容器出口流出来为准;
步骤(3)、进行抽真空处理,除去袋内的空气,并充入一个大气压的惰性气体混合气,所述混合气为氮气和二氧化碳;
步骤(4)、用所述封口膜4密封包装容器的出口,并旋拧上保护盖体5,得到产品。食用上述产品时,在微波加热后,取出包装容器,去除保护盖体5和封口膜4,向容器主体1施加压力将包装内食品挤出,即加热的食品不用换包装,打开即食,非常方便。该包装容器可以用于制备战时食品、野餐食品、方便餐、快餐粥、军用食品等。
请结合附图5至9所示,作为另一种实施例,所述食品包装容器1’所述保护盖体5’为3/4球形盖体,所述保护盖体与5’所述出口部3’螺纹连接,所述保护盖体5’上设置有与所述出口部3’开口相连通的断口,所述保护盖体5’与所述出口部3’螺纹连接后,所述断口51’与所述出口部3’开口相连通形成通气孔。所述容器主体部2’由于圆形管材制成,所述容器主体部2’一端通过热熔密封,另一端通过焊接连接于所述出口部3’上,所述保护盖体5’是为3/4球型盖体,内部顶端距离封口膜3mm空间。内部圆滑,空间较大,螺丝扣上两端各有一个断口51’,这个断口51’在把保护盖体5’拧紧在包装上的情况下,正好与出口部3’上的螺丝扣上的断口重合,形成一个出气的通道。作用:第一,由于近似球形,使得包装不能被倒置。也就使得,包装在向微波炉里放置时,除了平躺的一种姿势外,不可能有第二种姿势。而这种平躺的姿势,正是我们需要它出口朝向斜上方的姿势。如果像化妆品包装一样可以倒置,出口就会被食物堵住,过度微波加热时,会产生爆裂。第二,保护盖体5’的内膛较大,光滑,螺口两侧又预留气流通道,使得包装被过度加热,气体冲出封口膜4’时,气体被盖体减缓冲力,并从气流通道顺利排气。
所述容器主体部2’管径沿靠近所述出口部3’向背离所述出口部3’方向逐渐减小,且所述容器主体部2’背离所述出口部3’一端呈扁平状。优选的,所述容器主体部2’平放时呈A字型。通过设置为A字形状使得包装平放的时候出口总是朝向斜上方的,在装稠糊状的食物,在不装满的情况下,食物不会完全堵住出口,这对于加热过热时的顺畅排气,起到了非常关键的作用。所述出口部3’呈奶嘴型,且出口部3’为硬塑料制成。奶嘴的形状,便于嘴含,也便于吸允。通过手的挤压下部,和嘴的吸允,稠糊状的食物能迅速方便省力的进入口中。对于可以分开的出口来说,它又多了一个吃食物的方式。当奶嘴形出口被拧下来后,包装出口变成了一个宽阔的杯口,就可以像喝水一样,将食物喝到嘴里。其中,所述出口部3’开口为椭圆型。所述封口膜4’通过热压封堵所述出口部3’开口,椭圆的长轴垂直于主体扁平的尾部,也就是说,包装平放置时,所述椭圆形开口为长轴沿竖直方向放置。
上述用于储存和微波加热食品的包装容器,结构简单,易于储存,其结构决定了在使用微波炉加热时无需考虑包装容器放置的形态,均能保证容器出口朝向斜上方,使得容器内的稠糊状食品不会从容器内流出或阻塞排气孔。封口膜为多层结构,在自然环境下具有优异的密封防潮性能,微波加热时能够顺畅排气,符合食品安全标准的要求。
需要说明,本发明的图式内各部分并没有依照其相对尺寸绘图,某些尺寸与其他相关尺度相比已经被夸张,以提供更清楚的描述及更易理解,相关的细节部分也未完全绘出,以求图式的简洁。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (15)
1.一种食品包装容器,用于存储和食品微波加热,其中,所述包装容器包括容器主体部、与所述主体部连通的出口部、套设于所述出口部上的保护盖体,所述出口部上设置有开口,且所述开口上设置有封口膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述容器主体部与所述保护盖体螺纹连接,所述保护盖体顶部具有弧面凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述封口膜上设置有多个第一排气孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述保护盖体上设置有多个于所述第一排气孔相配合的第二排气孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述主体部分与所述开口连接段的直径取值范围为3-20cm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述出口部开口端的直径的直径取值范围为0.7-10cm,所述保护盖体顶部第二排气孔所在端口的直径取值范围为0.5-6cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述第一排气孔的直径取值范围为0.5-2mm,所述第二排气孔的直径取值范围为1.0-3mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述第一排气孔为3-5个,所述第二排气孔为3个,所述第二排气孔设置在距所述保护盖体顶端内凹3-5mm处。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述封口膜为四层结构,从内向外依次为食物蜡层、淀粉膜层、聚丙烯薄片层和食物蜡层,其中所述第一排气孔设置在聚丙烯薄片层上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种包装容器,其特征在于,所述封口膜的制备方法如下:
步骤(1)、在聚丙烯薄片层上均匀地打出3-5个圆孔;
步骤(2)、在聚丙烯薄片层的内表面上涂覆淀粉膜浆,所述淀粉膜浆的温度要保持在45-50℃;
步骤(3)、将涂覆有淀粉膜浆的薄片放在真空干燥箱内,先以50℃干燥40分钟,再以65℃干燥20分钟,形成淀粉膜层;
步骤(4)、分别在所述淀粉膜层内表面和聚丙烯薄片层的外表面上涂覆食物蜡层,食物蜡是由蜜蜂巢制成;
步骤(5)、干燥固化步骤(4)所得的薄片,得到封口膜成品。
11.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述保护盖体为3/4球形盖体,所述保护盖体与所述出口部螺纹连接,所述保护盖体上设置有与所述出口部开口相连通的断口,所述保护盖体与所述出口部螺纹连接后,所述断口与所述出口部开口相连通形成通气孔。
12.根据权利要求11所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述容器主体部由于圆形管材制成,所述容器主体部一端通过热熔密封,另一端通过焊接连接于所述出口部上,所述容器主体部管径沿靠近所述出口部向背离所述出口部方向逐渐减小。
13.根据权利要求12所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述出口部呈奶嘴型。
14.根据权利要求13所述的一种包装容器,其中,所述出口部开口为椭圆型。
15.一种用权利要求1所述的包装容器存储病号饭、方便餐、婴儿食品、军用食品的用途。
