Abstract
一种塑钢网塑复合板及其制备方法,复合板是由两种板材贴合而成,其中一种板材为聚氯乙烯板,另一种板材为低压聚乙烯板,所述聚氯乙烯板和低压聚乙烯板的贴合面位置设波浪形钢丝网,所述钢丝网一部分嵌入聚氯乙烯板,钢丝网另一部分嵌入低压聚乙烯板,本发明与现有技术相比具有防腐性能强,自身比重低,刚度好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,尤其涉及一种复合板材及其制备的方法。
背景技术
复合材料在现代施工和制造行业中应用日益广泛,复合材料的种类也如井喷一般不断涌现,所以使用复合材料越来越多,是因为材料复合后的特质优点被叠加了,在化工、环保、制药、纺织等等领域要用防腐、轻质、易加工,低成本的材料,如各种塑料板材。传统的塑料板材虽然有较好的防腐性,但是没有足够的刚度,如加入钢铁板却又造成板材自身比重(重量)过高,所以,现有的复合板材种类已经不能满足(专项)实际使用上的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐性能强,自身比重低,刚度好的塑钢网塑复合板以及保证产品质量和使用的制备方法。
本发明是一种复合板材即塑钢网塑复合板,具体技术方案如下:
本发明是由两种板材贴合而成,其中一种板材为聚氯乙烯板,另一种板材为低压聚乙烯板,所述聚氯乙烯板和低压聚乙烯板的贴合面位置设波浪形钢丝网,所述钢丝网一部分嵌入聚氯乙烯板,钢丝网另一部分嵌入低压聚乙烯板。
本发明还提出一种塑钢网塑复合板的制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
(1)将聚氯乙烯板放置在水平工作台上,工作台的台面由非导磁材料制成,例如玻璃台面,然后对聚氯乙烯板限位固定;
(2)在聚氯乙烯板的上部铺设同尺寸的波浪形钢丝网,四边对齐;
(3)在波浪形钢丝网的上部铺设同尺寸的低压聚乙烯板,四边对齐,然后对聚氯乙烯板限位固定;
(4)在低压聚乙烯板的上部放置由非金属材料(例如玻璃)制成的压力板,对压力板限位固定;
(5)在上述工作台台面的下部利用电磁加热设备(例如电磁炉)对钢丝网加热,电磁加热设备沿水平方向移动,使钢丝网均匀产生热量,钢丝网的热量软化其上部的聚氯乙烯板和下部低压聚乙烯板,在压力板的压力下,聚氯乙烯板和低压聚乙烯板相对的平面贴合,使钢丝网钢丝网中截面以上部分嵌入聚氯乙烯板,钢丝网中截面以下部分嵌入低压聚乙烯板。
(6)整体进行吹风冷却,取下压力板,在聚氯乙烯板上喷洒冷水雾;
(7)解除所有限位,得到本发明提出的产品。
本发明提出的复合板采取塑料-钢丝网-塑料的组合形式,在保证板材刚度的同时,自身比重较低,而且防腐性能好,强度大;采取电磁均匀加热的方式,聚氯乙烯板和低压聚乙烯板不熔化,而钢丝网不软化、不退火,可保证产品形成以后不易变形,使用寿命长,本发明提出的方法便于加工,成本低廉,易于推广使用。

接下来就结合附图对本发明作详细说明
实施例1
如图1所示,一种塑钢网塑复合板,其是由上下两个板材贴合而成,其中上部的板材是尺寸为1m×2m的低压聚乙烯板101,该低压聚乙烯板的厚度为4mm,下部的板材是尺寸为1m×2m的聚氯乙烯板102,该聚氯乙烯板的厚度为4mm,所述聚氯乙烯板和低压聚乙烯板的贴合面位置设2目的波浪形钢丝网103,该钢丝网的尺寸是1m×2m;所述钢丝网中截面以上部分嵌入聚氯乙烯板,钢丝网中截面以下部分嵌入低压聚乙烯板。
实施例2
本实施例是上述实施例1提出的塑钢网塑复合板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将聚氯乙烯板放置在水平工作台上,工作台的台面为玻璃台面,然后对聚氯乙烯板利用平钳夹具限位固定;
(2)在聚氯乙烯板的上部铺设波浪形钢丝网,四边对齐;
(3)在波浪形钢丝网的上部铺设低压聚乙烯板,四边对齐,然后对聚氯乙烯板利用平钳夹具限位固定;
(4)在低压聚乙烯板的上部放置由玻璃制成的压力板,对压力板利用平钳夹具限位固定;
(5)在上述工作台台面的下部利用电磁炉对钢丝网加热,电磁加热设备沿水平面方向移动,使钢丝网均匀产生热量,钢丝网的热量软化其上部的聚氯乙烯板和下部低压聚乙烯板,在压力板的压力下,聚氯乙烯板和低压聚乙烯板相对的平面贴合,使钢丝网钢丝网中截面以上部分嵌入聚氯乙烯板,钢丝网中截面以下部分嵌入低压聚乙烯板。
(6)整体进行吹风冷却,取下压力板,在聚氯乙烯板上喷洒冷水雾;
(7)解除所有限位,得到实施例1提出的产品。
Claims (3)
1.一种塑钢网塑复合板的制备方法,其特征是:
(1)将聚氯乙烯板放置在水平工作台上,工作台的台面由非导磁材料制成,然后对聚氯乙烯板限位固定;
(2)在聚氯乙烯板的上部铺设同尺寸的波浪形钢丝网,四边对齐;
(3)在波浪形钢丝网的上部铺设同尺寸的低压聚乙烯板,四边对齐,然后对低压聚乙烯板限位固定;
(4)在低压聚乙烯板的上部放置由非金属材料制成的压力板,对压力板限位固定;
(5)在上述工作台台面的下部利用电磁加热设备对钢丝网加热,电磁加热设备沿水平方向移动,使钢丝网均匀产生热量,钢丝网的热量软化其上部的聚氯乙烯板和下部低压聚乙烯板,在压力板的压力下,聚氯乙烯板和低压聚乙烯板相对的平面贴合,使钢丝网中截面以上部分嵌入聚氯乙烯板,钢丝网中截面以下部分嵌入低压聚乙烯板;
(6)整体进行吹风冷却,取下压力板,在聚氯乙烯板上喷洒冷水雾;
(7)解除所有限位,得到塑钢网塑复合板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢网塑复合板的制备方法,其特征是:所述工作台的台面为玻璃台面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢网塑复合板的制备方法,其特征是:所述电磁加热设备为电磁炉。
