Abstract

本发明公开了一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法,其具体制备步骤为:(1)将酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和无机填料置入混合机中混合,再置入破碎机中破碎;(2)在破碎后的混合料中加入固化剂和助剂,置入棒磨机中并加水棒磨;(3)将棒磨后的混合料置入挤出机中挤出成型,再置入模具中热压,热压后冷却得到电木板;本发明的有益效果是:采用两段式粉碎研磨后热压成型的工艺,能有效缩短热压时间,制备的电木板质地均匀,柔韧性较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电木板制备技术领域,特别是一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法。
背景技术
电木板一般是使用品质优良的漂白木积纸及棉绒纸做为补强物,并以高纯度、全合成的石化原料所反应制成的酚醛树脂做为树脂粘合剂制造而成。电木板因具有绝缘、不产生静电、耐磨及耐高温等特性,成为电子产品之绝缘 开关和可变电阻、机械用之模具及生产线上之治具,并可在变压器油中使用等产品使用。
电木板虽然具有价格优势,但其加热制备时间通常较长,对模具和加工器具磨损也较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有技术中的问题,公开了一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法,按重量份取酚醛树脂40、环氧树脂30、固化剂5、无机填料20、助剂5,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和无机填料置入混合机中混合30-40分钟,再置入破碎机中破碎40-60分钟;
(2)在破碎后的混合料中加入固化剂和助剂,置入棒磨机中并加入等质量的水,棒磨4-6小时;
(3)将棒磨后的混合料置入挤出机中挤出成型,再置入模具中热压,热压温度设定为150-170℃,热压后冷却得到电木板。
其中,所述固化剂为六次甲基四胺。
其中,所述无机填料为云母粉。
其中,所述助剂为安息香。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明方法采用两段式粉碎研磨后热压成型的工艺,能有效缩短热压时间,制备的电木板质地均匀,柔韧性较好。

具体实施例一:
一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法,按重量份取酚醛树脂40、环氧树脂30、六次甲基四胺5、云母粉20、安息香5,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和云母粉置入混合机中混合30分钟,再置入破碎机中破碎40分钟;
(2)在破碎后的混合料中加入六次甲基四胺和安息香,置入棒磨机中并加入等质量的水,棒磨4小时;
(3)将棒磨后的混合料置入挤出机中挤出成型,再置入模具中热压,热压温度设定为150℃,热压后冷却得到电木板。
具体实施例二:
一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法,按重量份取酚醛树脂40、环氧树脂30、六次甲基四胺5、云母粉20、安息香5,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和云母粉置入混合机中混合40分钟,再置入破碎机中破碎60分钟;
(2)在破碎后的混合料中加入六次甲基四胺和安息香,置入棒磨机中并加入等质量的水,棒磨6小时;
(3)将棒磨后的混合料置入挤出机中挤出成型,再置入模具中热压,热压温度设定为170℃,热压后冷却得到电木板。
具体实施例三:
一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法,按重量份取酚醛树脂40、环氧树脂30、六次甲基四胺5、云母粉20、安息香5,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和云母粉置入混合机中混合35分钟,再置入破碎机中破碎50分钟;
(2)在破碎后的混合料中加入六次甲基四胺和安息香,置入棒磨机中并加入等质量的水,棒磨5小时;
(3)将棒磨后的混合料置入挤出机中挤出成型,再置入模具中热压,热压温度设定为160℃,热压后冷却得到电木板。

1.一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法,按重量份取酚醛树脂40、环氧树脂30、固化剂5、无机填料20、助剂5,其特征在于其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和无机填料置入混合机中混合30-40分钟,再置入破碎机中破碎40-60分钟;
(2)在破碎后的混合料中加入固化剂和助剂,置入棒磨机中并加入等质量的水,棒磨4-6小时;
(3)将棒磨后的混合料置入挤出机中挤出成型,再置入模具中热压,热压温度设定为150-170℃,热压后冷却得到电木板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电阻器用电木板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述固化剂为六次甲基四胺。
