本发明公开了一种薄膜切割用刀具辊调节装置,包括主辊体,所述主辊体的两端中部具有向外轴向延伸的延伸柱,延伸柱的中部具有流动通孔,主辊体的内部具有总腔体,总腔体与两个流动通孔相通;两个延伸柱铰接在两个连接块上,连接块固定在推动气缸的推杆的端部上,推动气缸的下端固定在转动杆上,转动杆的两端铰接在两个底座上,底座上固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮,转动杆上固定有转动齿轮,驱动齿轮与转动齿轮相啮合;本发明的主辊体可以进行上下升降并进行多角度旋转,从而满足不同的切割位置调节,而且切割刀片可以进行微调,提高调节精度,同时,其可以对切割刀片进行加热,从而提高切割效果。

一种薄膜切割用刀具辊调节装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及薄膜加工设备技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种薄膜切割用刀具辊调节装置。
背景技术:
现有的薄膜加工中需要根据不同规格,对薄膜进行分切,现有的分切刀具是固定在刀具辊上的,其位置一般只能通过隔套分隔固定,其调节精度有限,而且由于刀具温度比薄膜低,从而影响切割效果。
而且现有的刀具辊只具有上下升降效果,位置调节有限。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种薄膜切割用刀具辊调节装置,它的主辊体可以进行上下升降并进行多角度旋转,从而满足不同的切割位置调节,而且切割刀片可以进行微调,提高调节精度,同时,其可以对切割刀片进行加热,从而提高切割效果。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种薄膜切割用刀具辊调节装置,包括主辊体,所述主辊体的两端中部具有向外轴向延伸的延伸柱,延伸柱的中部具有流动通孔,主辊体的内部具有总腔体,总腔体与两个流动通孔相通;
两个延伸柱铰接在两个连接块上,连接块固定在推动气缸的推杆的端部上,推动气缸的下端固定在转动杆上,转动杆的两端铰接在两个底座上,底座上固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮,转动杆上固定有转动齿轮,驱动齿轮与转动齿轮相啮合;
主辊体中插套有多个隔套和调节螺套,主辊体的两端螺接固定有两个端盖,调节螺套和隔套夹持在两个端盖之间,调节螺套夹持在两个隔套之间,调节螺套上螺接有切割刀片和两个定位隔套,切割刀片夹持在两个定位隔套之间,调节螺套中的两个定位隔套夹持在对应的两个隔套之间。
所述总腔体的内侧壁上成型有多个侧壁通孔,侧壁通孔与隔套或调节螺套相对应。
所述隔套或调节螺套的内侧壁上嵌套有两个密封圈,对应的侧壁通孔处于两个密封圈之间。
所述侧壁通孔为阶梯通孔,其靠近总腔体的一侧为大直径孔段,侧壁通孔靠近主辊体的外侧壁的一端为圆台形孔段。
所述圆台形孔段靠近主辊体的外侧壁的一端为小直径端。
一个底座的顶面固定有电机连接板,驱动电机固定在电机连接板上。
所述连接块中安装有轴承,延伸柱的端部固定在轴承的内圈上。
本发明的突出效果是:
与现有技术相比,它的主辊体可以进行上下升降并进行多角度旋转,从而满足不同的切割位置调节,而且切割刀片可以进行微调,提高调节精度,同时,其可以对切割刀片进行加热,从而提高切割效果。

实施例,见如图1至图2所示,一种薄膜切割用刀具辊调节装置,包括主辊体10,所述主辊体10的两端中部具有向外轴向延伸的延伸柱11,延伸柱11的中部具有流动通孔12,主辊体10的内部具有总腔体13,总腔体13与两个流动通孔12相通;
两个延伸柱11铰接在两个连接块20上,连接块20固定在推动气缸21的推杆的端部上,推动气缸21的下端固定在转动杆22上,转动杆22的两端铰接在两个底座23上,底座23上固定有驱动电机24,驱动电机24的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮241,转动杆22上固定有转动齿轮221,驱动齿轮241与转动齿轮221相啮合;
主辊体10中插套有多个隔套14和调节螺套15,主辊体10的两端螺接固定有两个端盖16,调节螺套15和隔套14夹持在两个端盖16之间,调节螺套15夹持在两个隔套14之间,调节螺套15上螺接有切割刀片151和两个定位隔套152,切割刀片151夹持在两个定位隔套152之间,调节螺套15中的两个定位隔套152夹持在对应的两个隔套14之间。
进一步的说,所述总腔体13的内侧壁上成型有多个侧壁通孔131,侧壁通孔131与隔套14或调节螺套15相对应。
进一步的说,所述隔套14或调节螺套15的内侧壁上嵌套有两个密封圈1,对应的侧壁通孔131处于两个密封圈1之间。
进一步的说,所述侧壁通孔131为阶梯通孔,其靠近总腔体13的一侧为大直径孔段1311,侧壁通孔131靠近主辊体10的外侧壁的一端为圆台形孔段1312。
进一步的说,所述圆台形孔段1312靠近主辊体10的外侧壁的一端为小直径端。
进一步的说,一个底座23的顶面固定有电机连接板231,驱动电机24固定在电机连接板231上。
进一步的说,所述连接块20中安装有轴承,延伸柱11的端部固定在轴承的内圈上。
通过推动气缸21的推杆上下推动,实现主辊体10上下调节,而通过驱动电机24运行,实现主辊体10的旋转角度调节,其中驱动电机24为伺服电机,可以保证旋转后的主辊体10不会再移动,而且伺服电机调节精度高。
通过将流动通孔12灌入高温液体后,通过侧壁通孔131传递热量给切割刀片151,使得切割刀片151温度提高,提高切割效果。
而通过调节调节螺套15上的定位隔套152和切割刀片151,可以调节切割刀片151的具体位置,从而可以提高切割精度,使得切割更加准确。

两个延伸柱(11)铰接在两个连接块(20)上,连接块(20)固定在推动气缸(21)的推杆的端部上,推动气缸(21)的下端固定在转动杆(22)上,转动杆(22)的两端铰接在两个底座(23)上,底座(23)上固定有驱动电机(24),驱动电机(24)的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮(241),转动杆(22)上固定有转动齿轮(221),驱动齿轮(241)与转动齿轮(221)相啮合;
主辊体(10)中插套有多个隔套(14)和调节螺套(15),主辊体(10)的两端螺接固定有两个端盖(16),调节螺套(15)和隔套(14)夹持在两个端盖(16)之间,调节螺套(15)夹持在两个隔套(14)之间,调节螺套(15)上螺接有切割刀片(151)和两个定位隔套(152),切割刀片(151)夹持在两个定位隔套(152)之间,调节螺套(15)中的两个定位隔套(152)夹持在对应的两个隔套(14)之间;
所述总腔体(13)的内侧壁上成型有多个侧壁通孔(131),侧壁通孔(131)与隔套(14)或调节螺套(15)相对应,所述侧壁通孔(131)为阶梯通孔,其靠近总腔体(13)的一侧为大直径孔段(1311),侧壁通孔(131)靠近主辊体(10)的外侧壁的一端为圆台形孔段(1312);
所述圆台形孔段(1312)靠近主辊体(10)的外侧壁的一端为小直径端;
所述隔套(14)或调节螺套(15)的内侧壁上嵌套有两个密封圈(1),对应的侧壁通孔(131)处于两个密封圈(1)之间。
