本发明公开了一种金属线材连接装置,其特征在于包括矩形金属片,矩形金属片沿其中线对折,对折部位为圆角,圆角直径大于需要连接的金属线材的直径,矩形金属片对折靠近的一对边缘向内折弯形成八字形开口,八字形开口内侧宽度间距小于需要连接的金属线材的直径,八字形开口外侧宽度大于需要连接的金属线材的直径,金属线材连接装置在八字形开口处和圆角处弯曲后定型,不易回弹,使其快速可靠的连接,然后用填料填补连接部位的缝隙,形成一体。

一种金属线材连接装置及其压接钳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属线材连接部件,特别是涉及一种金属线材连接装置。
背景技术
在一些保温板材料中为了增加产品整体强度,往往要在保温板材中加入金属网,并在边缘处留出金属丝,用于相邻板块的连接,以提高安装后的一体性,但是相邻保温板块间的空间比较小,金属丝捆绑连接比较困难,仍有待于技术创新加以解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种金属线材连接装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种金属线材连接装置,其特征在于包括矩形金属片,矩形金属片沿其中线对折,对折部位为圆角,圆角直径大于需要连接的金属线材的直径,矩形金属片对折靠近的一对边缘向内折弯形成八字形开口,八字形开口内侧宽度间距小于需要连接的金属线材的直径,八字形开口外侧宽度大于需要连接的金属线材的直径。
用于所述金属线材连接装置的压接钳,其特征在于所述包括交叉铰接在一起的上铰接臂和下铰接臂,上铰接臂和下铰接臂前端相对面上分别设有上凹槽和下凹槽,上凹槽和下凹槽内分别镶嵌连接有上压块和下压块,上压块下表面设有向下凸起的截面呈三角形的压型棱,压型棱后端连接有超过压型棱高端的后挡块,下压块上表面设有与压型棱相对的向下凹陷的截面呈三角形的压型槽,压型槽前端连侧设有高于下压块上表面的前挡块
本发明需要连接的金属线材可由该八字形开口挤入但不能退出,整齐一致,然后用压接钳将金属线材连接装置和金属线材一起压弯,压接钳具有前后挡块,不易走形,使其金属线材连接在一起,金属线材连接装置在八字形开口处和圆角处弯曲后定型,不易回弹,使其快速可靠的连接,然后用填料填补连接部位的缝隙,形成一体。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该金属线材连接装置包括一矩形金属片1,可以使铁材质或铝材质的,矩形金属片沿其中线对折,对折部位为圆角2,圆角直径大于或等于需要连接的金属线材15的直径,矩形金属片对折后靠近的一对边缘向内折弯形成八字形开口3,八字形开口内侧宽度间距小于需要连接的金属线材的直径,八字形开口外侧宽度大于需要连接的金属线材的直径,需要连接的金属线材可由该八字形开口挤入但不能退出,八字形开口内侧至圆角间距为连接的金属线材的直径的2.2倍至2.8倍,使其很好地容纳线材。
用于金属线材连接装置的压接钳,如图3、4所示,包括交叉铰接在一起的上铰接臂4和下铰接臂5,上铰接臂和下铰接臂前端相对面上分别设有上凹槽6和下凹槽7,上凹槽和下凹槽内分别镶嵌通过螺栓连接有上压块8和下压块9,上压块和下压块易于更换型号或换新,上压块下表面设有向下凸起的截面呈三角形的压型棱10,压型棱后端连接有超过压型棱高端的后挡块11,下压块上表面设有与压型棱相对的向下凹陷的截面呈三角形的压型槽12,压型槽与压型棱间保有容纳金属线材连接装置的间隙,压型槽前端连侧设有高于下压块上表面的前挡块13,在前后挡块阻挡下压接时不宜走形。
本发明需要连接的金属线材可由该八字形开口挤入但不能退出,整齐一致,然后用压接钳将金属线材连接装置和金属线材一起压弯,压接钳具有前后挡块,不易走形,使其金属线材连接在一起,金属线材连接装置在八字形开口处和圆角处弯曲后定型,不易回弹,使其快速可靠的连接,然后用填料填补连接部位的缝隙,形成一体。
综上所述仅为本发明较佳实施例,凡依本申请所做的等效修饰和现有技术添加均视为本发明技术范畴。

1.一种金属线材连接装置,其特征在于包括矩形金属片,矩形金属片沿其中线对折,对折部位为圆角,圆角直径大于需要连接的金属线材的直径,矩形金属片对折靠近的一对边缘向内折弯形成八字形开口,八字形开口内侧宽度间距小于需要连接的金属线材的直径,八字形开口外侧宽度大于需要连接的金属线材的直径。
2.用于权利要求1所述金属线材连接装置的压接钳,其特征在于所述包括交叉铰接在一起的上铰接臂和下铰接臂,上铰接臂和下铰接臂前端相对面上分别设有上凹槽和下凹槽,上凹槽和下凹槽内分别镶嵌连接有上压块和下压块,上压块下表面设有向下凸起的截面呈三角形的压型棱,压型棱后端连接有超过压型棱高端的后挡块,下压块上表面设有与压型棱相对的向下凹陷的截面呈三角形的压型槽,压型槽前端连侧设有高于下压块上表面的前挡块。
