本发明公开了一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,PTC电热涂层在耐热性塑料薄膜的正面,另一块耐热性塑料薄膜的正面设有采用有机可逆热致变色涂料层印刷而成的图样,上述两块耐热性塑料薄膜背面贴合后形成一体。所述图样是图形、文字、图形与文字的组合中的任意一种或多种。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色温度在25℃~150℃。按本发明提供的PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料的复合方法制备所得的PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,在一定的电压下通电两分钟后,图样会从有色到无色,或者从一种颜色变成另一种颜色。

一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性涂料,特别是一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料。
背景技术
热致变色是指一些化合物或混合物在受热或冷却时能发生颜色变化。自十八世纪七十年发现热致变色材料以来就对其应用研究从早期的示温涂料,发展到工业、军事、出版印刷、纺织服装以及日常生活等诸多领域,但一直以来热致变色涂料复合到其他材料上大部分都只是起着对不同温度的简单识别辅助作用,因此应用市场相对狭窄,且在装饰、显示等方面还存在着市场空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种可拓宽市场应用、可逆变色的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,同时为广告、标语或logo的创意设计提供了一种全新的方式和途径。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,包括PTC电热涂层、有机可逆热致变色涂料层和两块耐热性塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述PTC电热涂层涂覆在一块耐热性塑料薄膜的正面,所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层涂覆在另一块耐热性塑料薄膜的正面;且上述两块耐热性塑料薄膜背面贴合后形成一体。所述PTC电热涂层主要由成膜性高分子化合物、导电发热碳材料和用于溶解成膜性高分子化合物的相应溶剂构成,所述导电发热碳材料与成膜性高分子化合物的质量比为2:3~4:1,其中相应溶剂的用量为能够恰好溶解成膜性高分子化合物的量。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层主要由有机可逆热致变色材料构成,上述有机可逆热致变色材料为电子授受类、含碳碳双键的多芳环类、Shiff碱类、聚合物类、凝胶类中的一种或多种。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的图样可以是图形、文字、图形与文字的组合中的任意一种或多种。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色温度在25℃~150℃。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色特征可以是从无色到有色,从有色到无色;或者从一种颜色变成另一种颜色,从另一种颜色变回一种颜色;或者颜色从浅变深,颜色从深变浅。
一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料的复合方法,步骤如下:先制备PTC电热涂层,将导电发热碳材料与成膜性高分子化合物以质量比为2:3~4:1的配比混合,并研磨分散均匀,加入上述所说的能够溶解成膜性高分子化合物的相应溶剂,制成浆料,继续机械搅拌2h~6h得到PTC电热涂层;再将PTC电热涂层涂覆到一块耐热性塑料薄膜上的正面后放入烘箱中固化4h~12h成膜;之后选择所需的有机可逆热致变色材料混合均匀制备成有机可逆热致变色涂料层,然后在另一块耐热性塑料薄膜正面的与上述已经涂覆PTC电热涂层的相对应位置上,印刷上述有机可逆热致变色涂料层后放入烘箱中固化4h~12h成膜;最后将上述两块烘干后的薄膜的背面贴合在一起,通过热压塑封成型。
作为优选,所述高分子化合物为固化后柔性较好且受热膨胀性较大的具有成膜性的高分子化合物。
为了方便使用,本发明得到的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料在实际应用中所使用的电压可以是交流、直流或脉冲电压中的任意一种。
本发明得到的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,其技术效果是:
(1)工艺简单:有机可逆热致变色涂料层只需要按设计要求印刷或涂覆于耐热性塑料薄膜上即可,方便快捷;
(2)成本低廉:本发明所得一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料在小功率下即可长时间产热,相比于其他电子显色产品制作成本低,应用能耗低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,包括PTC电热涂层、43℃蓝色有机可逆热致变色涂料层和两块PET膜,所述PTC电热涂层涂覆在一块PET膜的正面,所述43℃蓝色有机可逆热致变色涂料层涂覆在另一块PET膜的正面;且上述两块PET膜背面贴合后形成一体。所述PTC电热涂层主要由成PVDF、导电发热碳和用于溶解PVDF的NMP构成,所述导电发热碳与PVDF的质量比为2:3,其中NMP的用量为能够恰好溶解PVDF的量为宜。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层主要由有机可逆热致变色材料构成,上述有机可逆热致变色材料是CVL、硼酸和十六醇以质量百分比为1:25:55均匀混合而成的混合物。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的图样为“zjut”。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色温度在43℃~47℃。所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色特征可以是从蓝色到无色,从无色到蓝色。
一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料的复合方法,步骤如下:先制备PTC电热涂层,将导电发热碳与成PVDF以质量比为2:3的配比混合,并研磨分散均匀,加入上述所说的NMP,制成浆料,继续机械搅拌2h~6h得到PTC电热涂层;再将PTC电热涂层涂覆到一块耐热性塑料薄膜上的正面后放入烘箱中固化4h~12h成膜;之后将CVL、硼酸和十六醇以质量百分比为1:25:55均匀混合,制得有43℃蓝色有机可逆热致变色涂料层,然后在另一块耐热性塑料薄膜正面的与上述已经涂覆PTC电热涂层的相对应位置上,印刷上述43℃蓝色有机可逆热致变色涂料层形成“zjut”的字样,放入烘箱中固化4h~12h成膜;最后将上述两块烘干后的薄膜的背面贴合在一起,通过热压塑封成型。
上述发明所得复合材料在工作时,在PTC电热涂层上附上铜箔电极,在15V的电压下通电,采用通电示温表监控温度,当复合材料升温至43℃~47℃,“zjut”的图样由蓝色变为无色,当恢复常温时,图样颜色由无色变为蓝色。
实验案例2
本实施例中所提供的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料组成与复合方法大致与实施例1相同,不同的是所用有机可逆热致变色涂料层为39℃浅黄色有机可逆热致变色涂料层,制备39℃浅黄色有机可逆热致变色涂料层的原料质量百分比的配比是甲基红:硼酸:十二醇为1:100:300。此外,39℃浅黄色有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色温度为39℃~43℃,39℃浅黄色有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色特征为升温时从浅黄色到橙红色,降温时从橙红色到浅黄色。
上述发明所得复合材料在工作时,在PTC电热涂层上附上铜箔电极,在15V的电压下通电,采用通电示温表监控温度,当复合材料升温至39℃~43℃,“zjut”的图样由浅黄色变为橙红色,当恢复常温时,图样颜色由橙红色变为浅黄色。
实验案例3
本实施例中所提供的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料组成与复合方法大致与实施例1相同,不同的是所用有机可逆热致变色涂料层为65℃浅绿色有机可逆热致变色涂料层,制备65℃浅绿色有机可逆热致变色涂料层的原料质量百分比的配比是孔雀绿:硼酸:丙二醇为1:100:10。此外,65℃浅黄色有机可逆热致变色涂料层65℃~68℃,65℃浅黄色有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色特征为升温时从浅绿色到橘黄色,降温时从橘黄色到浅绿色。
上述发明所得复合材料在工作时,在PTC电热涂层上附上铜箔电极,在15V的电压下通电,采用通电示温表监控温度,当复合材料升温至65℃~68℃,“zjut”的图样由浅绿色到橘黄色,当恢复常温时,图样颜色由橘黄色到浅绿色。

1.一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,包括PTC电热涂层、有机可逆热致变色涂料层和两块耐热性塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述PTC电热涂层涂覆在一块耐热性塑料薄膜的正面,所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层涂覆在另一块耐热性塑料薄膜的正面;且上述两块耐热性塑料薄膜背面贴合后形成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,其特征在于:所述PTC电热涂层主要由成膜性高分子化合物、导电发热碳材料和用于溶解成膜性高分子化合物的相应溶剂构成,所述导电发热碳材料与成膜性高分子化合物的质量比为2:3~4:1,其中相应溶剂的用量为能够恰好溶解成膜性高分子化合物的量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,其特征在于:所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层主要由有机可逆热致变色材料构成,上述有机可逆热致变色材料为电子授受类、含碳碳双键的多芳环类、Shiff碱类、聚合物类、凝胶类中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,其特征在于:所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的图样可以是图形、文字、图形与文字的组合中的任意一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料,其特征在于:所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色温度在25℃~150℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的新型复合材料,其特征在于:所述有机可逆热致变色涂料层的变色特征可以是从无色到有色,从有色到无色;或者从一种颜色变成另一种颜色,从另一种颜色变回一种颜色;或者颜色从浅变深,颜色从深变浅。
7.一种如权利要求1至6所述的PTC电热涂层与热致变色涂料复合的复合材料的复合方法,其特征在于:先制备PTC电热涂层,将导电发热碳材料与成膜性高分子化合物以质量比为2:3~4:1的配比混合,并研磨分散均匀,加入上述所说的能够溶解成膜性高分子化合物的相应溶剂,制成浆料,继续机械搅拌2h~6h得到PTC电热涂层;再将PTC电热涂层涂覆到一块耐热性塑料薄膜上的正面后放入烘箱中固化4h~12h成膜;之后选择所需的有机可逆热致变色材料混合均匀制备成有机可逆热致变色涂料层,然后在另一块耐热性塑料薄膜正面的与上述已经涂覆PTC电热涂层的相对应位置上,印刷上述有机可逆热致变色涂料层后放入烘箱中固化4h~12h成膜;最后将上述两块烘干后的薄膜的背面贴合在一起,通过热压塑封成型。
