Abstract

An improved manufacturing method for paper container with heat insulating surface is disclosed, a liquid gluing agent made of polyvinyl acetate or polyethylene-vinyl acetate or the mixture of both and thermal-foaming particles made of thermal plastic polymer that contains solvent with low melting point are mixed, mixing ratio of the liquid gluing agent and the thermal-foaming particles is 5% to 20% in weight, after mixing a composite coating material is formed. The composite coating material is applied on a determined range of a consecutive paper or on a surface of a formed container, then the paper or the container is heated so that the surface generates foaming action by the foaming particles to form a foaming layer on the surface. When the composite coating material is applied on the determined range of the consecutive paper then the coated range is tailored and fabricated into a product, or applied on the surface of the product such as a surface of a paper container, an effect of heat insulation can be achieved. When containing a high temperature substance, a holder would not feel hot and further provides functions of remaining temperature; the composite coating material can be provided with pigments then sprayed or coated on the surface on which has a pattern mold, so the composite coating material coated on the pattern section can be heated to generate foaming action then protruded three-dimensional color pattern is formed, or can be color printed after the three-dimensional pattern is formed so various visual sensations can be created. Meanwhile, the effect of heat insulation when holding can be achieved on the protruded three-dimensional pattern, so thermal foaming fast adhesion and deformation resistance can be also achieved.
