本发明公开了一种豆干原料分离磨浆机,包括机体和外设电机,所述外设电机通过支撑杆固定安装在机体的一侧,所述机体的上部设置有进料口,所述进料口的下方设置有转动杆,所述转动杆上固定安装有旋转刀片,所述转动杆的外侧套接有筛滤网,所述分离筛的一侧设置有电机扇,此豆干原料分离磨浆机内部设置了一套原料切碎系统,在豆干原料研磨前先将原料切碎,避免了原料直接与研磨装置接触,减少了机器的损伤,在分离筛的一侧安装了电机扇,通过风力将分离的豆干原料残渣清理干净,且在豆渣引流管的内壁上设置了油纸,使豆干原料残渣充分得到清理,避免堵塞管道,此豆干原料分离磨浆机操作简单、效率高、实用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及豆干原料加工技术领域,具体为一种豆干原料分离磨浆机。
背景技术
豆干原料分离磨浆机是一种新颖的磨碎设备,使用于大豆、黄豆等粮食类物料的湿磨加工,当豆干原料经过清理、浸泡等预处理后的物料由进入料斗入磨后,在离心力的作用下进入相对运动的上、下砂盘之间,由于物料的相互冲击、挤压和砂盘的剪切、搓撕等综合作用,使物料沿砂盘平面从里到外、由粗到细地达到磨碎目的,目前的豆干原料磨浆机是直接将原料倒入机器内直接加工,对机器有一定的损伤,且研磨不充分,目前的豆干磨浆机工作时的碎渣在分离时容易依附在机器内,清理不充分,容易造成堵塞机器管道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种豆干原料分离磨浆机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种豆干原料分离磨浆机,包括机体和外设电机,所述外设电机通过支撑杆固定安装在机体的一侧,所述机体的上部设置有进料口,所述进料口的下方设置有转动杆,所述转动杆上固定安装有旋转刀片,所述转动杆的外侧套接有筛滤网,所述筛滤网的下方设置有出料口,所述出料口的下侧固定连接有定磨片,所述定磨片的内侧设置有动磨片,所述动磨片的外侧壁上设置有打磨刀头,所述动磨片的下方设置有分离筛,所述分离筛的一侧设置有电机扇,所述分离筛的另一侧固定连接有豆渣引流管,所述豆渣引流管的底端螺纹连接有豆渣收集箱,所述分离筛的下侧设置有U型通浆管,所述U型通浆管的内侧固定安装有二号电机,所述U型通浆管的下方固定连接有豆浆引流管,所述机体的侧壁上设置有控制器,所述外设电机、二号电机和电机扇均与控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述豆渣引流管的内壁设置有油纸。
优选的,所述豆渣收集箱通过固定杆固定连接在机体的一侧。
优选的,所述机体的下部设置有四个支座。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此豆干原料分离磨浆机内部设置了一套原料切碎系统,在豆干原料研磨前先将原料切碎,避免了原料直接与研磨装置接触,减少了机器的损伤,在分离筛的一侧安装了电机扇,通过风力将分离的豆干原料残渣清理干净,且在豆渣引流管的内壁上设置了油纸,使豆干原料残渣充分得到清理,避免堵塞管道,此豆干原料分离磨浆机操作简单、效率高、实用方便。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种豆干原料分离磨浆机,包括机体1和外设电机3,所述外设电机3通过支撑杆2固定安装在机体1的一侧,所述机体1的上部设置有进料口5,所述进料口5的下方设置有转动杆7,所述转动杆7上固定安装有旋转刀片6,所述转动杆7的外侧套接有筛滤网4,所述筛滤网4的下方设置有出料口8,所述出料口8的下侧固定连接有定磨片11,所述定磨片11的内侧设置有动磨片9,所述动磨片9的外侧壁上设置有打磨刀头10,打磨刀头10高速旋转到原料的到充分的研磨,所述动磨片9的下方设置有分离筛17,所述分离筛17的一侧设置有电机扇12,所述分离筛17的另一侧固定连接有豆渣引流管19,所述豆渣引流管19的内壁设置有油纸20,油纸20的湿滑性让原料残渣不易粘连在管道内,所述豆渣引流管19的底端螺纹连接有豆渣收集箱18,所述豆渣收集箱18通过固定杆22固定连接在机体1的一侧,所述机体1的下部设置有四个支座14,所述分离筛17的下侧设置有U型通浆管15,所述U型通浆管15的内侧固定安装有二号电机16,所述U型通浆管15的下方固定连接有豆浆引流管13,所述机体1的侧壁上设置有控制器21,所述外设电机3、二号电机16和电机扇12均与控制器21电性连接。
工作原理:打开控制器21,外设电机3、二号电机16和电机扇12开始工作,将准备好的豆干原料倒入进料口5,原料进去筛滤网4后转动杆7带动螺旋刀片6将原料切碎后,原料通过出料口8进入到动磨片9和定磨片11之间,动磨片9带动打磨刀头10高速旋转,将原料充分研磨,豆干原料浆汁通过分离筛17进入到U型通浆管15,最后通过豆浆引流管13流出,分离后的原料残渣在电机扇12风力的推动下进入到豆渣引流管19,最后进入到豆渣收集箱18。

1.一种豆干原料分离磨浆机,包括机体(1)和外设电机(3),所述外设电机(3)通过支撑杆(2)固定安装在机体(1)的一侧,其特征在于:所述机体(1)的上部设置有进料口(5),所述进料口(5)的下方设置有转动杆(7),所述转动杆(7)上固定安装有旋转刀片(6),所述转动杆(7)的外侧套接有筛滤网(4),所述筛滤网(4)的下方设置有出料口(8),所述出料口(8)的下侧固定连接有定磨片(11),所述定磨片(11)的内侧设置有动磨片(9),所述动磨片(9)的外侧壁上设置有打磨刀头(10),所述动磨片(9)的下方设置有分离筛(17),所述分离筛(17)的一侧设置有电机扇(12),所述分离筛(17)的另一侧固定连接有豆渣引流管(19),所述豆渣引流管(19)的底端螺纹连接有豆渣收集箱(18),所述分离筛(17)的下侧设置有U型通浆管(15),所述U型通浆管(15)的内侧固定安装有二号电机(16),所述U型通浆管(15)的下方固定连接有豆浆引流管(13),所述机体(1)的侧壁上设置有控制器(21),所述外设电机(3)、二号电机(16)和电机扇(12)均与控制器(21)电性连接;
