Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于絮凝剂的加药装置,包括料斗、加药器、控制装置、搅拌装置和溶解池,料斗、加药器和控制装置固定在溶解池上方,搅拌装置设置在溶解池一侧,溶解池上方还设有浓度检测装置,浓度检测装置可深入至溶解池内水位线处,所述料斗内设有过滤筛,料斗的内壁上设有加热板,溶解池的一侧还设有加热温控器。结构简单,操作方便,加热板和加热温控器的设置有利于絮凝剂的溶解,方便污水的净化;浓度检测装置的设置有利于对絮凝剂的浓度实时检测,以达到最佳净化效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及水处理设备,具体为涉及一种絮凝剂的溶解及加药装置。
背景技术
在水处理工业中,净化污水和污泥时,通常是采用絮凝沉淀的方法,向污水或污泥中添加絮凝剂,将污水中的固体颗粒和污泥中密度较大的杂质颗粒聚集沉淀,以达到分离净化的目的,由于水处理时污水或者污泥一般都是流动状态,因此添加絮凝剂的过程也需要持续不断的进行传统的加药过程多采用按时按量将絮凝剂直接投入到污水或污泥中的方式,这种加药方式下投入的絮凝剂分布不均匀,絮凝沉淀效率低,絮凝剂消耗量大,对流动式加药效果更差;另一方面,由于絮凝剂的自身溶解特性,若絮凝剂溶解不好,则很大程度上也影响污水的净化。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种用于絮凝剂的加药装置,絮凝剂溶解效果好,且溶解效率高。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于絮凝剂的加药装置,包括料斗、加药器、控制装置、搅拌装置和溶解池,料斗、加药器和控制装置固定在溶解池上方,搅拌装置设置在溶解池一侧,溶解池上方还设有浓度检测装置,浓度检测装置可深入至溶解池内水位线处,所述料斗内设有过滤筛,料斗的内壁上设有加热板,溶解池的一侧还设有加热温控器。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,浓度检测装置包括可伸缩检测杆和浓度显示器。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,操作方便,加热板和加热温控器的设置有利于絮凝剂的溶解,方便污水的净化;浓度检测装置的设置有利于对絮凝剂的浓度实时检测,以达到最佳净化效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种用于絮凝剂的加药装置,包括料斗1、加药器2、控制装置3、搅拌装置4和溶解池5,料斗1、加药器2和控制装置3固定在溶解池5上方,搅拌装置4设置在溶解池5一侧,溶解池5上方还设有浓度检测装置6,浓度检测装置6可深入至溶解池5内水位线处,料斗1内设有过滤筛7,料斗1的内壁上设有加热板8,溶解池5的一侧还设有加热温控器9。
浓度检测装置6包括可伸缩检测杆6a和浓度显示器6b,可伸缩杆的设置方便适应不同水位的浓度检测。
料斗内设置的过滤筛方便对絮凝剂进行过滤,结块的絮凝剂被过滤出来,而料斗内加热板的设置实现对絮凝剂的加热,有利于絮凝剂的溶解,减少絮凝剂的结块,使得絮凝剂在污水净化中达到最佳效果;同时浓度检测装置实现了对絮凝剂浓度的实施检测。

1.一种用于絮凝剂的加药装置,其特征在于:包括料斗(1)、加药器(2)、控制装置(3)、搅拌装置(4)和溶解池(5),所述料斗(1)、加药器(2)和控制装置(3)固定在溶解池(5)上方,搅拌装置(4)设置在溶解池(5)一侧,所述溶解池(5)上方还设有浓度检测装置(6),所述浓度检测装置(6)可深入至溶解池(5)内水位线处,所述料斗(1)内设有过滤筛(7),料斗(1)的内壁上设有加热板(8),所述溶解池(5)的一侧还设有加热温控器(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于絮凝剂的加药装置,其特征在于:所述浓度检测装置(6)包括可伸缩检测杆(6a)和浓度显示器(6b)。
