Abstract

本发明涉及一种粉尘过滤器包括外壳、进气口、出气口、风机、清洁水池、污水池、水泵；进气口在竖直方向上位于出气口的下方，风机靠近出气口；粉尘过滤器还包括有过滤带，过滤带由多层过滤网制成，过滤带分别被辊轮一、辊轮二和辊轮三支撑；辊轮一、辊轮二和辊轮三为过滤带提供动力，使过滤带能够沿Y方向移动；过滤带的三个边的附近分别设置有喷嘴一、喷嘴二、喷嘴三和喷嘴四。通过设置会转动的滤网，潮湿的滤网吸附空气中的粉尘，粘附在滤网上的粉尘被高压水冲刷，被清洁后的滤网继续向上移动，对空气中的粉尘进行吸附，经过双重清洁的空气通过排气口排到室外，有效减少了粉尘及油烟对周围环境的污染。

一种粉尘过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于过滤空气中的粉尘或油烟的过滤器，属于空气过滤技术。
背景技术
以油漆房、装修时的房屋为例，在工作时，会产生大量的粉尘，空气中也会充斥着挥发的油漆，这些有害物不仅仅影响操作人员的身体健康，而且也对产品的加工造成损害。
所以，油漆房通常都会使用抽风设备及粉尘过滤设备，如集合了过滤与抽风功能的水帘机。水帘机的设计通常是在机柜的中部设置一道挡板，水从顶部流到挡板表面流过形成一道水帘，在挡板下方设置一个过滤水槽，在过滤水槽与挡板之间设有间隙，以便空气从挡板与过滤水槽之间的间隙流到鼓风机，空气中的粉尘碰到水帘就会被水吸附流入过滤水槽中，这种设计的好处是部件集中安装，方便移动使用，不足是空气只能通过挡板与过滤水槽之间的间隙流过，因为空气流动时只会选择路径最短的路线，所以，在水帘的上部，空气的流动性就比较差，除尘效果不是很理想。
还有一种除尘方式，整个喷漆房地板采用金属格栅，排气装置从格栅与地面的空隙进行吸排气，这种设计的优点是在粉尘下坠时加速下坠，把粉尘排走，以起到净化的作用。但是，这种结构在很多场合不适合使用。
现在有一种用于厂房的空气过滤降温设备，把室外的空气吸入过滤并降温后吹进房间内，优点是能耗低，不足是滤网固定不动，使用时间一长，滤网容易被堵塞，清洗维护困难。
因此，需要寻找一种不仅能够有效除尘、除烟，还能有效减少对环境造成污染并能够自动进行清洁的空气过滤设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不仅能够有效除尘、除烟，还能有效减少对环境造成污染并能够自动进行清洁的过滤器。
为了解决以上的技术问题，本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种粉尘过滤器包括外壳1、进气口2、出气口3、风机4、清洁水池5、污水池6、水泵7；进气口2和出气口3分别位于外壳1上，从进气口2进入粉尘过滤器内部的是污浊的空气，从出气口3排除的是经过滤后的清洁空气；其特征在于：进气口2在竖直方向上位于出气口3的下方，风机4靠近出气口3；粉尘过滤器还包括有过滤带8，过滤带8由多层过滤网制成，过滤带8分别被辊轮一91、辊轮二92和辊轮三93支撑；辊轮一91、辊轮二92和辊轮三93为过滤带8提供动力，使过滤带8能够沿Y方向移动；过滤带8的三个边的附近分别设置有喷嘴一11、喷嘴二12、喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14。
所述喷嘴二12、喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14分别为低压喷嘴，所述喷嘴一11为高压喷嘴。
过滤带8的一段靠近进气口2；过滤带8靠近污水池6的一段被喷嘴一喷出的高压水清洁；过滤带8靠近风机4的一段设置有喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14，喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14喷出的水气可以湿润过滤带8，以便能够再次清洁空气。
有益效果：
1、通过设置会转动的滤网，潮湿的滤网吸附空气中的粉尘，粘附在滤网上的粉尘被高压水冲刷，被清洁后的滤网继续向上移动，对空气中的粉尘进行吸附，经过双重清洁的空气通过排气口排到室外，有效减少了粉尘及油烟对周围环境的污染。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图说明实施方式。
如图1所示，粉尘过滤器包括外壳1、进气口2、出气口3、风机4、清洁水池5、污水池6、水泵7。进气口2和出气口3分别位于外壳1上，从进气口2进入粉尘过滤器内部的是污浊的空气（带有粉尘、油烟等），从出气口3排除的是经过滤后的清洁空气；进气口2在竖直方向上位于出气口3的下方，风机4靠近出气口3，这样的设计可以使粉尘在重力作用下堆积在竖直方向的下方，确保出气口3和风机4处的粉尘尽量少。
粉尘过滤器还包括有过滤带8，过滤带8由多层过滤网制成，过滤带8分别被辊轮一91、辊轮二92和辊轮三93支撑，如图所示，过滤带8成三角形；辊轮一91、辊轮二92和辊轮三93为过滤带8提供动力，使过滤带8能够沿图示Y方向移动；图示过滤带8的三个边的附近分别设置有喷嘴一11、喷嘴二12、喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14；喷嘴二12、喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14分别为低压喷嘴，用于润湿过滤带8上的过滤网，潮湿的过滤网可以吸附空气中的粉尘和油烟；喷嘴一11为高压喷嘴，喷出的是高压水，喷出的高压水用于清洁过滤带8上的粉尘和油烟。如图所示，过滤带8的一段靠近进气口2，以便能使从进气口2进入的污浊空气被过滤带清洁，以清洁空气中的粉尘和油烟；过滤带8靠近污水池6的一段可以被喷嘴一喷出的高压水清洁；过滤带8靠近风机4的一段设置有喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14，喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14喷出的水气可以湿润过滤带8，以便能够再次清洁空气，最后清洁的空气从出气口3排除。
在粉尘工作过程中，污浊的空气沿方向X从进气口2进入粉尘过滤器内部；水泵7从清洁水池5中抽水，并通过水管71输送到喷嘴一11、喷嘴二12、喷嘴三13和喷嘴四14；喷嘴二12为面对进气口2的过滤带8提供水汽，使过滤带8上的过滤网湿润后吸附从进气口2进入的污浊空气中的粉尘和油烟；过滤带8在辊轮一91、辊轮二92和辊轮三93的带动下沿Y方向运动，过滤带8上靠近污水池6的一段的附近有喷嘴一11，喷嘴一11喷出高压水，高压水使过滤带8上吸附的粉尘、油烟从过滤带8上冲洗下来，污水池6收集这些粉尘、油烟，并通过排出口61排除粉尘过滤器外。
过滤带8继续沿Y方向运动，过滤带靠近风机4的一面的附近设置有喷嘴三13、喷嘴四14，喷嘴三13、喷嘴四14用于为过滤带8提供湿润的水气，以便过滤带8能够吸附残存在空气中的粉尘和油烟，起到进一步清洁空气的作用。
最后经过两次过滤后的空气，通过出气口3排除室外。

1.一种粉尘过滤器包括外壳、进气口、出气口、风机、清洁水池、污水池、水泵；进气口和出气口分别位于外壳上，从进气口进入粉尘过滤器内部的是污浊的空气，从出气口排除的是经过滤后的清洁空气；其特征在于：进气口在竖直方向上位于出气口的下方，风机靠近出气口；粉尘过滤器还包括有过滤带，过滤带由多层过滤网制成，过滤带分别被辊轮一、辊轮二和辊轮三支撑；辊轮一、辊轮二和辊轮三为过滤带提供动力，使过滤带能够沿Y方向移动；过滤带的三个边的附近分别设置有喷嘴一、喷嘴二、喷嘴三和喷嘴四。
2.如权利要求1所述的粉尘过滤器，其特征在于：所述喷嘴二、喷嘴三和喷嘴四分别为低压喷嘴，所述喷嘴一为高压喷嘴。
3.如权利要求2所述的粉尘过滤器，其特征在于：过滤带的一段靠近进气口；过滤带靠近污水池的一段被喷嘴一喷出的高压水清洁；过滤带靠近风机的一段设置有喷嘴三和喷嘴四，喷嘴三和喷嘴四喷出的水气可以湿润过滤带，以便能够再次清洁空气。
