[0003] 所以,油漆房通常都会使用抽风设备及粉尘过滤设备,如集合了过滤与抽风功能 的水帘机。水帘机的设计通常是在机柜的中部设置一道挡板,水从顶部流到挡板表面流过 形成一道水帘,在挡板下方设置一个过滤水槽,在过滤水槽与挡板之间设有间隙,以便空气 从挡板与过滤水槽之间的间隙流到鼓风机,空气中的粉尘碰到水帘就会被水吸附流入过滤 水槽中,这种设计的好处是部件集中安装,方便移动使用,不足是空气只能通过挡板与过滤 水槽之间的间隙流过,因为空气流动时只会选择路径最短的路线,所以,在水帘的上部,空 气的流动性就比较差,除尘效果不是很理想。

Claims (6)
1. 一种空气过滤方法,所述空气过滤方法应用于一种过滤网,其特征在于:所述过滤网 包括进气口、出气口、空气过滤网和粉尘过滤网;进气口和出气口分别设置有鼓风机;粉尘 过滤网包括喷嘴一、喷嘴二、喷嘴三、滤网、辊轮一、辊轮二、辊轮三、辊轮四;过滤器还包括 水槽和污水槽,水槽设置在空气过滤网的下方,污水槽设置在粉尘过滤网的下方,污水槽中 的水在过滤器工作过程中处于高速流动状态;过滤器还包括水栗和水管,水泵从水槽抽取 水,通过水管分别输送到嘴一、喷嘴二、喷嘴三;辊轮一、辊轮二、辊轮三、辊轮四分别支撑滤 网的四个角;潮湿的滤网吸附空气中的粉尘后向下移动到污水槽中,粘附在滤网上的粉尘 冲刷到水中,被清洁后的滤网继续向上移动,对穿过第一层滤网上的小孔吹进来的空气中 的粉尘进行吸附;经过除尘处理后的空气,继续沿着X方向流动到空气过滤网中,空气过滤 网中包含有气体过滤装置,空气经过空气过滤网的处理后,排出到出气口上,并排出室外。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤方法,其特征在于:在水平方向上,辊轮四低于辊 轮三,辊轮四部分浸泡在污水槽中;使辊轮三和辊轮四之间的滤网的一部分浸泡在污水槽 中(称为滤网浸泡部分),另一部分未浸泡在污水槽中(称为滤网未浸泡部分)。
3. 如权利要求2所述的一种空气过滤方法,其特征在于:喷嘴三设置在辊轮三和辊轮四 之间,并设置在滤网未浸泡部分上方,用于将水喷洒在辊轮三和辊轮四之间的滤网上,喷嘴 三上喷洒的是高压水,用于将滤网上的粉尘冲洗下来;滤网浸泡部分通过浸泡在污水槽中, 在污水槽中的水高速流动的情况下,将滤网中剩余未被冲洗下来的粉尘清洗干净。
4. 如权利要求3所述的一种空气过滤方法,其特征在于:污水槽的一侧设置有排污阀, 污水带着粉尘从排污阀中排出;潮湿的滤网吸附空气中的粉尘后向下移动到污水槽中,粘 附在滤网上的粉尘冲刷到水中,被清洁后的滤网继续向上移动,对穿过第一层滤网上的小 孔吹进来的空气中的粉尘进行吸附。
5. 如权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤方法,其特征在于:喷嘴一设置在进气口附近,喷 嘴一喷洒出来的水,能够使进气口附近进来的空气湿润,以使这些空气中的粉尘能够在重 力作用下掉下来,进入到污水槽中。
6. 如权利要求1所述的一种空气过滤方法,其特征在于:喷嘴二设置在辊轮一和辊轮二 之间,喷出的是水雾,用于将水喷洒在辊轮一、辊轮二之间的滤网上,以便使水附着在滤网 上;滤网移动后,空气中剩余的粉尘附着在带有水的滤网上,以便清洁空气中剩余的粉尘。
