本发明公开了一种采用食用植物作为成分制成的预防脱发代用茶的制备方法,是由下列原料制成:葫芦巴7.5~22.5g、桃仁10~30g、黑芝麻7.5~22.5g、苦杏仁10~30g、蒺藜5~15g、桑椹10~30g,采用混合粉碎法或水提醇沉法或醇提水沉法制成颗粒制备而成。本发明的预防脱发代用茶携带、使用方便,口感好,易被人们接受;不含任何食品添加剂、激素及有害物质,适用于脱发者长期食用。

本发明涉及一种类似茶叶冲泡的饮品,尤其是一种采用食用植物作为成分制成的预防脱发代用茶的制备方法。
背景技术
毛发的生长和再生有赖于对毛囊的足够营养供血。微循环灌注障碍导致微循环中血液灌注的流速及流量下降,影响头皮毛囊的正常营养及供氧减少,从而导致脱发的产生。治疗药物通过升高皮肤温度,能扩张皮肤血管、改善皮肤微循环,增加毛乳头血液供应、改善毛囊营养、促进组织新生,进而促进毛发生长。
世界卫生组织发表报告:脱发和白发正在成为一个全球性的问题。据国家权威卫生机构调查:国内脱发、秃发、枯黄、分叉、细软、白发的人数超过1.5亿人;我国25~35岁男子患男性型脱发的比例高达40%,84.8%被确诊为脂溢性脱发。由于大气污染、社会压力加大以及饮食结构不平衡等导致脱发、白发的人越来越多,并且脱发的人群正在趋向年轻化。
代用茶多采用药食同源的植物的叶、花、果实、根茎等为原料,按一定比例拼配加工成的产品,并通过小袋包装,长期食用无毒副作用,且因浓度低、刺激性小,口感好,是预防脱发的最佳选择。目前这种采用食用植物作为有效成分的代用茶产品更符合现代人的口味和生活习惯,因此具有很广阔的市场前景,人们对预防脱发的代用茶产品存在强烈需求。
至今为止,还未发现任何有关本发明代用茶组合物及其制备方法的报道。本发明人经过反复研究,终于找到了有更好预防脱发效果的代用茶及其制备方法,从而完成了本发明。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种采用食用植物作为成分制成的有更好预防脱发效果的代用茶的制备方法。
本发明是一种采用食用植物作为成分制成的预防脱发代用茶,其中所述的食用植物是由下列原料制成:葫芦巴、桃仁、黑芝麻、苦杏仁、蒺藜、桑椹。
它选择了葫芦巴、桃仁、黑芝麻、苦杏仁、蒺藜、桑椹进行组合作为原料,其中(1)葫芦巴为豆科植物胡芦巴 Trigonella foenum-graecum L.的干燥成熟种子。具有温肾,祛寒,止痛的功效。用于肾脏虚冷,小腹冷痛,小肠疝气,寒湿脚气。(2)桃仁为蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica (L.) Batsch 或山桃 Prunus davidiana(Carr.) Franch.的干燥成熟种子。具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便的功效。用于经闭,痛经,癥瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘。(3)黑芝麻为脂麻科植物脂麻Sesamum indicum L.的干燥成熟种子。具有补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥的功效。用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘。(4)苦杏仁为蔷薇科植物山杏Prunus armeniaca L. var. ansu Maxim. 、西伯利亚杏Prunus sibirica L. 、东北杏 Prunus mandshurica (Maxim.) Koehne 或杏Prunus armeniaca L. 的干燥成熟种子。具有降气止咳平喘,润肠通便的功效。用于咳嗽气喘,胸满痰多,血虚津枯,肠燥便秘。(5)蒺藜为蒺藜科植物蒺藜 Tribulus terrestris L. 的干燥成熟果实。具有平肝解郁,活血祛风,明目,止痒的功效。用于头痛眩晕,胸胁胀痛,乳闭乳痈,目赤翳障,风疹瘙痒。(6)桑椹为桑科植物桑 Morus alba L.的干燥果穗。具有补血滋阴,生津润燥的功效。用于眩晕耳鸣,心悸失眠,须发早白,津伤口渴,内热消渴,血虚便秘。将这些食用植物组合使用使得各原料功效产生协同作用,从而具有预防脱发的效果。
本发明代用茶中食用植物的用量也是经过发明人进行大量摸索总结得出的,各原料用量为在下述具体重量范围内都具有较好效果:葫芦巴7.5~22.5g、桃仁10~30g、黑芝麻7.5~22.5g、苦杏仁10~30g、蒺藜5~15g、桑椹10~30g。

本发明代用茶的包装规格、食用方法及食用量为:1)可食用植物原料采用直接按重量称取、混合粉碎制成的,每袋装5g,用沸水冲泡3~5min,一次1袋,一日1~2次。2)可食用植物原料采用水提醇沉法或醇提水沉法制成的,每袋装2g,用沸水冲泡,一次1袋,一日1~2次。
本发明代用茶携带、使用方便,口感好,易被人们接受;采用可食用植物原料组成,不含任何食品添加剂、激素及有害物质,适用于脱发者长期食用。
【具体实施方式】
下面结合实施例对本发明代用茶做进一步详细的描述,但本发明代用茶的实施方式不限于此。
【实施例1】
称取葫芦巴15g、桃仁20g、黑芝麻15g、苦杏仁20g、蒺藜10g、桑椹20g,混合后气流粉碎成细粉,流化床喷雾造粒,60℃±5℃干燥3h±0.5h,整粒,制得粒径在0.5mm大小的颗粒,混匀,用颗粒包装机包装成每袋装5g的代用茶。
【实施例2】
称取葫芦巴12g、桃仁16g、黑芝麻12g、苦杏仁16g、蒺藜8g、桑椹16g,混合后机械粉碎成细粉,喷水至形成松散粒状,挤压造粒,60℃±5℃干燥3h±0.5h,整粒,制得粒径在1mm大小的颗粒,混匀,用颗粒包装机包装成每袋装5g的代用茶。
【实施例3】
称取葫芦巴18g、桃仁24g、黑芝麻18g、苦杏仁24g、蒺藜12g、桑椹24g,混合后机械粉碎成粗粉,用70%乙醇做溶剂,浸渍48小时后缓缓渗漉,收集渗漉液,加热浓缩同时回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.05~1.10(25℃),静置24小时,取上清液,喷雾干燥制粒,整粒,制得粒径在1mm大小的颗粒,混匀,用颗粒包装机包装成每袋装2g的代用茶。
【实施例4】
称取葫芦巴7.5g、桃仁10g、黑芝麻7.5g、苦杏仁10g、蒺藜5g、桑椹10g,混合后机械粉碎成粗粉,用水煎煮提取2次,第一次提取2h,收集提取液,残渣加水煎煮提取1小时,收集提取液,合并2次提取液加热浓缩,浓缩至相对密度1.05~1.10(25℃),喷雾干燥制粒,整粒,制得粒径在2mm大小的颗粒,混匀,用颗粒包装机包装成每袋装2g的代用茶。
【实施例5】
称取葫芦巴22.5g、桃仁30g、黑芝麻22.5g、苦杏仁30g、蒺藜15g、桑椹30g,混合后机械粉碎成粗粉,用65%乙醇做溶剂,加热回流提取2次,第一次提取2h,收集提取液,残渣加65%乙醇回流提取1小时,收集提取液,合并2次提取液加热浓缩同时回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.05~1.10(25℃),喷雾干燥制粒,整粒,制得粒径在2mm大小的颗粒,混匀,用颗粒包装机包装成每袋装2g的代用茶。
【实施例6】
称取葫芦巴13.5g、桃仁18g、黑芝麻13.5g、苦杏仁18g、蒺藜9g、桑椹18g,混合后机械粉碎成粗粉,用水煎煮提取2次,第一次提取2h,收集提取液,残渣加水煎煮提取1小时,收集提取液,合并2次提取液加热浓缩,浓缩至相对密度1.20~1.30(25℃),加95%乙醇并搅拌,至乙醇浓度达到60%,静置12小时,取上清液,加热浓缩同时回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.05~1.10(25℃),喷雾干燥制粒,整粒,制得粒径在1mm大小的颗粒,混匀,用颗粒包装机包装成每袋装2g的代用茶。
应用实施例为了验证本发明所述的预防脱发代用茶效果,下面将对实施例1所得产品进行小鼠耳廓微循环影响的药效学实验研究。
方法:取小鼠40只,雌雄各半。随机分为空白对照组(75%乙醇),本发明实施例1低、中、高剂量组。将小鼠麻醉后用激光多普勒微循环仪测定小鼠耳廓微循环血流量(PU),于各组小鼠耳廓上涂抹相应产品,涂抹量见表1。20min后再次测量观察各组小鼠的血流量(PU),将各组的PU差值进行比较,结果见表1。

说明:同空白对照组比较: **P<0.01。
表1结果显示,涂抹前和涂抹后比较,空白对照组小鼠耳廓微循环PU值基本无改变,与空白对照组比较,本发明实施例1高、中、低剂量组均可显著改善小鼠耳廓微循环(P<0.01),提示本发明实施例1高、中、低剂量组均可显著增加小鼠耳廓微循环,扩张毛细血管,加快血流速度;本发明实施例1高、中、低剂量组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),提示本发明实施例1对小鼠耳廓微循环的药效不存在明显剂量依赖性。
雄激素性脱发与血液流变学变化存在相关性,血液黏度增高、血瘀证可能是本病的发病机制之一。研究发现,雄激素性脱发患者全血黏度(以高切为主)、红细胞压积、全血高切相对指数明显高于正常对照组。“发为血之余”,脱发病与“血”的关系密切。血液黏度愈高,血液流动性愈小,反之愈大。血黏度增加会导致血液循环及微循环障碍,引起组织灌血不足、缺血缺氧、代谢功能失调等一系列后果。从现代医学角度来说,微循环障碍使毛囊周围血管收缩,刺激血管壁平滑肌细胞增殖,最终使局部缺血缺氧,导致毛囊进行性缩小。本实验研究发现,本发明实施例1具有扩张血管,改善微循环的作用。提示本发明实施例1能扩张皮肤血管、改善皮肤微循环、增加毛乳头血液供应、改善毛囊营养,从而预防脱发及促进毛发生长。
以上结果表明,本发明代用茶具有明显的预防脱发作用。
Claims (3)
1.一种采用食用植物作为成分制成的预防脱发代用茶的制备方法,其特征在于是由以下原料按具体重量:葫芦巴7.5~22.5g、桃仁10~30g、黑芝麻7.5~22.5g、苦杏仁10~30g、蒺藜5~15g、桑椹10~30g,采用混合粉碎法或水提醇沉法或醇提水沉法制成颗粒制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述预防脱发代用茶的制备方法,其特征在于:各原料按具体重量优选为:葫芦巴12~18g、桃仁16~24g、黑芝麻12~18g、苦杏仁16~24g、蒺藜8~12g、桑椹16~24g。
3.根据权利要求2所述预防脱发代用茶的制备方法,其特征在于:各原料按具体重量优选为:葫芦巴15g、桃仁20g、黑芝麻15g、苦杏仁20g、蒺藜10g、桑椹20g。
