本发明涉及食品饮料技术领域,特别涉及一种添加胡萝卜提取液的麦芽糖饮料,包括以下重量百分比的原料:麦芽糖30%‑98%,胡萝卜提取液2%‑70%,其制备工艺为:先将这上述胡萝卜加水煎提,然后将上述重量比的麦芽糖加入胡萝卜提取液中,加热溶化即得成品;本发明将纯天然的麦芽糖与胡萝卜煎熬成的胡萝卜提取液混合煮溶,配制成保健食品饮料,不但口感独特、清爽利口,而且具有养肝明目、补气健胃、养肾健脾以及解毒、降血糖等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品饮料技术领域,特别涉及胡萝卜提取液的麦芽糖饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
采用大米、糯米、麦芽生产的麦芽糖是一种传统的加工工艺,用这种方法和原料生产的麦芽糖食品,传统中医学认定其有补脾益气作用,在著名古方“健中汤”中就有一味麦芽糖;现代科学证明其所含的低聚糖为双歧因子物质,有助人体肠道益生菌增殖。
胡萝卜,被称为果蔬人参,它富含维生素A,具有突出的防癌、抗癌作用。常食胡萝卜可大大降低肺癌发病率。胡萝卜中还含有槲皮素、山奈酚、琥珀酸钾等,能增加冠状动脉血流,降低血脂,促进肾上腺素合成,因而对治疗高血压、心脏病和胃病均有一定疗效,同时胡萝卜还有养肝明目、补气健胃、养肾健脾以及解毒、降血糖等作用。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及营养结构的不断改善,对于各类饮料的需求量将越来越大,要求也越来越高。但是,目前市场上的饮料绝大多数采用传统的提取浓缩工艺,这种加工方法易使鲜果或者鲜菜中的有效成份被破坏或流失,从而降低保健效果,食用效果不理想。而且由于饮料中都添加防腐剂,大量和长期饮用会给消费者带来诸多不便,因此有待改进饮料的成分和生产方法,以利于维护人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种清爽利口,且具有补脾益气的胡萝卜提取液饮料。制得的饮料不但口感独特、清爽利口,而且具有养肝明目、补气健胃、养肾健脾以及解毒、降血糖等功效。
本发明的目的是按以下方式实现的:包括有以下重量百分比的原料:麦芽糖30%~98%,胡萝卜提取液2%~70%;
上述添加胡萝卜提取液的麦芽糖饮料,制作步骤如下:
(1)将胡萝卜加入水中煎提,每次20~40分钟,煎提2~3次,然后将每次煎提液合煎浓缩至配方要求的含量;其中胡萝卜也可用粉碎机打碎后,用滤袋盛装放入水中煎提;
(2)也可将麦芽糖加入浓缩后的胡萝卜提取液中,煮溶便可停止加热;
(3)趁热能流动时装入包装容器,容器可使用食用级塑料容器、铁罐或玻璃容器;
(4)如使用易拉罐包装形式,按罐头生产工艺杀菌。
上述添加胡萝卜提取液的麦芽糖饮料,当麦芽糖配比浓度为70%以上时,产品呈粘稠状,为胡萝卜麦芽糖食品;当麦芽糖配比浓度为小于70%时,产品呈液体状,为胡萝卜麦芽糖饮料。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明将纯天然的麦芽糖与胡萝卜煎熬成的胡萝卜提取液混合煮溶,配制成保健食品饮料,在日常食用中,不但口感独特、清爽利口,而且具有养肝明目、补气健胃、养肾健脾以及解毒、降血糖等功效。

为进一步描述本发明,下面列举实施例来描述;下面的实施例可以使本专业技术人员更全面的理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
(1)将胡萝卜20g加入水1000ml中煎提,每次20分钟,煎提2次,然后将每次煎提液合煎浓缩至配方要求的含量;其中吉林胡萝卜也可用粉碎机打碎后,用滤袋盛装放入水中煎提;
(2)也将麦芽糖加入浓缩后的胡萝卜提取液中,煮溶便可停止加热;其中麦芽糖30%,吉林胡萝卜提取液70%;
(3)趁热能流动装入包装容器,容器可使用食用级塑料容器、铁罐或玻璃容器;
(4)如使用易拉罐包装形式,按罐头生产工艺杀菌。
实施例2
(1)将胡萝卜30g加入水1000ml中煎提,每次30分钟,煎提3次,然后将每次煎提液合煎浓缩至配方要求的含量;其中胡萝卜也可用粉碎机打成粉末后,用滤袋盛装放入水中煎提;
(2)将麦芽糖加入浓缩后的胡萝卜提取液中,煮溶便可停止加热;其中麦芽糖50%,胡萝卜提取液50%;
(3)趁热能流动装入包装容器,容器可使用食用级塑料容器、铁罐或玻璃容器;
(4)如使用易拉罐包装形式,按罐头生产工艺杀菌。
实施例3
(1)将胡萝卜40g加入水1000ml中煎提,每次40分钟,煎提2次,然后将每次煎提液合煎浓缩至配方要求的含量;其中胡萝卜也可用粉碎机打碎后,用滤袋盛装放入水中煎提;
(2)将麦芽糖加入浓缩后的胡萝卜提取液中,煮溶便可停止加热;其中麦芽糖60%,胡萝卜提取液40%;
(3)趁热能流动装入包装容器,容器可使用食用级塑料容器、铁罐或玻璃容器;
(4)如使用易拉罐包装形式,按罐头生产工艺杀菌。

1.添加胡萝卜提取液的麦芽糖饮料,其特征在于:制作步骤如下:
(1)将胡萝卜洗净,用粉碎机打碎后,用滤袋盛装放入1000ml水中煎提,每次20~40分钟,煎提2~3次,然后将每次煎提液合煎浓缩至配方要求的含量2%-70%;
(2)将麦芽糖加入浓缩后的胡萝卜提取液中,煮溶便可停止加热,其中以重量百分比计,麦芽糖为30%-98%;
(3)趁热能流动时装入包装容器,容器使用食用级塑料容器、铁罐或玻璃容器;所得产品呈粘稠状。
