A low-temperature seasonal pier stud concrete heat-preservation and health-maintenance device comprises a heat-preservation device and a steam supply device, and is characterized in that the heat-preservation device comprises a heat-preservation cylinder sleeved outside a pier stud template, the heat-preservation cylinder comprises a plurality of single-section cylinders which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of every two adjacent single-section cylinders, and the single-section cylinder positioned at the lowest part is fixed on the surface of a foundation; the steam supply device comprises a steam generator and a vent pipe, the steam generator is arranged outside the heat-insulating cylinder, one end of the vent pipe is connected with the steam generator, the other end of the vent pipe is sealed, the vent pipe is coiled outside the pier stud template, and a plurality of steam output holes facing the inner wall of the heat-insulating cylinder are formed in the vent pipe.
2. The equipment of claim 1, wherein the air pipe is spirally wound outside the pier template.
3. The equipment for insulating and curing the pier concrete in the low-temperature season according to claim 1, wherein the steam supply device further comprises a plurality of vent pipe fixing frames, and the vent pipe fixing frames are arranged on the outer wall of the pier template.

The equipment of claim 3, wherein each of the air pipe fixing frames comprises a positioning plate and an air pipe clamping portion arranged on the positioning plate, the positioning plate is connected with the outer wall of the pier stud formwork, the cross section of the air pipe clamping portion is arc-shaped, and the air pipe sequentially penetrates through the air pipe clamping portion of each air pipe fixing frame.

The low-temperature seasonal pier stud concrete heat preservation and health maintenance equipment according to claim 1, wherein each single-section cylinder comprises two half cylinders with the same structure, each half cylinder comprises a heat preservation plate, a top plate, a bottom plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, the top plate, the bottom plate, the left side plate and the right side plate are connected with the heat preservation plate, the cross section of the heat preservation plate is in a semicircular arc shape, positioning holes are formed in the top plate, the bottom plate, the left side plate and the right side plate respectively, and the two half cylinders are connected with one another and matched to form.
6. The low-temperature seasonal pier stud concrete heat preservation and health maintenance equipment according to claim 1, further comprising a lifting device for driving the heat preservation cylinder to lift.

The equipment for insulating and preserving the pier stud concrete in the low-temperature season according to claim 6, wherein the lifting device comprises a winch, a fixed pulley block and a traction rope set, and a sealing plate matched with a top plate of the single-section cylinder is arranged at the top end of the pier stud template; one end of the traction rope group is connected with the winch, and the other end of the traction rope group is connected with the top plate of the single-section barrel positioned at the top after bypassing the fixed pulley block.

The low-temperature seasonal pier column concrete heat preservation and health maintenance equipment according to claim 7, wherein the fixed pulley group comprises a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley, a third fixed pulley, a fourth fixed pulley, a fifth fixed pulley and a direction change pulley group, the direction change pulley group comprises a first direction change wheel, a second direction change wheel and a direction change wheel frame for mounting the first direction change wheel and the second direction change wheel, the first fixed pulley is arranged on one side of the lower portion of the pier column formwork, the second fixed pulley, the third fixed pulley, the fourth fixed pulley, the fifth fixed pulley, the first direction change wheel and the second direction change wheel are arranged on the top end face of the sealing plate, the third fixed pulley, the fourth fixed pulley and the fifth fixed pulley are uniformly distributed on the edge of the top face of the sealing plate, and the second fixed pulley, the direction change wheel frame and the fifth fixed pulley are arranged in a straight line; the traction rope group comprises a traction main rope, a first traction branch rope, a second traction branch rope and a third traction branch rope, one end of the traction main rope is connected with the winch, the other end of the traction main rope is connected with the first end, the second end and the third traction branch rope, the other end of the first traction branch rope sequentially bypasses the second fixed pulley, the first direction changing wheel is connected with the top plate of the single cylinder positioned at the top after the third fixed pulley, the other end of the second traction branch rope sequentially bypasses the second fixed pulley, the second direction changing wheel is connected with the top plate of the single cylinder positioned at the top after the fourth fixed pulley, the other end of the third traction branch rope sequentially passes through the second fixed pulley, the first end, the second direction changing wheel and the top plate of the single cylinder positioned at the top after the fifth fixed pulley.

The low-temperature seasonal pier stud concrete heat preservation and health maintenance equipment according to claim 8, wherein pulley shafts of the second, third, fourth and fifth fixed pulleys are parallel to the top end face of the sealing plate, the first direction-changing wheel and the second direction-changing wheel are arranged side by side, and wheel shafts of the first direction-changing wheel and the second direction-changing wheel are perpendicular to the top end face of the sealing plate.
