本发明公开了一种摩擦力小的滚珠螺杆,所述滚珠表面具有20‑30μm厚度的石墨烯镍基复合镀层。本发明的复合镀层使得摩擦系数和磨损率同时降低,具有较低的摩擦系数,同时具有比Cr镀层更优良的耐磨性。在各个载荷下,磨损率比基体降低50%以上。

一种固体润滑的滚珠螺杆
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种固体润滑的滚珠螺杆及其制备方法。
背景技术
滚珠螺杆(Ballscrew),别名球螺杆、导螺杆,是一种钢珠介于螺帽与螺杆之间做运动,将传统螺杆之滑动接触转换成滚动接触然后再将螺帽内的钢珠回转运动转为直线运动的传动机械组件。滚珠螺杆具有定位精度高、高寿命、低污染和可做高速正逆向的传动及变换传动等特性,因具上述特性,滚珠螺杆已成为近来精密科技产业及精密机械产业的定位及测量系统上的重要零组件之一。
滚珠螺杆主要为螺杆、螺帽、钢珠、固定座、刮刷器及回流管所构成的,依其循环系统的不同更分为外循环式、内循环式、端塞循环式滚珠螺杆。
滚珠螺杆的结构传统分为内循环结构(以圆形反向器和椭圆形反向器为代表)和外循环结构(以插管为代表)两种。这两种结构也是最常用的结构。这两种结构性能没有本质区别,只是内循环结构安装连接尺寸小;外循环结构安装连接尺寸大。目前,滚珠丝杠副的结构已有10多种,但比较常用的主要有:内循环结构;外循环结构;端盖结构;盖板结构。。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种固体润滑的滚珠螺杆及其制备方法,能够使得滚珠螺杆摩擦减小。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种固体润滑的滚珠螺杆,其采用的所述滚珠表面具有20-30μm厚度的石墨烯镍基复合镀层。
本发明所述的滚珠表面具有的石墨烯镍基复合镀层,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将滚珠用1-3wt%的稀盐酸活化20-30s;
(2)采用镍板为阳极,活化的滚珠为阴极,在pH为4-6,温度为40-60℃,阴极电流密度为1.5-3A/dm2的条件下进行电镀,所述复合镀液的组成为:
硫酸镍140-160g/L,氯化镍25-40g/L,硼酸20-30g/L,硫酸钠10-15g/L,石墨烯0.1-0.5g/L,阿拉伯树胶粉0.01-0.1g/L。
本发明的复合镀液中,硫酸镍是镀镍液的主盐,在镀液中的浓度最高,导电性能好,允许使用较高的电流密度,能加快镀层的沉积速度、光亮度及整平性也好,硫酸镍浓度低的镀液分散能力较好,镀层结晶细致。
在硫酸镍体系的镀镍液中,为了不使阳极钝化,必须有氯离子存在,否则镀镍液中镍离子就会显著下降,溶液的导电性能降低,加入氯化镍能促使阳极溶解,提高溶液的导电性,并能改善镀液的分散能力。
硼酸在镀镍中主要用作缓冲剂,用来稳定电解液的pH值。硫酸钠能够增加镀液的导电性,提高镀液的分散能力,改善镀层质量。
阿拉伯胶粉能够溶于水,具有长链结构,可作为分散剂保持石墨烯在镀液中均匀分散,可以在酸性条件下使用。
本发明的复合镀层厚度约为20-30μm,其硬度较基体和纯镍镀层明显提高,超过500HV0.2。同时,在复合镀层中添加石墨烯使得晶粒得到细化,平均晶粒尺寸从纯Ni的40nm下降到20nm左右。
本发明的复合镀层使得摩擦系数和磨损率同时降低,具有较低的摩擦系数,同时具有比Cr镀层更优良的耐磨性。在各个载荷下,磨损率比基体降低50%以上。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种摩擦力小的滚珠螺杆,所述滚珠表面具有20μm厚度的石墨烯镍基复合镀层。
所述的滚珠表面具有的石墨烯镍基复合镀层,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将滚珠用1wt%的稀盐酸活化20s;
(2)采用镍板为阳极,活化的滚珠为阴极,在pH为4,温度为40℃,阴极电流密度为1.5A/dm2的条件下进行电镀,所述复合镀液的组成为:
硫酸镍140g/L,氯化镍25g/L,硼酸20g/L,硫酸钠10g/L,石墨烯0.1g/L,阿拉伯树胶粉0.01g/L。
实施例2
一种摩擦力小的滚珠螺杆,所述滚珠表面具有30μm厚度的石墨烯镍基复合镀层。
本发明所述的滚珠表面具有的石墨烯镍基复合镀层,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将滚珠用3wt%的稀盐酸活化30s;
(2)采用镍板为阳极,活化的滚珠为阴极,在pH为6,温度为60℃,阴极电流密度为3A/dm2的条件下进行电镀,所述复合镀液的组成为:
硫酸镍160g/L,氯化镍40g/L,硼酸30g/L,硫酸钠15g/L,石墨烯0.5g/L,阿拉伯树胶粉0.1g/L。
实施例3
一种摩擦力小的滚珠螺杆,所述滚珠表面具有25μm厚度的石墨烯镍基复合镀层。
本发明所述的滚珠表面具有的石墨烯镍基复合镀层,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将滚珠用2wt%的稀盐酸活化20s;
(2)采用镍板为阳极,活化的滚珠为阴极,在pH为5,温度为50℃,阴极电流密度为2A/dm2的条件下进行电镀,所述复合镀液的组成为:
硫酸镍150g/L,氯化镍30g/L,硼酸25g/L,硫酸钠10g/L,石墨烯0.3g/L,阿拉伯树胶粉0.05g/L。
实施例1-3的复合镀层使得摩擦系数和磨损率同时降低,具有较低的摩擦系数,同时具有比Cr镀层更优良的耐磨性。在各个载荷下,磨损率比基体降低50%以上。

Claims (2)

1.一种固体润滑的滚珠螺杆,所述滚珠表面具有20-30μm厚度的石墨烯镍基复合镀层。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚珠螺杆,其特征在于,所述的滚珠表面具有的石墨烯镍基复合镀层,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将滚珠螺杆用1-3wt%的稀盐酸活化20-30s;
(2)采用镍板为阳极,活化的滚珠为阴极,在pH为4-6,温度为40-60℃,阴极电流密度为1.5-3A/dm2的条件下进行电镀,所述复合镀液的组成为:
硫酸镍140-160g/L,氯化镍25-40g/L,硼酸20-30g/L,硫酸钠10-15g/L,石墨烯0.1-0.5g/L,阿拉伯树胶粉0.01-0.1g/L。
