As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a circulating water purification system applied to lakes, comprises a water purification device 1 and ecological floating plates 2, a connection device 3 is arranged between the ecological floating plates 2, the water purification device 1 comprises a base 4 and a water purification chamber 5, the water purification chamber 5 is arranged on the base 4, the water purification chamber 5 is sequentially provided with a filtering flocculation chamber 6, a negative oxygen ion electrolysis release chamber 7, a membrane biological reaction chamber 8 and an oxygen aeration chamber 9 from left to right, a membrane biological reactor 11 is arranged in the membrane biological reaction chamber 8, an oxygen aeration machine 12 is arranged in the oxygen aeration chamber 9, the filtering flocculation chamber 6, the negative oxygen ion electrolysis release chamber 7, the membrane biological reaction chamber 8 and the bottom of the oxygen aeration chamber 9 are provided with sedimentation chambers 10, a water inlet pipe 13 is arranged on the side of the filtering flocculation chamber 6, the water inlet pipe 13 is connected with a water inlet pump 14, a water outlet pipe 15 is arranged on the side of the, the water outlet pipe 15 is connected with a water outlet pump 16, the water inlet pump 14 and the water outlet pump 16 are both arranged on the base 4, and the water outlet pump 16 is connected with a water supply device 17. This system is handled the quality of water in the lake through water purifier 1, through the effect of filtering flocculation room 6, negative oxygen ion electrolysis release room 7, membrane biological reaction room 8 and oxygenation aeration room 9, mud deposits in precipitation chamber 10, regularly handles through the dredge pump, the water after the processing flows back again in the lake, so the circulation is handled the water constantly, not only increase the mobility of water, increase the dissolved oxygen in the quality of water, and reduce the solid particle thing in the quality of water, purify quality of water, and provide sufficient moisture to aquatic plant 35 through water supply installation 17, be favorable to the growth of aquatic plant 35.
The water supply device 17 comprises a water supply main pipe 18, water supply branch pipes 19, vertical hollow rods 20 and horizontal hollow rods 21, a water supply control valve 22 is arranged on the water supply main pipe 18, one end of the water supply main pipe 18 is connected with a water outlet pump 16, the other end of the water supply main pipe 18 is connected with the water supply branch pipes 19, the water supply branch pipes 19 are connected with the vertical hollow rods 20, the horizontal hollow rods 21 are connected with the upper ends of the vertical hollow rods 20, water supply spray nozzles 23 are arranged at two ends of each horizontal hollow rod 21, and the lower ends of the vertical hollow rods 20 are fixedly installed on the water body purification device.
The connecting device 3 comprises an upper connecting block 24 and a lower connecting block 25, a fixing screw 26 is arranged between the upper connecting block 24 and the lower connecting block 25, an upper positioning hole 28 is formed in the middle of the upper connecting block 24, a lower positioning hole 29 is formed in the middle of the lower connecting block 25, and the vertical hollow rod 20 is positioned and fixed through the upper positioning hole 28 and the lower positioning hole 29. The middle part of the filtering flocculation chamber 6 is provided with a filter screen 36, a garbage collection box 37 and a negative pressure generation box 38 are arranged above the filter screen 36, the garbage collection box 37 is connected with the negative pressure generation box 38, a crusher 39 is arranged in the garbage collection box 37, flocculation filler 40 is arranged below the filter screen 36, two sides of the flocculation filler 40 are provided with baffle plates 41, and a detection probe 42 is arranged on the baffle plates 41. The sewage entering the filtering flocculation chamber 6 is made to remain on the filter screen 36 under the action of the filter screen 36, the garbage is collected by the garbage collection box 37, then the garbage is crushed by the crusher 39, and finally the gas in the garbage collection box 37 is pumped out by the suction pump in the negative pressure generation box 38, so that negative pressure is formed in the garbage collection box 37, and as the negative pressure generation box 38 and the garbage collection box 37 are communicated with each other, the negative pressure generation box 38 is connected with the ground surface through a pipeline, the solid garbage crushed in this way can be well sucked to the ground surface for treatment, and the garbage in the garbage treatment box is emptied in time. The flocculation filler 40 contains adsorption materials such as activated carbon and zeolite, and can adsorb and remove part of refractory organic matters, heavy metals and nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in water.
The negative oxygen ion electrolysis release chamber 7 is internally provided with a negative oxygen ion generation circuit box 43 and a negative oxygen ion releaser 44, the negative oxygen ion generation circuit box 43 is connected with the negative oxygen ion releaser 44, and the negative oxygen ion releaser 44 is provided with an electrode probe 45. The negative oxygen ion releaser 44 releases negative oxygen ions, which are used as a strong oxidant, has strong oxidation and degradation effects on many chemical substances in water, and can effectively kill bacteria, blue algae, green algae and the like in water.
A circulating water body purification method applied to lakes comprises the following processing steps:
(a) construction preparation: firstly, selecting one place as an address for building the water body purification device 1 according to the polluted condition of the lake, then compiling construction organization design according to design files, design drawings, construction contracts and field conditions, preparing construction equipment, checking the operation condition of the equipment, detecting the construction equipment in time, performing trial assembly work on materials, concrete and cement paste entering a field, finally performing measurement and setting-out, and building a safety partition plate. The specific process of measuring the pay-off is carried out: firstly, according to a construction general plan, coordinates, a base line, basic data and elevation control points are arranged at the installation position of the water body purification device 1, a theodolite, a level gauge and a steel ruler are used for measuring and setting network points, construction control points are established at the installation position of the water body purification device 1, and a stand column is arranged at the construction control points.
(b) And (3) construction of a temporary cofferdam: firstly, excavating a rectangular bottom groove at a specified position of the bottom of a lake bed through a dredging ship according to a construction drawing, wherein the middle of the rectangular bottom groove is a construction area; then, carrying out underwater pipe pile construction, enabling the bottom of the underwater pipe pile to be located in the rectangular bottom groove, carrying out next underwater pipe pile construction after one underwater pipe pile construction is finished, and keeping the equal distance between every two adjacent underwater pipe piles until the underwater pipe pile construction on the rectangular bottom groove is finished; after the underwater tubular piles reach the designed strength, temporary cofferdams are constructed between every two adjacent underwater tubular piles, the height of each temporary cofferdam is more than 1.5m greater than the water level of a lake, and water in the lake cannot enter a construction area.
(c) Pumping water in a construction area: and (3) installing the combined water pump in the middle of the construction area, starting to pump water, lowering the water surface in each construction area by 0.5m, recording each pressure value on the contact points of the temporary cofferdam, and checking the pressure values with the set value until the water in the construction area is pumped out, so that the pressure values between the contact points are in the set value range.
(d) Building a water body purification device 1: firstly, cleaning up sludge at the bottom of a pumped construction area lake bed through a dredging grab bucket, flattening and tamping the sludge through a vibrator, then pouring a base 4 through concrete in the construction area according to a construction drawing, and carrying out watering maintenance on the base 4 for 15-30 days to ensure that the strength of the base 4 reaches the set strength; after the base 4 reaches the designed strength, pouring a water body purification chamber 5 by using concrete at the top of the base 4, and dividing the water body purification chamber 5 into a filtering flocculation chamber 6, a negative oxygen ion electrolysis release chamber 7, a membrane biological reaction chamber 8, an oxygen aeration chamber 9 and a precipitation chamber 10 by arranging a partition plate; finally, a water inlet pipe 13 and a water outlet pipe 15 are arranged on the side surfaces of the filtering flocculation chamber 6 and the oxygenation aeration chamber 9, and a water inlet pump 14 and a water outlet pump 16 are respectively arranged on the water inlet pipe 13 and the water outlet pipe 15.
(e) Installing an ecological floating plate 2: firstly, connecting two adjacent ecological floating plates 2 on the bank by using a connecting device 3, then putting soil into ecological planting grooves 34 of the ecological floating plates 2, planting aquatic plants 35 in the soil, then transporting the ecological floating plates 2 which are connected with each other to a specified position, finally connecting the ecological floating plates 2 at two sides of the outermost end with a steel wire rope 32 through anchoring bolts 31, and fixing the other end of the steel wire rope 32 on the bank.
(f) Installing a water supply device 17; limiting the vertical hollow rod 20 in the middle of the upper connecting block 24 and the lower connecting block 25, connecting the upper end of the vertical hollow rod 20 with the horizontal hollow rod 21, fixedly installing the lower end of the vertical hollow rod 20 on the base 4, and finally connecting the water supply main pipe 18 with the water supply branch pipe 19, wherein the water supply main pipe 18 is connected to a water outlet of the water outlet pump 16, and the water supply branch pipe 19 is connected to the vertical hollow rod 20.
(g) Water quality treatment: firstly, debugging the water body purification device 1 to ensure that the water body purification device 1 can normally work; then the temporary cofferdam is dismantled to ensure that the lake submerges the water body purification device 1; and then, the water inlet pump 14 is opened, water in the lake is guided into the water purification chamber 5 for water quality treatment, after the water purification chamber 5 finishes water treatment, the water outlet pump 16 is opened, part of water is supplied to the aquatic plants 35 through the water supply device 17, and the other part of water flows back into the lake again, so that the water purification device 1 carries out circulating treatment on the lake water.
The method has the advantages of simple construction, short construction period and cost saving, and the constructed purification system has the functions of storing water, preventing flood, purifying water quality and air, protecting biological diversity, adjusting microclimate, improving environmental quality and laying a foundation for improving the water quality of regional lake water.
The design principle is as follows:
(1) principle of adjusting local conditions
Different cities have respective special regional differences and construction requirements, the local environmental background needs to be comprehensively considered in the design planning, and corresponding circulating water purification systems are constructed according to different hydrological and geomorphic environmental conditions. The original water environment topographic characteristics are fully utilized, the lake reconstruction engineering quantity is reduced to the maximum extent, and the operation management and maintenance procedures after the engineering is completed are simplified as much as possible.
