(b) pumping water to reduce the height of the water surface;
(c) dividing and setting functional areas: dividing two functional areas, namely an ecological purification area and a water circulation treatment area, at the position close to the bank of the whole water body according to a construction general plan, then setting construction control network points by adopting a theodolite, a level gauge and a steel ruler, and then carrying out construction work in sections according to the set construction control network points;
(d) clearing impurities in the functional area and compacting the soil at the bank;
(e) setting an ecological purification device: selecting ecological floating plates with the same specification according to the divided ecological purification area, placing the ecological floating plates on a mounting frame, enabling the ecological floating plates to be tightly attached to each other, introducing fixing rods into through holes of vertical plates at the bottoms of the ecological floating plates, then using clamping plates to abut against the outer sides of the ecological floating plates, forming a fixing groove at the corners of the four ecological floating plates which are tightly attached to each other, arranging fixing pressing blocks in the fixing groove, fixing two adjacent ecological floating plates by the fixing pressing blocks, gradually raising the mounting frame, welding supporting frames at two ends of each fixing rod, then continuing raising the mounting frame until the supporting frames are 30-50 cm away from the ground, welding a bottom plate at the bottoms of the supporting frames, then lowering the mounting frame to an initial position to complete the installation work of the ecological purification device, then placing a planting pot in the ecological planting groove of the ecological floating plates, and then filling soil in the planting pot, then planting aquatic plants in the soil, transporting the ecological purification device planted with the aquatic plants to an ecological purification area by using a trolley, then putting the ecological purification device into the ecological purification area, and fixing the ecological purification device on the upright post;
(f) setting a water circulation treatment device: firstly installing a water inlet system at a soil tamping position on a shore, then connecting a PVC pipe at a water inlet of the water inlet system, mutually splicing the PVC pipes, then introducing the PVC pipe into a water circulation treatment area, then arranging a water circulation treatment device at one side of the water inlet system, wherein the water circulation treatment device is divided into a hairbrush cabin, a biochemical cabin and a clear water cabin, respectively treating the water quality by the hairbrush cabin, the biochemical cabin and the clear water cabin, introducing the treated water into a drainage system, then connecting the PVC pipe at a water outlet of the drainage system, mutually splicing the PVC pipes, then introducing the PVC pipe into the water circulation treatment area, and circularly treating the water quality of the water circulation treatment area;
(g) and (4) dismantling battens arranged between the upright columns.
2. The water quality treatment method for the central landscape park as recited in claim 1, wherein: in the step (c), the distance between two adjacent upright columns is controlled to be 2.0-2.2 m, and the distance between two adjacent battens is controlled to be 18-20 cm.
