本发明公开了一种用于电动车的电机组合,包括交流电机、滤波器、发电机、变速器、传动机构、蓄电池和监控装置,滤波器与交流电机的电源输入端连接,交流电机设有一个输出轴,交流电机的输出轴与传动机构连接,传动机构包括安装在输出轴上的主动皮带轮、皮带、转动轴、安装在转动轴中间位置的从动皮带轮、发电机、变速器和支撑转动轴的支撑座,本发明,利用发电机对蓄电池充电,蓄电池为电动车提供电力,合理利用电能,增加电能的利用率。

技术领域
本发明属于电动车的技术领域,具体为一种用于电动车的电机组合。
背景技术
目前,电动车的驱动装置主要有两种形式,一种为机械变速驱动,驱动电机动力一般通过单级或两级齿轮变速器传递到差速器,再传递到车轮;另一种为轮毂电机驱动,将电机安装在车轮轮毂上直接驱动车。
机械变速驱动在目前已经量产或制成样品车辆的纯电动乘用车上应用较多,但是现有的电动车电池使用时间短,电能利用率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电动车的电机组合,增加了电动车的使用时间,电能利用率高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于电动车的电机组合,包括交流电机、滤波器、发电机、变速器、传动机构、蓄电池和监控装置,滤波器与交流电机的电源输入端连接,交流电机设有一个输出轴,交流电机的输出轴与传动机构连接,传动机构包括安装在输出轴上的主动皮带轮、皮带、转动轴、安装在转动轴中间位置的从动皮带轮、发电机、变速器和支撑转动轴的支撑座,支撑座上设有轴承,转动轴安装在轴承内,变速器设有两个并且安装在转动轴两端,每个变速器均连接有一个发电机,每个发电机均与一个蓄电池连接,其中一个蓄电池与滤波器连接,另一个蓄电池与电动车的动力装置连接,监控装置包括传感器、控制单元和报警装置,传感器设有两个,其被配置为监控和报告两个蓄电池的物理性能,其中被监控的性能是温度、电压或电流,控制单元包括变速器控制器和控制电路,控制电路的信号输入端与传感器连接,控制电路的信号输出端分别与驱动电路、变速器控制器连接,驱动电路分别与交流电机和变速器控制器连接。
进一步的,交流电机的功率为4.5kw,发电机的输出电压为72V。
进一步的,设有报警装置,报警装置包括温度传感器、烟雾传感器和蜂鸣器,当温度传感器检测到本装置温度过高时,烟雾传感器检测到本装置中烟雾含量过高时,蜂鸣器蜂鸣报警。
本发明的有益效果是:
利用发电机对蓄电池充电,蓄电池为电动车提供电力,合理利用电能,增加电能的利用率。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如附图所示,一种用于电动车的电机组合,包括交流电机1、滤波器2、发电机3、变速器4、蓄电池5、传动机构9和监控装置71,滤波器2与交流电机1的电源输入端连接,交流电机1设有一个输出轴,交流电机1的输出轴与传动机构9连接,传动机构9包括安装在输出轴上的主动皮带轮90、皮带91、转动轴92、安装在转动轴92中间位置的从动皮带轮93、发电机3、变速器4和支撑转动轴92的支撑座94,支撑座94上设有轴承,转动轴92安装在轴承内,变速器4设有两个并且安装在转动轴92两端,每个变速器4均连接有一个发电机3,每个发电机3均与一个蓄电池5连接,其中一个蓄电池5与滤波器2连接,另一个蓄电池5与电动车的动力装置连接,监控装置71包括传感器6、控制单元7和报警装置8,传感器6设有两个,其被配置为监控和报告两个蓄电池5的物理性能,其中被监控的性能是温度、电压或电流,控制单元7包括变速器控制器72和控制电路73,控制电路73的信号输入端与传感器6连接,控制电路73的信号输出端分别与交流电机1、变速器控制器72连接,设有报警装置8,报警装置8包括温度传感器81、烟雾传感器82和蜂鸣器83,当温度传感器81检测到本装置温度过高时,烟雾传感器82检测到本装置中烟雾含量过高时,蜂鸣器83蜂鸣报警,交流电机1的功率为4.5kw,发电机3的输出电压为72V。
传感器6检测蓄电池5内的电量,当为交流电机1充电的蓄电池5电量较低时,控制电路73控制变速器控制器72变速,发电机3转速提高,为交流电机1充电的蓄电池5充电,当为交流电机1充电的蓄电池5电量正常时,两个变速器4的转速相同。

1.一种用于电动车的电机组合,其特征在于,包括交流电机、滤波器、发电机、变速器、传动机构、蓄电池和监控装置,滤波器与交流电机的电源输入端连接,交流电机设有一个输出轴,交流电机的输出轴与传动机构连接,传动机构包括安装在输出轴上的主动皮带轮、皮带、转动轴、安装在转动轴中间位置的从动皮带轮、发电机、变速器和支撑转动轴的支撑座,支撑座上设有轴承,转动轴安装在轴承内,变速器设有两个并且安装在转动轴两端,每个变速器均连接有一个发电机,每个发电机均与一个蓄电池连接,其中一个蓄电池与滤波器连接,另一个蓄电池与电动车的动力装置连接,监控装置包括传感器、控制单元和报警装置,传感器设有两个,其被配置为监控和报告两个蓄电池的物理性能,其中被监控的性能是温度、电压或电流,控制单元包括变速器控制器和控制电路,控制电路的信号输入端与传感器连接,控制电路的信号输出端分别与驱动电路、变速器控制器连接,驱动电路分别与交流电机和变速器控制器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于电动车的电机组合,其特征在于,交流电机的功率为4.5kw,发电机的输出电压为72V。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于电动车的电机组合,其特征在于,设有报警装置,报警装置包括温度传感器、烟雾传感器和蜂鸣器,当温度传感器检测到本装置温度过高时,烟雾传感器检测到本装置中烟雾含量过高时,蜂鸣器蜂鸣报警。
