Abstract
本发明公开了一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:将蒲公英绒毛温水浸质后,经压轧、抗氧化、抽轧、烘干等工序预处理得到蒲公英纤维,再将蒲公英纤维进行加湿处理后再经过水刺制成无纺布纤维,无纺布纤维再用柔顺剂处理后,在经化妆棉生产线切割得到蒲公英纤维化妆棉。本发明加工成本低,加工工艺简单,原料纯天然,收集方便,制成的蒲公英化妆棉质轻,柔软、吸水性强、与皮肤摩擦小,化学稳定高,且不易脱屑,不刺激皮肤,无污染,无任何毒副作用,对皮肤零伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆用品技术领域,具体涉及一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法。
背景技术
蒲公英纤维是一种尚未开发利用的新型纤维材料。蒲公英绒纤维是由自身生长出的种子上的纤维,具有长刺、与羽毛纤维纤维具有类似的结构特点,目前的研究表明、蒲公英纤维不适用于纺纱加工,但根据蒲公英具有的蓬松性质,可将蒲公英纤维制作成柔软吸湿的化妆棉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术,提供一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法及依照此方法制得的化妆棉。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明的制备原理为:将蒲公英绒毛温水浸质后,经压轧、抗氧化、抽轧、烘干等工序预处理得到蒲公英纤维,再将蒲公英纤维进行加湿处理后再经过水刺制成无纺布纤维,无纺布纤维再用柔顺剂处理后,在经化妆棉生产线切割得到蒲公英纤维化妆棉。
进一步的,一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将蒲公英绒毛洗净后置于40~50℃的温水中,浸质10h,将浸渍后的蒲公英绒毛放入滚轴压轧机中进行压轧,脱去蒲公英种子,抽离出粗纤维束,送入气流开纤分离机中,梳解开纤分离得到细纤维束;
(2)将细纤维束浸渍于维生素C溶液中1h,然后继续用温水浸泡10h,清洗2~3次,脱水沥干后置于烘干机中,置于50~60℃下烘干1~3h;
(3)将烘干后的细纤维束置于针孔纤维抽轧机中,抽轧制得蒲公英纤维素;
(4)将制备好的蒲公英纤维开松混合,交织成网状,纤网进行预湿处理后,送入水刺生产线,进行反复的水刺处理,制备成蒲公英纤维无纺布;
(5)用柔顺剂浸泡蒲公英纤维10~20min后,压轧、甩干、烘干后,将烘干后的无纺布整理后,送入化妆棉生产线切割制得蒲公英纤维化妆棉。
其中,所述的柔顺剂由甲基二乙醇胺双酯基季铵盐、额壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇400双月桂酸酯制得。
本发明蒲公英纤维作为原材料,相比于其他植物纤维,蒲公英绒毛所含的色素、蛋白质杂质少,加工处理工艺更为简单。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明加工成本低,收集方便,制成的蒲公英化妆棉质轻,柔软、吸水性强、与皮肤摩擦小,化学稳定高,适用于各种卸妆油、卸妆液等化妆产品,且不易脱屑。
(3)本发明的加工工艺简单,原料纯天然,不刺激皮肤,无污染,无任何毒副作用,对皮肤零伤害。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法包含如下步骤:
(1)将蒲公英绒毛洗净后置于50℃的温水中,浸质10h,将浸渍后的蒲公英绒毛放入滚轴压轧机中进行压轧,脱去蒲公英种子,抽离出粗纤维束,送入气流开纤分离机中,梳解开纤分离得到细纤维束;
(2)将细纤维束浸渍于维生素C溶液中1h,然后继续用温水浸泡10h,清洗2次,脱水沥干后置于烘干机中,置于60℃下烘干1h;
(3)将烘干后的细纤维束置于针孔纤维抽轧机中,抽轧制得蒲公英纤维素;
(4)将制备好的蒲公英纤维开松混合,交织成网状,纤网进行预湿处理后,送入水刺生产线,进行反复的水刺处理,制备成蒲公英纤维无纺布;
(5)采用由甲基二乙醇胺双酯基季铵盐、额壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇400双月桂酸酯制得的柔顺剂浸泡蒲公英纤维20min后,压轧、甩干、烘干后,将烘干后的无纺布整理后,送入化妆棉生产线切割制得蒲公英纤维化妆棉。
实施例2
一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法包含如下步骤:
(1)将蒲公英绒毛洗净后置于40℃的温水中,浸质10h,将浸渍后的蒲公英绒毛放入滚轴压轧机中进行压轧,脱去蒲公英种子,抽离出粗纤维束,送入气流开纤分离机中,梳解开纤分离得到细纤维束;
(2)将细纤维束浸渍于维生素C溶液中1h,然后继续用温水浸泡10h,清洗3次,脱水沥干后置于烘干机中,置于50℃下烘干3h;
(3)将烘干后的细纤维束置于针孔纤维抽轧机中,抽轧制得蒲公英纤维素;
(4)将制备好的蒲公英纤维开松混合,交织成网状,纤网进行预湿处理后,送入水刺生产线,进行反复的水刺处理,制备成蒲公英纤维无纺布;
(5)采用由甲基二乙醇胺双酯基季铵盐、额壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇400双月桂酸酯制得的柔顺剂浸泡蒲公英纤维10min后,压轧、甩干、烘干后,将烘干后的无纺布整理后,送入化妆棉生产线切割制得蒲公英纤维化妆棉。
实施例3
一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法包含如下步骤:
(1)将蒲公英绒毛洗净后置于45℃的温水中,浸质10h,将浸渍后的蒲公英绒毛放入滚轴压轧机中进行压轧,脱去蒲公英种子,抽离出粗纤维束,送入气流开纤分离机中,梳解开纤分离得到细纤维束;
(2)将细纤维束浸渍于维生素C溶液中1h,然后继续用温水浸泡10h,清洗2次,脱水沥干后置于烘干机中,置于55℃下烘干2h;
(3)将烘干后的细纤维束置于针孔纤维抽轧机中,抽轧制得蒲公英纤维素;
(4)将制备好的蒲公英纤维开松混合,交织成网状,纤网进行预湿处理后,送入水刺生产线,进行反复的水刺处理,制备成蒲公英纤维无纺布;
(5)采用由甲基二乙醇胺双酯基季铵盐、额壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇400双月桂酸酯制得的柔顺剂浸泡蒲公英纤维15min后,压轧、甩干、烘干后,将烘干后的无纺布整理后,送入化妆棉生产线切割制得蒲公英纤维化妆棉。

Claims (3)
1.一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将蒲公英绒毛洗净后置于40~50℃的温水中,浸质10h,将浸渍后的蒲公英绒毛放入滚轴压轧机中进行压轧,脱去蒲公英种子,抽离出粗纤维束,送入气流开纤分离机中,梳解开纤分离得到细纤维束;
(2)将细纤维束浸渍于维生素C溶液中1h,然后继续用温水浸泡10h,清洗2~3次,脱水沥干后置于烘干机中,置于50~60℃下烘干1~3h;
(3)将烘干后的细纤维束置于针孔纤维抽轧机中,抽轧制得蒲公英纤维素;
(4)将制备好的蒲公英纤维开松混合,交织成网状,纤网进行预湿处理后,送入水刺生产线,进行反复的水刺处理,制备成蒲公英纤维无纺布;
(5)用柔顺剂浸泡蒲公英纤维10~20min后,压轧、甩干、烘干后,将烘干后的无纺布整理后,送入化妆棉生产线切割制得蒲公英纤维化妆棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环氧建筑结构胶,其特征在于,所述的柔顺剂由甲基二乙醇胺双酯基季铵盐、额壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇400双月桂酸酯制得。
3.一种根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种蒲公英纤维化妆棉的制备方法制得的蒲公英化妆棉。
