a clustering unit 702, configured to cluster the served addresses, where the clustering rule is: the addresses assigned to the same service site are grouped into one type;
an information extraction unit 703, configured to extract a common part in the address key information for addresses of the same class;
a storing unit 704, configured to store the correspondence between the common part extracted from each category and the service site, and generate the address information database.
Corresponding to the method for providing service site information provided in the third embodiment of the present application, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device for providing service site information, and referring to fig. 8, the device may specifically include:
an address information database providing unit 801, configured to provide an address information database, where a corresponding relationship between address information and service site information is stored in the database, where the corresponding relationship is stored for different logistics service providers respectively;
an address information extraction unit 802, configured to extract receiving address information from the target transaction order information when generating logistics information according to the target transaction order information, and determine a logistics service provider identifier;
a service site information determining unit 803, configured to query the address information database according to the receiving address information and the identifier of the logistics service provider, and determine target service site information corresponding to the receiving address information;
an information returning unit 804, configured to return the target service site information, so as to provide the target service site information in the express bill.
In a specific implementation, the apparatus may further include:
and the notification unit is used for sending a delivery forecast notification message to the target service site client.
According to the method and the device, the service site which can provide the pull-offer service for the specific target address can be automatically determined, and the situations of inaccuracy, low efficiency and the like caused by manual service site allocation are avoided. In addition, in consideration of the situation that the same address is possibly used by a user for multiple times and the like, the operation of the service site is automatically determined to be preferentially realized in a database query mode, the database is generated according to the historical service record, large data resources in the system can be fully utilized, and the purpose of high efficiency is achieved.

Claims (16)

1. A method of determining serving site information, comprising:
providing an address information database, wherein the address information database stores a corresponding relation between served address information and service site information established by a big data analysis mode, the address information database comprises a first database and a second database, the first database stores a corresponding relation between an accurate address and the service site information, the second database stores a corresponding relation between an address after normalization processing and the service site information, and the normalization processing comprises the following steps: extracting a common part of address key information from each address corresponding to the same service site;
determining a target address;
and inquiring the address information database according to the target address, and determining the target service site information corresponding to the target address, wherein the target service site comprises a service site for providing package pull service or a service site for providing delivery service.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target serving site information corresponding to the target address comprises:
and querying the first database according to the target address, and determining the target service site information corresponding to the target address.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the target serving site information corresponding to the target address further comprises:
if the target address does not exist in the first database, extracting key information conforming to preset characteristics from the target address;
and querying the second database according to the key information, and determining the target service site information corresponding to the target address.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target serving site information corresponding to the target address comprises:
extracting key information which accords with preset characteristics from the target address;
and querying the second database according to the key information, and determining the target service site information corresponding to the target address.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
providing a service site service area information database, wherein the service area information of each service site is stored in the database and is represented by longitude and latitude information;
if the target service site information corresponding to the target address is not determined by querying the address information database, the method further comprises:
determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the target address;
and judging whether the target address falls in the service area of a certain service site or not according to the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the target address and the service area information of each service site stored in a service area database, and if so, determining the service network point as the target service site corresponding to the target address.
6. A method of building an address information database, comprising:
obtaining historical logistics service records, wherein the historical logistics service records comprise served addresses and service sites distributed for the addresses, and the service sites comprise service sites providing package taking services or service sites providing package sending services;
clustering the served addresses, wherein the clustering rule is as follows: the addresses assigned to the same service site are grouped into one type;
extracting a common part in address key information aiming at the addresses of the same class;
and storing the corresponding relation between the common parts extracted from the various classes and the service sites, and generating the address information database.
7. A method for providing service site information, comprising:
providing an address information database, wherein the database stores a corresponding relation between served address information and service site information established by a big data analysis mode, wherein the corresponding relation is respectively stored for different logistics service providers, the address information database comprises a first database and a second database, the first database stores a corresponding relation between an accurate address and the service site information, the second database stores a corresponding relation between an address after normalization processing and the service site information, and the normalization processing comprises: extracting a common part of address key information from each address corresponding to the same service site;
when generating logistics information according to target transaction order information, extracting receiving address information from the target transaction order information and determining a logistics service provider identifier;
inquiring the address information database according to the receiving address information and the logistics service provider identification, and determining target service site information corresponding to the receiving address information;
and returning the target service site information so as to provide the target service site information in the express bill, wherein the target service site comprises a service site for providing a package pull service or a service site for providing a package delivery service.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and sending a delivery forecast notification message to the target service site client.
9. An apparatus for determining serving site information, comprising:
an address information database providing unit, configured to provide an address information database, where a correspondence between serviced address information and service site information that is established in a big data analysis manner is stored in the address information database, the address information database includes a first database and a second database, the first database stores a correspondence between an accurate address and the service site information, the second database stores a correspondence between an address after normalization processing and the service site information, and the normalization processing includes: extracting a common part of address key information from each address corresponding to the same service site;
a target address determination unit for determining a target address;
and the database query unit is used for querying the address information database according to the target address and determining the target service site information corresponding to the target address, wherein the target service site comprises a service site for providing a piece pulling service or a service site for providing a piece dispatching service.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the database query unit comprises:
and the first query subunit is configured to query the first database according to the target address, and determine target service site information corresponding to the target address.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the database query unit further comprises:
a first key information extraction subunit, configured to extract, if the target address does not exist in the first database, key information that meets a preset feature from the target address;
and the second query subunit is configured to query the second database according to the key information, and determine target service site information corresponding to the target address.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the database query unit comprises:
the second key information extraction subunit is used for extracting key information which accords with preset characteristics from the target address;
and the third query subunit is configured to query the second database according to the key information, and determine target service site information corresponding to the target address.
13. The apparatus of any one of claims 9 to 12, further comprising:
the service area information database providing unit is used for providing a service area information database of the service site, wherein the service area information of each service site is stored in the database and is represented by longitude and latitude information;
a latitude and longitude information determining unit, configured to determine latitude and longitude information corresponding to the target address if the target service site information corresponding to the target address is not determined by querying the address information database;
and the latitude and longitude judging unit is used for judging whether the target address falls in the service area of a certain service site or not according to the latitude and longitude information corresponding to the target address and the service area information of each service site stored in the service area database, and if so, determining the service network point as the target service site corresponding to the target address.
14. An apparatus for building an address information database, comprising:

the system comprises an address information extraction unit, a logistics service provider identification determination unit and a logistics service provider identification determination unit, wherein the address information extraction unit is used for extracting receiving address information from target transaction order information and determining the logistics service provider identification when generating logistics information according to the target transaction order information;
the service site information determining unit is used for inquiring the address information database according to the receiving address information and the logistics service provider identification and determining target service site information corresponding to the receiving address information;
and the information returning unit is used for returning the target service site information so as to provide the target service site information in the express bill, and the target service site comprises a service site for providing a package pull service or a service site for providing a package delivery service.
