Abstract
本发明公开了一种造纸填料用碳酸钙及其制备方法,材料包括碳酸钙,淀粉,硬脂酸钠,淀粉交联剂等组分。本发明采用碳酸钙为原材料,通过使用淀粉进行改性,改性后的碳酸钙作为造纸填料使用,能有效提高纸料的留着率,提高白度,抗张强度和耐破度明显提高。该操作步骤简单,材料廉价易得。

技术领域
本发明化工填料领域,具体涉及一种造纸填料用碳酸钙及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来纸张加填技术得到广泛应用.填料加填具有许多优点。填料的使用具有以下优点:填料价格便宜,用填料代替纤维能带来显著的经济效益;填料能够提高纸张的光学性能,如白度和不透明度;填料能够提高纸张匀度、印刷适性和形稳性。但是随着加填量的增加,产生了许多问题,如纸张强度的下降,纸张施胶效果降低.纸料留着率的下降等等。
传统填料加填纸张的缺陷限制了填料的应用。为了克服或降低填料加填对纸张的不利影响.填料改性技术得到了很大的发展。目前关于填料改性方面的研究主要集中在填料的预絮聚、填料表面改性、细胞腔加填、合成填料等技术。
淀粉具有羟基结构.可以和纤维形成氢键,把淀粉沉淀在填料的表面,能够使填料和纤维之间形成结合力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种造纸填料用碳酸钙及其制备方法。
一种造纸填料用碳酸钙,其特征在于,包括以下材料按照重量份配制而成:
碳酸钙 70-85份
淀粉 5-20份
硬脂酸钠 5-10份
淀粉交联剂 1-3份。
作为优选方案之一,所述的淀粉交联剂是六偏磷酸钠。
其中,造纸填料用碳酸钙的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量适量的淀粉加入烧瓶中,加入水,配成淀粉悬浊液,高速分散10min,加热糊化30min;
(2)将硬脂酸钠加入到淀粉悬浊液中,高速分散10-15min,形成复合物;
(3)把质量浓度为25%的碳酸钙悬浮液加入到复合物中,并加入淀粉交联剂六偏磷酸钠,高速分散20-30min,降温,过滤即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用碳酸钙为原材料,通过使用淀粉进行改性,改性后的碳酸钙作为造纸填料使用,能有效提高纸料的留着率,提高白度,抗张强度和耐破度明显提高。该操作步骤简单,材料廉价易得。

实施例1:一种造纸填料用碳酸钙,包括以下材料按照重量份配制而成:
碳酸钙 78份
淀粉 14份
硬脂酸钠 6份
淀粉交联剂 2份。
实施例2:一种造纸填料用碳酸钙,包括以下材料按照重量份配制而成:
碳酸钙 82份
淀粉 8份
硬脂酸钠 8份
六偏磷酸钠 2份。
其中,造纸填料用碳酸钙的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量淀粉加入烧瓶中,加入水,配成淀粉悬浊液,高速分散10min,加热糊化30min;
(2)将硬脂酸钠加入到淀粉悬浊液中,高速分散10-15min,形成复合物;
(3)把质量浓度为25%的碳酸钙悬浮液加入到复合物中,并加入淀粉交联剂六偏磷酸钠,高速分散20-30min,降温,过滤即得。

1.一种造纸填料用碳酸钙,其特征在于,包括以下材料按照重量份配制而成:
碳酸钙 70-85份
淀粉 5-20份
硬脂酸钠 5-10份
淀粉交联剂 1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的造纸填料用碳酸钙,其特征在于,所述的淀粉交联剂是六偏磷酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的造纸填料用碳酸钙的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量适量的淀粉加入烧瓶中,加入水,配成淀粉悬浊液,高速分散10min,加热糊化30min;
(2)将硬脂酸钠加入到淀粉悬浊液中,高速分散10-15min,形成复合物;
(3)把质量浓度为25%的碳酸钙悬浮液加入到复合物中,并加入淀粉交联剂六偏磷酸钠,高速分散20-30min,降温,过滤即得。
