Abstract
本发明公开了一种高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,包括:步骤(1)制备聚乳酸和聚3‑羟基丁酸己酸酯混合液的有机相;步骤(2)将碳酸氢铵溶解于水中,制备水相;步骤(3)将天然纤维加入水相中,天然纤维的长度为30~50μm,先对水相进行超声处理,超声处理的频率为80~90KHz,超声处理的时间为15~20min,之后将有机相分成4~7份,逐份加入至水相中,每加入一份有机相之后进行匀浆处理,得到乳化液;步骤(4)将乳化液置于常温下1~2h,之后将温度从常温降低至5℃,并在5℃下继续静置1h;步骤(5)置于‑10~‑15℃下冷冻干燥3~4h。本发明制备得到的吸油纸具有良好的吸油能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子吸油纸的加工工艺。
背景技术
在美容护肤中,吸油纸或吸油膜是一种重要的面部护理辅助工具,主要用于吸附并清除人体面部皮肤分泌的油性物质。目前的吸油纸或吸油膜存在诸多缺点。如:粉质类吸油纸在保存和使用过程中粉质会脱落;天然纤维类吸油纸使用时可能伤害细嫩的肌肤;改性纤维类吸油纸可能存在化学原料的残留,在使用过程中转移到作用部位,导致过敏。因此,需要一种吸油能力更有效,对皮肤无刺激作用的吸油纸。
发明内容
本发明设计开发了一种吸油能力更好,且无刺激作用的吸油纸。
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,包括:
步骤(1)将聚乳酸和聚3-羟基丁酸己酸酯溶于有机溶剂中,制备得到聚乳酸和聚3-羟基丁酸己酸酯混合液的有机相;
步骤(2)将碳酸氢铵溶解于水中,制备得到的水相,水相中碳酸氢铵的浓度为4.3~6.7g/L;
步骤(3)将天然纤维加入水相中,天然纤维的长度为30~50μm,先对水相进行超声处理,超声处理的频率为80~90KHz,超声处理的时间为15~20min,之后将有机相分成4~7份,逐份加入至水相中,每加入一份有机相之后进行匀浆处理,每次匀浆处理的时间为12~25min,且匀浆处理的转速逐次增加,第一次匀浆处理的转速为300转/min,之后每次匀浆处理的转速均比上一次匀浆处理的转速增加100~130转/min,得到乳化液,有机相的总用量与水相的体积比为6~8:1,天然纤维相对于有机相的质量比为0.03~0.05:1;
步骤(4)将乳化液置于常温下1~2h,之后将温度从常温降低至5℃,且降温速率控制在0.2~0.3℃/s,并在5℃下继续静置1h;
步骤(5)置于-10~-15℃下冷冻干燥3~4h。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(3)中,每次匀浆处理的时间为20min。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(3)中,有机相的总用量与水相的体积比为6.9:1。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(4)中,将乳化液置于常温下2h。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(5)中,置于-12℃下冷冻干燥3.5h。
本发明所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺所制备得到的吸油纸具有良好的吸油能力。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本发明提供一种高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,包括:
步骤(1)将聚乳酸和聚3-羟基丁酸己酸酯溶于有机溶剂中,制备得到聚乳酸和聚3-羟基丁酸己酸酯混合液的有机相;
步骤(2)将碳酸氢铵溶解于水中,制备得到的水相,水相中碳酸氢铵的浓度为4.3~6.7g/L;
步骤(3)将天然纤维加入水相中,天然纤维的长度为30~50μm,先对水相进行超声处理,超声处理的频率为80~90KHz,超声处理的时间为15~20min,之后将有机相分成4~7份,逐份加入至水相中,每加入一份有机相之后进行匀浆处理,每次匀浆处理的时间为12~25min,且匀浆处理的转速逐次增加,第一次匀浆处理的转速为300转/min,之后每次匀浆处理的转速均比上一次匀浆处理的转速增加100~130转/min,得到乳化液,有机相的总用量与水相的体积比为6~8:1,天然纤维相对于有机相的质量比为0.03~0.05:1;

本发明通过分次加入有机相,并且每次匀浆处理的时间为12~25min,以促使有机相和水相能够彼此非常均匀的混合。本发明制得的吸油纸在微观结构上非常均匀,微孔的孔径分布均匀一致,从而使吸油纸具有均一的吸油特性。而且本发明还向水相中加入适量的天然纤维,最终制备出的吸油纸也含有天然纤维,天然纤维可以增强吸油纸的吸油能力。天然纤维的长度为30~50μm,经过超声处理后,天然纤维会发生断裂,最终天然纤维会断裂成长度为7~15μm。经测试,微孔的平均孔径在3.1~3.6μm。吸油纸可以吸收相当于自身重量的9~10倍。
有机相逐次加入至水相中,即有机相越来越多,为了获得均匀的分散效果,并最终得到合适的微孔结构,本发明中精确设计了每次匀浆处理的转速,尤其是匀浆处理的转速要逐次以一定幅度增加。
乳化液从常温开始缓慢降温,有助于增加微孔结构,且保证微孔结构的均匀分布,并且使最终得到的产品的微孔结构稳定,不易受外界环境影响。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(3)中,每次匀浆处理的时间为20min。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(3)中,有机相的总用量与水相的体积比为6.9:1。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(4)中,将乳化液置于常温下2h。
优选的是,所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺中,所述步骤(5)中,置于-12℃下冷冻干燥3.5h。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (5)
1.一种高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括:
步骤(1)将聚乳酸和聚3-羟基丁酸己酸酯溶于有机溶剂中,制备得到聚乳酸和聚3-羟基丁酸己酸酯混合液的有机相;
步骤(2)将碳酸氢铵溶解于水中,制备得到的水相,水相中碳酸氢铵的浓度为4.3~6.7g/L;
步骤(3)将天然纤维加入水相中,天然纤维的长度为30~50μm,先对水相进行超声处理,超声处理的频率为80~90k Hz,超声处理的时间为15~20min,之后将有机相分成4~7份,逐份加入至水相中,每加入一份有机相之后进行匀浆处理,每次匀浆处理的时间为12~25min,且匀浆处理的转速逐次增加,第一次匀浆处理的转速为300转/min,之后每次匀浆处理的转速均比上一次匀浆处理的转速增加100~130转/min,得到乳化液,有机相的总用量与水相的体积比为6~8:1,天然纤维相对于有机相的质量比为0.03~0.05:1;
步骤(4)将乳化液置于常温下1~2h,之后将温度从常温降低至5℃,且降温速率控制在0.2~0.3℃/s,并在5℃下继续静置1h;
步骤(5)置于-10~-15℃下冷冻干燥3~4h。
2.如权利要求1所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,每次匀浆处理的时间为20min。
3.如权利要求1所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,有机相的总用量与水相的体积比为6.9:1。
4.如权利要求1所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,将乳化液置于常温下2h。
5.如权利要求1所述的高分子吸油纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,置于-12℃下冷冻干燥3.5h。
