本发明公开了一种织物用易降解高效渗透剂,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇10~18份、烷基磺酸钠5~16份、磷酸酯5~12份、聚氧乙烯醚10~22份、磷酸双酯盐15~27份、烷基苯磺酸盐12~26份、十二烷基磺酸钠8~15份和水90~120份。通过上述方式,本发明织物用易降解高效渗透剂具有易降解、无毒、绿色环保的特点,不含致癌性及致畸性物质,生物降解性好,保证生产完成后的织物满足环保特性和环保指标。

织物用易降解高效渗透剂
技术领域
本发明涉及印染助剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种织物用易降解高效渗透剂。
背景技术
印染助剂是在织物印花和染色的过程中所使用的助剂,能够提高印花和染色的效果,其包括印花助剂和染色助剂。
渗透剂是印染助剂中的一种,能够促进纤维或织物表面快速被水湿润,并向纤维内部渗透,因此渗透剂广泛应用于印染和后整理工序。
目前部分印染助剂厂,采用传统方法生产各种助剂,缺乏技术力量和产品开发的进取思想,导致渗透剂这类助剂不符合环保要求,从而导致织物不符合环保要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种织物用易降解高效渗透剂,具有易降解、无毒、绿色环保的特点,不含致癌性及致畸性物质,生物降解性好,保证生产完成后的织物满足环保特性和环保指标。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种织物用易降解高效渗透剂,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇10~18份、烷基磺酸钠5~16份、磷酸酯5~12份、聚氧乙烯醚10~22份、磷酸双酯盐15~27份、烷基苯磺酸盐12~26份、十二烷基磺酸钠8~15份和水90~120份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇10份、烷基磺酸钠5份、磷酸酯5份、聚氧乙烯醚10份、磷酸双酯盐15份、烷基苯磺酸盐12份、十二烷基磺酸钠8份和水90份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇13份、烷基磺酸钠9份、磷酸酯7份、聚氧乙烯醚14份、磷酸双酯盐19份、烷基苯磺酸盐16份、十二烷基磺酸钠10份和水100份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇16份、烷基磺酸钠14份、磷酸酯9份、聚氧乙烯醚18份、磷酸双酯盐23份、烷基苯磺酸盐21份、十二烷基磺酸钠13份和水110份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇18份、烷基磺酸钠16份、磷酸酯12份、聚氧乙烯醚22份、磷酸双酯盐27份、烷基苯磺酸盐26份、十二烷基磺酸钠15份和水120份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明织物用易降解高效渗透剂具有易降解、无毒、绿色环保的特点,不含致癌性及致畸性物质,生物降解性好,保证生产完成后的织物满足环保特性和环保指标。

一种织物用易降解高效渗透剂,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇13份、烷基磺酸钠9份、磷酸酯7份、聚氧乙烯醚14份、磷酸双酯盐19份、烷基苯磺酸盐16份、十二烷基磺酸钠10份和水100份。
实施例三
一种织物用易降解高效渗透剂,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇16份、烷基磺酸钠14份、磷酸酯9份、聚氧乙烯醚18份、磷酸双酯盐23份、烷基苯磺酸盐21份、十二烷基磺酸钠13份和水110份。
实施例四
一种织物用易降解高效渗透剂,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇18份、烷基磺酸钠16份、磷酸酯12份、聚氧乙烯醚22份、磷酸双酯盐27份、烷基苯磺酸盐26份、十二烷基磺酸钠15份和水120份。
本发明织物用易降解高效渗透剂的有益效果是:
具有易降解、无毒、绿色环保的特点,不含致癌性及致畸性物质,生物降解性好,保证生产完成后的织物满足环保特性和环保指标。

2.根据权利要求1所述的织物用易降解高效渗透剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇10份、烷基磺酸钠5份、磷酸酯5份、聚氧乙烯醚10份、磷酸双酯盐15份、烷基苯磺酸盐12份、十二烷基磺酸钠8份和水90份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物用易降解高效渗透剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组分制备得到:聚乙二醇13份、烷基磺酸钠9份、磷酸酯7份、聚氧乙烯醚14份、磷酸双酯盐19份、烷基苯磺酸盐16份、十二烷基磺酸钠10份和水100份。
