背景技术
绷带在目前市场上大致可分为两大类:一类是海绵材质的面料,它可以比较好起一定地固定和保护作用,但运动起来比较笨重受限制;一类是类似于橡胶类的系列衍生物结合一定的化学纤维面料,该类产品相对轻薄但弹性不好。
现有技术中绷带的抗菌性能和弹力均无法满足实际的需求,因此亟需开发一种高弹性抗菌非乳胶高弹绷带来解决现有技术中的需求。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,绷带弹力达到了300%以上,轻便、透气、舒适感很好,抗菌性能优异。
本发明提出的一种非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料选择:选择纬纱是100%全棉纱线,经线由裸露氨纶丝、肤色涤纶低弹丝和本白氨纶制成作为基布;
S2、精练:在连续精练机械的液缸内加入抗菌处理剂、烧碱以及双氧水,按照每升液缸内水加入1.0-5.0g的量加入烧碱,按照每升液缸内水加入1.0-5.0g的量加入双氧水,采用连续精炼机械对面料基布进行精炼,采用两浸两轧的方式使抗菌处理剂均匀得渗透到基布内,带有抗菌处理剂的基布再进入反应塔,其塔内温度控制在100-110℃,面料基布在反应塔内停留时间控制在45-60min;
S3、水洗:从反应塔出来的面料基布通入水洗槽,水洗时间控制在4-6min;
S4、弹性处理:精炼后的面料基布在液流染色机内利用90-98℃的高温水以及面料基布在加工过程中的经纱、纬纱均处于松弛状态来获得弹性;
S5、整理:将经线整经上架,再穿线,压人压紧滚筒,更换纬密齿轮,开机生产出的绷带进入定型机械,经170-190℃的高温,转速为1000-1200r/min,定型后弹力为300%以上。

S2、精练:在连续精练机械的液缸内加入抗菌处理剂、烧碱以及双氧水,按照每升液缸内水加入3.0g的量加入烧碱,按照每升液缸内水加入3.0g的量加入双氧水,采用连续精炼机械对面料基布进行精炼,采用两浸两轧的方式使抗菌处理剂均匀得渗透到基布内,带有抗菌处理剂的基布再进入反应塔,其塔内温度控制在105℃,面料基布在反应塔内停留时间控制在45.5min;
S3、水洗:从反应塔出来的面料基布通入水洗槽,水洗时间控制在5min;
S4、弹性处理:精炼后的面料基布在液流染色机内利用94℃的高温水以及面料基布在加工过程中的经纱、纬纱均处于松弛状态来获得弹性;
S5、整理:将经线整经上架,再穿线,压人压紧滚筒,更换纬密齿轮,开机生产出的绷带进入定型机械,经180℃的高温,转速为1100r/min,定型后弹力为310%。
抗菌处理剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米锌粉液30份、丙烯酸类共聚物悬浮分散剂10份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5份、棕榈酸异丙酯4份、维生素E乙酸酯4份、蛇床子2.5份、菟丝草3.5份、虎杖4.5份、青黛2.5份、野菊花3.5份、连翘3.5份、金银花4.5份、炉甘石6份、水27份、密着剂3.5份、邻苯二甲酸酯类稳定剂3份、着色剂4.5份。其中,纳米锌粉液由颗粒粒径为2.0μm,振实密度为7.3g/m3的纳米锌粉按3:10稀释制成。
实施例2

实施例3
本发明提出的一种非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料选择:选择纬纱是100%全棉纱线,经线由纤度为420D的裸露氨纶丝、纤度为150D的肤色涤纶低弹丝和纤度为150D的本白氨纶制成作为基布;
S2、精练:在连续精练机械的液缸内加入抗菌处理剂、烧碱以及双氧水,按照每升液缸内水加入5.0g的量加入烧碱,按照每升液缸内水加入1.0g的量加入双氧水,采用连续精炼机械对面料基布进行精炼,采用两浸两轧的方式使抗菌处理剂均匀得渗透到基布内,带有抗菌处理剂的基布再进入反应塔,其塔内温度控制在110℃,面料基布在反应塔内停留时间控制在45min;
S3、水洗:从反应塔出来的面料基布通入水洗槽,水洗时间控制在6min;
S4、弹性处理:精炼后的面料基布在液流染色机内利用90℃的高温水以及面料基布在加工过程中的经纱、纬纱均处于松弛状态来获得弹性;
S5、整理:将经线整经上架,再穿线,压人压紧滚筒,更换纬密齿轮,开机生产出的绷带进入定型机械,经190℃的高温,转速为1000r/min,定型后弹力为330%。
抗菌处理剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米锌粉液40份、丙烯酸类共聚物悬浮分散剂5份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯8份、棕榈酸异丙酯3份、维生素E乙酸酯6份、蛇床子1份、菟丝草5份、虎杖3份、青黛4份、野菊花2份、连翘6份、金银花3份、炉甘石8份、水18份、密着剂5份、邻苯二甲酸酯类稳定剂1份、着色剂6份。其中,纳米锌粉液由颗粒粒径为4μm,振实密度为7.1g/m3的纳米锌粉按4:7稀释制成。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料选择:选择纬纱是100%全棉纱线,经线由纤度为420D的裸露氨纶丝、纤度为150D的肤色涤纶低弹丝和纤度为150D的本白氨纶制成作为基布;
S2、精练:在连续精练机械的液缸内加入抗菌处理剂、烧碱以及双氧水,按照每升液缸内水加入2.0g的量加入烧碱,按照每升液缸内水加入4.0g的量加入双氧水,采用连续精炼机械对面料基布进行精炼,采用两浸两轧的方式使抗菌处理剂均匀得渗透到基布内,带有抗菌处理剂的基布再进入反应塔,其塔内温度控制在102℃,面料基布在反应塔内停留时间控制在59min;
S3、水洗:从反应塔出来的面料基布通入水洗槽,水洗时间控制在4.5min;
S4、弹性处理:精炼后的面料基布在液流染色机内利用97℃的高温水以及面料基布在加工过程中的经纱、纬纱均处于松弛状态来获得弹性;
S5、整理:将经线整经上架,再穿线,压人压紧滚筒,更换纬密齿轮,开机生产出的绷带进入定型机械,经175℃的高温,转速为1150r/min,定型后弹力为320%。
抗菌处理剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米锌粉液25份、悬浮分散液12份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯3份、棕榈酸异丙酯4.5份、维生素E乙酸酯3份、蛇床子3份、菟丝草3份、虎杖5份、青黛2份、野菊花4份、连翘2份、金银花5份、炉甘石5份、水34份、密着剂2.5份、邻苯二甲酸酯类稳定剂4份、着色剂4份。其中,纳米锌粉液由颗粒粒径为0.2μm,振实密度为7.4g/m3的纳米锌粉按2.5:12稀释制成。其中,悬浮分散液为丙烯酸类共聚物悬浮分散剂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料选择:选择纬纱是100%全棉纱线,经线由纤度为420D的裸露氨纶丝、纤度为150D的肤色涤纶低弹丝和纤度为150D的本白氨纶制成作为基布;
S2、精练:在连续精练机械的液缸内加入抗菌处理剂、烧碱以及双氧水,按照每升液缸内水加入4.0g的量加入烧碱,按照每升液缸内水加入2.0g的量加入双氧水,采用连续精炼机械对面料基布进行精炼,采用两浸两轧的方式使抗菌处理剂均匀得渗透到基布内,带有抗菌处理剂的基布再进入反应塔,其塔内温度控制在108℃,面料基布在反应塔内停留时间控制在46min;
S3、水洗:从反应塔出来的面料基布通入水洗槽,水洗时间控制在5.5min;
S4、弹性处理:精炼后的面料基布在液流染色机内利用91℃的高温水以及面料基布在加工过程中的经纱、纬纱均处于松弛状态来获得弹性;
S5、整理:将经线整经上架,再穿线,压人压紧滚筒,更换纬密齿轮,开机生产出的绷带进入定型机械,经185℃的高温,转速为1050r/min,定型后弹力为310%。
抗菌处理剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米锌粉液35份、悬浮分散液8份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯7份、棕榈酸异丙酯3.5份、维生素E乙酸酯5份、蛇床子2份、菟丝草4份、虎杖4份、青黛3份、野菊花3份、连翘5份、金银花4份、炉甘石7份、水20份、密着剂4.5份、邻苯二甲酸酯类稳定剂2份、着色剂5份。其中,纳米锌粉液由颗粒粒径为3.9μm,振实密度为7.2g/m3的纳米锌粉按3.5:8稀释制成。其中,悬浮分散液为丙烯酸类共聚物悬浮分散剂。

Claims (9)

1.一种非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、面料选择:选择纬纱是100%全棉纱线,经线由裸露氨纶丝、肤色涤纶低弹丝和本白氨纶制成作为基布;
S2、精练:在连续精练机械的液缸内加入抗菌处理剂、烧碱以及双氧水,按照每升液缸内水加入1.0-5.0g的量加入烧碱,按照每升液缸内水加入1.0-5.0g的量加入双氧水,采用连续精炼机械对面料基布进行精炼,采用两浸两轧的方式使抗菌处理剂均匀得渗透到基布内,带有抗菌处理剂的基布再进入反应塔,其塔内温度控制在100-110℃,面料基布在反应塔内停留时间控制在45-60min;
S3、水洗:从反应塔出来的面料基布通入水洗槽,水洗时间控制在4-6min;
S4、弹性处理:精炼后的面料基布在液流染色机内利用90-98℃的高温水以及面料基布在加工过程中的经纱、纬纱均处于松弛状态来获得弹性;
S5、整理:将经线整经上架,再穿线,压人压紧滚筒,更换纬密齿轮,开机生产出的绷带进入定型机械,经170-190℃的高温,转速为1000-1200r/min,定型后弹力为300%以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,经线中,裸露氨纶丝、肤色涤纶低弹丝和本白氨纶的重量比为1-2:3-5:4-6。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,裸露氨纶丝的纤度为420D。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,肤色涤纶低弹丝的纤度为150D。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,本白氨纶的纤度为150D。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,抗菌处理剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米锌粉液20-40份、悬浮分散液5-15份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯2-8份、棕榈酸异丙酯3-5份、维生素E乙酸酯2-6份、蛇床子1-4份、菟丝草2-5份、虎杖3-6份、青黛1-4份、野菊花2-5份、连翘1-6份、金银花3-6份、炉甘石4-8份、水18-36份、密着剂2-5份、稳定剂1-5份、着色剂3-6份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,抗菌处理剂中,纳米锌粉液由颗粒粒径为0.1-4μm,振实密度为7.1-7.5g/m3的纳米锌粉按2-4:7-13稀释制成。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,抗菌处理剂中,悬浮分散液为丙烯酸类共聚物悬浮分散剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的非乳胶高弹绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,抗菌处理剂中,稳定剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类稳定剂。
