Abstract
本发明涉及一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,该润滑剂由以下重量份的组分组成:矿物基础油15‑17份、油酸12‑14份、有机磺酸盐6‑8份、羧酸盐4‑9份、硫代氨基甲酸盐3‑6份、咪唑啉1‑5份、聚烷撑乙二醇2‑7份、亚磷酸脂4‑6份、2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚1‑3份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3‑6份、乳化剂1‑2份和极压剂2‑3份。本发明通过上述方式制备得到的润滑剂,制备成分少,制备工艺简单,润滑性能好,将本发明制备得到的润滑剂涂覆在齿轮表面之后在可以保持很长时间的润滑作用,润滑时间长,润滑效果好,无需人工经常涂,操作简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑剂,具体说是一种齿轮安装用润滑剂。
背景技术
五金工具是指铁、钢、铝等金属经过锻造、压延、切割等物理加工制造而成的各种金属器件的总称;五金工具包括各种手动、电动、气动、切割工具、汽保工具、农用工具、起重工具、测量工具、工具机械、切削工具、工夹具、刀具、模具、刃具、砂轮、钻头、抛光机、工具配件、量具刃具、磨具磨料、螺钉、螺栓、垫片、齿轮等;现在各领域中对齿轮的使用非常广泛,齿轮在安装后需要定期涂润滑剂,以至于齿轮表面不会生锈,保证齿轮的正常工作,但是现有润滑剂润滑时间短,润滑效果差,需要人工不断的涂润滑剂,操作复杂。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,制备成分少,制备工艺简单,润滑性能好,将本发明制备得到的润滑剂涂覆在齿轮表面之后在可以保持很长时间的润滑作用,润滑时间长,润滑效果好,无需人工经常涂,操作简便。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,该润滑剂由以下重量份的组分组成:矿物基础油15-17份、油酸12-14份、有机磺酸盐6-8份、羧酸盐4-9份、硫代氨基甲酸盐3-6份、咪唑啉1-5份、聚烷撑乙二醇2-7份、亚磷酸脂4-6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3-6份、乳化剂1-2份和极压剂2-3份。
一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,该润滑剂由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:矿物基础油16份、油酸13份、有机磺酸盐7份、羧酸盐6份、硫代氨基甲酸盐5份、咪唑啉3份、聚烷撑乙二醇5份、亚磷酸脂5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯4份、乳化剂1份和极压剂2份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的乳化剂类型为山梨酸醇脂肪酸酯类乳化剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的极压剂类型为硫化异丁烯。
本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,通过上述方式制备得到的润滑剂,制备成分少,制备工艺简单,润滑性能好,将本发明制备得到的润滑剂涂覆在齿轮表面之后在可以保持很长时间的润滑作用,润滑时间长,润滑效果好,无需人工经常涂,操作简便。

实施例一:
一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,该润滑剂由以下重量份的组分组成:矿物基础油15份、油酸12份、有机磺酸盐6份、羧酸盐4份、硫代氨基甲酸盐3份、咪唑啉1份、聚烷撑乙二醇2份、亚磷酸脂4份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3份、乳化剂1份和极压剂2份。
所述的乳化剂类型为山梨酸醇脂肪酸酯类乳化剂。
所述的极压剂类型为硫化异丁烯。
实施例二:
一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,该润滑剂由以下重量份的组分组成:矿物基础油16份、油酸13份、有机磺酸盐7份、羧酸盐6份、硫代氨基甲酸盐5份、咪唑啉3份、聚烷撑乙二醇5份、亚磷酸脂5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯4份、乳化剂1份和极压剂2份。
所述的乳化剂类型为山梨酸醇脂肪酸酯类乳化剂。
所述的极压剂类型为硫化异丁烯。
实施例三:
一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,该润滑剂由以下重量份的组分组成:矿物基础油17份、油酸14份、有机磺酸盐8份、羧酸盐9份、硫代氨基甲酸盐6份、咪唑啉5份、聚烷撑乙二醇7份、亚磷酸脂6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚3份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯6份、乳化剂2份和极压剂3份。
所述的乳化剂类型为山梨酸醇脂肪酸酯类乳化剂。
所述的极压剂类型为硫化异丁烯。
通过实施一、实施二和实施三制备得到的润滑剂,相比现有技术中的普通润滑剂,本发明通过上述实施例制备得到的润滑剂,制备成分少,制备工艺简单,润滑性能好,将本发明制备得到的润滑剂涂覆在齿轮表面之后在可以保持很长时间的润滑作用,润滑时间长,润滑效果好,无需人工经常涂,操作简便。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,其特征在于:该润滑剂由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:矿物基础油16份、油酸13份、有机磺酸盐7份、羧酸盐6份、硫代氨基甲酸盐5份、咪唑啉3份、聚烷撑乙二醇5份、亚磷酸脂5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯4份、乳化剂1份和极压剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种齿轮安装用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂类型为山梨酸醇脂肪酸酯类乳化剂。
