本发明公开一种导热树脂组合物,属于树脂领域。它由以下重量份数的组分制成:聚亚苯基硫醚树脂100份、氢化松香5份~15份、纳米级氮化硅15份~20份、纳米级氧化锡10份~15份、硅烷偶联剂KH560 1份~5份、歧化松香15份~20份、异丁基三乙氧基硅5份~20份以及聚乙烯蜡1份~5份。本发明通过在基体树脂的基础上,添加氢化松香、纳米级氮化硅、纳米级氧化锡、歧化松香以及异丁基三乙氧基硅,从而提高其导热系数。

本发明属于树脂领域,尤其涉及一种导热树脂组合物。
背景技术
目前,现有的导热树脂组合物普遍存在导热性能较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种导热树脂组合物,解决了现有的导热树脂组合物导热性能较低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份数的组分制成:
聚亚苯基硫醚树脂100份、氢化松香5份~15份、纳米级氮化硅15份~20份、纳米级氧化锡10份~15份、硅烷偶联剂KH560 1份~5份、歧化松香15份~20份、异丁基三乙氧基硅5份~20份以及聚乙烯蜡1份~5份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在基体树脂的基础上,添加氢化松香、纳米级氮化硅、纳米级氧化锡、歧化松香以及异丁基三乙氧基硅,从而提高其导热系数。

以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1 ——导热树脂组合物
其以下组分制成:
聚亚苯基硫醚树脂10000g、氢化松香500g、纳米级氮化硅1500g、纳米级氧化锡1000g、硅烷偶联剂KH560 100g、歧化松香1500g、异丁基三乙氧基硅500g以及聚乙烯蜡100g。
其制备方法是:将上述组分搅拌均匀,即可。
本实施例制得的导热树脂组合物的导热系数为20W/(m·k)。
实施例2——导热树脂组合物
其以下组分制成:
聚亚苯基硫醚树脂10000g、氢化松香1500g、纳米级氮化硅2000g、纳米级氧化锡1500g、硅烷偶联剂KH560 500g、歧化松香2000g、异丁基三乙氧基硅2000g以及聚乙烯蜡500g。
其制备方法是:将上述组分搅拌均匀,即可。
本实施例制得的导热树脂组合物的导热系数为19.5W/(m·k)。
实施例3——导热树脂组合物
其以下组分制成:
聚亚苯基硫醚树脂10000g、氢化松香1200g、纳米级氮化硅1600g、纳米级氧化锡1400g、硅烷偶联剂KH560 300g、歧化松香1700g、异丁基三乙氧基硅1400g以及聚乙烯蜡300g。
其制备方法是:将上述组分搅拌均匀,即可。
本实施例制得的导热树脂组合物的导热系数为20W/(m·k)。

聚亚苯基硫醚树脂100份、氢化松香5份~15份、纳米级氮化硅15份~20份、纳米级氧化锡10份~15份、硅烷偶联剂KH560 1份~5份、歧化松香15份~20份、异丁基三乙氧基硅5份~20份以及聚乙烯蜡1份~5份。
