背景技术
皮革产品,不论猪皮、牛皮还是野生动物的皮毛,不但易长霉而且总有一股难闻的气味;比如新购汽车座椅上的毛皮,经常散发不愉快又,的气味;还有橡胶制品;塑料制品也常带有一些异味,令人不舒服。现在,很多人喜欢养狗, 养猫,养宠物,宠物身上总是携带各种病菌和难闻的腥味。这就需要一种既能抗菌杀菌,又能散发香味,掩盖臭味的抗菌剂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种释香型长效物理抗菌剂的制备方法,它在催化剂作用下发生酯交换反应,生成相应的酯类硅烷季铵盐,存放于醇类溶剂如乙醇、异丙醇,丙二醇等溶剂中,在使用过程中,遇到水、水汽,就发生水解作用,释放出带香味的醇,同时能杀灭或抑制各种细菌、真菌甚至病毒孳生蔓延。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种释香型长效物理抗菌剂,它由含甲氧基的硅烷季铵盐、带芳香味的醇类在催化剂作用下发生酯交换反应,生成相应的酯类硅烷季铵盐并存放于醇类溶剂如乙醇、异丙醇,丙二醇中即可制得。
所述含甲氧基的硅烷季铵盐包括有三甲氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、甲基二甲氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,也包括乙氧基硅烷季铵盐如三乙氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,甲基二乙氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,季铵基上的烷基可以1-20个碳的烷基或芳烷基。
所述带芳香味的醇类包括苯乙醇、香叶醇、香芋醇、香草醇及芳樟醇。
所述催化剂为能进行酯化反应的酸性催化剂包括有硫酸、磺酸及烷基苯磺酸。

向存放有醇类溶剂或烷烃类溶剂或是芳烃溶剂的烧瓶中加入含甲氧基的硅烷季铵盐及带芳香味的醇类在催化剂作用下进行酯交换反应,将烧瓶温度控制在50~150℃,反应时间2~10小时,反应完成的程度通过分析酯交换反应放出的甲醇或乙醇的量来确定,或是反应后分离出硅烷季铵盐,再进行水解,分析释放出的香料醇的量来确定。
所述醇类溶剂为异丙醇或丙二醇。

在500毫升园底三口烧瓶中,加入60%的三甲氧基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵248克,加入对甲苯磺酸2.5克,苯乙醇37克,在N2保护下于100℃反应3小时,用碱中和烷基苯磺酸,减压蒸出溶剂和未反应的苯乙醇,得到浅黄色膏状硅烷季铵盐。
取样 ,在偏碱条件下水解,计算可得到苯乙醇31克,苯乙醇的酯交换转化率达83.7% 。

在500毫升园底三口烧瓶中,加入60%的三乙氧基硅烷季铵盐269克,加入对甲苯磺酸2.7克,苯乙醇37克,在N2保护下于100℃反应5小时,用有机碱中和对甲苯磺酸,减压(-0.08MPa),130℃蒸出溶剂和未反应的苯乙醇,得到浅黄色的硅烷季铵盐。
取样水解硅烷季铵盐,计算可得到32克苯乙醇,酯交换转化率达86.5% 。
合成实施例3:
在500毫升园底三口烧瓶中,加入60%的甲基二乙氧基硅烷季铵盐245克,加入对甲苯磺酸2.6克,升温至95℃,加入苯乙醇74克,充N2保护反应4小时,用三乙醇胺中和对甲苯磺酸,在-0.08MPa压力130℃下,蒸出溶剂和未反应的苯乙醇。
取样水解,分析可得到苯乙醇63.5克,酯交换转化率达87.0% 。
应用实施例一:
用做皮革防霉释香剂,用合成实施例2的释香硅烷季铵盐溶于乙醇中,做成含硅季铵盐2%的喷剂,喷在皮革沙发上,在高温(30~35℃)、高湿(相对湿度≥90%)的环境中,一个月无生霉,且一直保留玫瑰香味。
应用实施例二:
用做空调过滤网防霉释香剂,应用合成实例2的硅烷季铵盐以无水乙醇为溶剂,配成2%的喷剂,喷于空调过滤网上,固化后成防霉释香过滤网,使过滤空气的微生物大为降低,且散发出令人愉快的玫瑰香味。
应用实施例三:
用合成实例2的硅烷季铵盐用乙醇配成2%的喷剂,喷于內衣內裤上,人体出汗使硅烷季铵盐水解,释放出香味,同时抑菌,使体表微生物无法滋生。
本发明在催化剂作用下发生酯交换反应,生成相应的酯类硅烷季铵盐,存放于醇类溶剂如乙醇、异丙醇,丙二醇等溶剂中,在使用过程中,遇到水、水汽,就发生水解作用,释放出带香味的醇,同时能杀灭或抑制各种细菌、真菌甚至病毒孳生蔓延,能够应用在各种皮质产品、橡胶制品及塑料制品。
Claims (6)
1.一种释香型长效物理抗菌剂,其特征是:它由含甲氧基的硅烷季铵盐、带芳香味的醇类在催化剂作用下发生酯交换反应,生成相应的酯类硅烷季铵盐并存放于醇类溶剂如乙醇、异丙醇,丙二醇中即可制得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述释香型长效物理抗菌剂的制备方法,其制备步骤是:
向存放有醇类溶剂或烷烃类溶剂或是芳烃溶剂的烧瓶中加入含甲氧基的硅烷季铵盐及带芳香味的醇类在催化剂作用下进行酯交换反应,将烧瓶温度控制在50~150℃,反应时间2~10小时,反应完成的程度通过分析酯交换反应放出的甲醇或乙醇的量来确定,或是反应后分离出硅烷季铵盐,再进行水解,分析释放出的香料醇的量来确定。
3.如权利要求1所述释香型长效物理抗菌剂,其特征是:所述含甲氧基的硅烷季铵盐包括有三甲氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、甲基二甲氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,也包括乙氧基硅烷季铵盐如三乙氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,甲基二乙氧基硅丙基—N—十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,季铵基上的烷基可以1-20个碳的烷基或芳烷基。
4.如权利要求1所述释香型长效物理抗菌剂,其特征是:所述带芳香味的醇类包括苯乙醇、香叶醇、香芋醇、香草醇及芳樟醇。
5.如权利要求1所述释香型长效物理抗菌剂,其特征是:所述催化剂为能进行酯化反应的酸性催化剂包括有硫酸、磺酸及烷基苯磺酸。
6.如权利要求1所述释香型长效物理抗菌剂,其特征是所述醇类溶剂为异丙醇或丙二醇。
