本发明涉及一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将乙醇加入水中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液;(2)将羧甲基壳聚糖、迷迭香精油、薰衣草精油、生姜油、烷基葡糖苷、薄荷醇、抑菌剂加入混合液中搅拌混合均匀即得。本发明家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂,不仅成分、工艺简单,而且气味清新,自然健康,产品使用后不会造成二次污染;有效杀灭空气中的金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等细菌,净化空气。

背景技术
室内空气质量与人们的健康密不可分,良好的室内空气是人们健康生活的基本保障。随着人口密度的不断提升,空气质量越来越受到人们的关注,由于空气质量问题带来的健康隐患成为当下急需解决的技术难题。
随着科技的不断发展,各类化学物质也应用到生活的各个领域。其中,室内装修就是一个典型的例子,目前的室内装修,包括家具等等,都会给室内空气带来严重污染,这些污染包括甲醛、苯系物、总挥发性有机物等等,还包括各种细菌、霉菌等等。
目前甲醛是我国新装修家庭中的主要污染物,在胶粘剂中的甲醛释放期很长,一般长达15年,长期接触甲醛可引起慢性呼吸道疾病,引起鼻因癌、结肠癌、脑瘤、月经紊乱、细胞核的基因突变,DNA单链内交连和DNA与蛋白质交连及抑制DNA损伤的修复、妊娠综合症、引起新生儿染色体异常、白血病,青少年记忆力和智力下降等诸多问题,为保证人民群众的健康,我国分别由卫生部和建设部牵头,发布了《室内空气质量标准》(GB/T18883-2002)和《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制规范》(GB50325-2001),分别对室内空气污染物制定了限制和规范。
根据室内环境对人类的巨大影响,特别是室内有害气体甲醛对人们生活的伤害,近年来市面上也陆续出现一些空气净化剂、甲醛清除剂等。总体来说空气净化剂有以下几种类型:吸附型空气净化类,如活性炭、竹炭;遮盖型除味产品,如凝脱香盒、空气清新剂;氧化分解型除味产品。吸附型空气净化剂是利用活性炭的物理吸附、化学吸附、氧化、催化氧化和还原等性能去除污染物的净化产品。遮盖型除味产品是利用芳香烃的香味遮盖空气中的各种异味,以达到除味效果。
本发明致力开发新型的、对环境友好的新一代空气净化剂,该空气洁净剂安全环保,化学稳定性好;能有效的消除空气中甲醛等有害物质,极大的改善空气质量,能彻底的解决室内空气污染的难题。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂及其制备方法,能有效减低甲醛等有害物质,改善室内空气的污染问题,并且不会引起二次污染。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙醇加入水中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将羧甲基壳聚糖、迷迭香精油、薰衣草精油、生姜油、烷基葡糖苷、薄荷醇、抑菌剂加入混合液中搅拌混合均匀即得。
一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将50-60重量份乙醇加入40-50重量份水中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将1-3重量份羧甲基壳聚糖、0.5-1重量份迷迭香精油、0.5-1重量份薰衣草精油、0.3-0.7重量份生姜油、1-2重量份烷基葡糖苷、0.1-0.5重量份薄荷醇、0.1-0.4重量份抑菌剂加入混合液中搅拌混合均匀即得。
一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将50-60重量份乙醇加入40-50重量份水中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将1-3重量份改性羧甲基壳聚糖、0.5-1重量份迷迭香精油、0.5-1重量份薰衣草精油、0.3-0.7重量份生姜油、1-2重量份烷基葡糖苷、0.1-0.5重量份薄荷醇、0.1-0.4重量份抑菌剂加入混合液中搅拌混合均匀即得。
所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中搅拌的转速为200-500转/分、时间为10-30min。
所述改性羧甲基壳聚糖的制备方法为:将羧甲基壳聚糖加入水中以转速为100-200转/分搅拌5-15min混合均匀,其中羧甲基壳聚糖与水的质量比为1:(40-60),再加入羧甲基壳聚糖重量4-10%的花青素、羧甲基壳聚糖重量0.1-0.5%的柠檬酸锌在温度为50-70℃以转速为100-200转/分搅拌反应100-150min,喷雾干燥,即得。
所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为160-180℃,出风温度为65-80℃,热风风速为3-5m3/min,供料速度为30-50mL/min,雾化机转速为200-500转/分。
所述烷基葡糖苷为C6-C12烷基葡糖苷。
所述抑菌剂为厚朴酚和/或百里酚。在本发明一个实施方式中,所述抑菌剂由75-85wt%厚朴酚和15-25wt%百里酚组成。
本发明还提供了一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂,采用上述方法制备而成。
本发明家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂,不仅成分、工艺简单,而且气味清新,自然健康,产品使用后不会造成二次污染;有效杀灭空气中的金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等细菌,净化空气。
具体实施方式
抑菌性能测试:
细菌培养用牛肉膏蛋白胨琼脂培养基具体配方为:牛肉膏3.0g,蛋白胨10g,氯化钠5.0g,琼脂20g,水1000mL加热融化,调pH值为7.4-7.6。分装,高压湿热灭菌(121℃,20min),备用。
菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)。
将所有供试菌种移接入相对应的试管斜面培养基上,每种菌种接多支重复。细菌置于37℃生化培养箱培养24h,霉菌置于28℃培养48h。每种菌种取2支供实验用,其余冷藏备用。
挑取各菌落接种平皿,细菌培养24h,用无菌生理盐水洗脱,分别制成含菌107CFU/mL的菌悬液。具体制备方法:分别挑取少量细菌孢子至无菌生理盐水中洗出、玻璃珠打散、制成菌悬液、调菌悬液浓度为107CFU/mL,备用。
将直径为6mm的圆形空白滤纸片经160℃干热灭菌后,无菌条件下保存备用。用无菌移液器吸取经活化、并调整好菌液浓度的各实验菌悬液0.1mL加入到已倒好培养基的培养皿中,用自制经干热灭菌的玻璃涂布器将菌悬液涂布均匀。再用无菌镊子夹起各滤纸片放入不同的含菌培养皿上,用无菌移液器吸取10μL家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂到每个滤纸片上,每种菌平行做两个皿。然后用相应的提取溶剂作阴性对照。细菌在生化培养箱中37℃恒温培养24h,十字交叉法量取抑菌圈直径,取平均值。
甲醛去除率测定:依据GB/T 18883-2002《室内空气质量标准》检测所采集样品中的甲醛浓度;主要仪器包括4160-2型甲醛测定仪(美国Interscan公司);在模拟测试仓(体积为2m3)中进行,将0.05g甲醛(分析纯,≥99%)放入测试仓中挥发12小时后进行采样测试舱内甲醛初始浓度(C1),将2g家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂喷洒在测试仓内,风机通电分别运行3小时进行采样测试舱内甲醛浓度(C2)。甲醛去除率(%)=(C1-C2)/C1×100。
实施例中羧甲基壳聚糖为西安百川生物科技有限公司提供的食品级羧甲基壳聚糖。
实施例中迷迭香精油为吉安市华新天然植物有限公司提供的迷迭香精油。
实施例中薰衣草精油为吉安市华新天然植物有限公司提供的薰衣草精油。
实施例中生姜油为江西恒诚天然香料油有限公司提供的生姜油。
实施例中薄荷醇为D-薄荷醇,CAS号:15356-60-2。
实施例中厚朴酚,CAS号:528-43-8。
实施例中百里酚,CAS号:89-83-8。
实施例中花青素,CAS号:528-58-5。
实施例中柠檬酸锌,CAS号:546-46-3。
实施例1
家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将55重量份乙醇加入45重量份水中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将2重量份改性羧甲基壳聚糖、0.8重量份迷迭香精油、0.8重量份薰衣草精油、0.5重量份生姜油、1.5重量份十二烷基葡糖苷、0.25重量份薄荷醇、0.2重量份厚朴酚加入混合液中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀即得家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂。
所述改性羧甲基壳聚糖的制备方法为:将羧甲基壳聚糖加入水中以转速为150转/分搅拌10min混合均匀,其中羧甲基壳聚糖与水的质量比为1:50,再加入羧甲基壳聚糖重量6%的花青素、羧甲基壳聚糖重量0.2%的柠檬酸锌在温度为60℃以转速为150转/分搅拌反应120min,得到反应液;将反应液喷雾干燥,所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为170℃,出风温度为75℃,热风风速为3.5m3/min,供料速度为30mL/min,雾化机转速为300转/分,得到改性羧甲基壳聚糖。
实施例2
家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将55重量份乙醇加入45重量份水中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将2重量份羧甲基壳聚糖、0.8重量份迷迭香精油、0.8重量份薰衣草精油、0.5重量份生姜油、1.5重量份十二烷基葡糖苷、0.25重量份薄荷醇、0.2重量份厚朴酚加入混合液中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀即得家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂。
实施例3
家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将55重量份乙醇加入45重量份水中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将2重量份改性羧甲基壳聚糖、0.8重量份迷迭香精油、0.8重量份薰衣草精油、0.5重量份生姜油、1.5重量份十二烷基葡糖苷、0.25重量份薄荷醇、0.2重量份厚朴酚加入混合液中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀即得家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂。

实施例4
家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将55重量份乙醇加入45重量份水中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将2重量份改性羧甲基壳聚糖、0.8重量份迷迭香精油、0.8重量份薰衣草精油、0.5重量份生姜油、1.5重量份十二烷基葡糖苷、0.25重量份薄荷醇、0.2重量份百里酚加入混合液中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀即得家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂。
所述改性羧甲基壳聚糖的制备方法为:将羧甲基壳聚糖加入水中以转速为150转/分搅拌10min混合均匀,其中羧甲基壳聚糖与水的质量比为1:50,再加入羧甲基壳聚糖重量6%的花青素、羧甲基壳聚糖重量0.2%的柠檬酸锌在温度为60℃以转速为150转/分搅拌反应120min,得到反应液;将反应液喷雾干燥,所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为170℃,出风温度为75℃,热风风速为3.5m3/min,供料速度为30mL/min,雾化机转速为300转/分,得到改性羧甲基壳聚糖。
实施例5
家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将55重量份乙醇加入45重量份水中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将2重量份改性羧甲基壳聚糖、0.8重量份迷迭香精油、0.8重量份薰衣草精油、0.5重量份生姜油、1.5重量份十二烷基葡糖苷、0.25重量份薄荷醇、0.16重量份厚朴酚、0.04重量份百里酚加入混合液中以转速为300转/分搅拌20min混合均匀即得家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂。家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂性能测试结果:金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径为18mm,大肠杆菌抑菌圈直径为19mm,甲醛去除率为98.4%。
所述改性羧甲基壳聚糖的制备方法为:将羧甲基壳聚糖加入水中以转速为150转/分搅拌10min混合均匀,其中羧甲基壳聚糖与水的质量比为1:50,再加入羧甲基壳聚糖重量6%的花青素、羧甲基壳聚糖重量0.2%的柠檬酸锌在温度为60℃以转速为150转/分搅拌反应120min,得到反应液;将反应液喷雾干燥,所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为170℃,出风温度为75℃,热风风速为3.5m3/min,供料速度为30mL/min,雾化机转速为300转/分,得到改性羧甲基壳聚糖。
测试例1
将实施例1-4制备的家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂性能进行测试,具体结果见表1。

由表1看出,实施例1采用改性羧甲基壳聚糖后家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂性能明显改善,其原因可能是改性后吸附、抑菌作用得到提高。

1.一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙醇加入水中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将羧甲基壳聚糖、迷迭香精油、薰衣草精油、生姜油、烷基葡糖苷、薄荷醇、抑菌剂加入混合液中搅拌混合均匀即得。
2.一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将50-60重量份乙醇加入40-50重量份水中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将1-3重量份羧甲基壳聚糖、0.5-1重量份迷迭香精油、0.5-1重量份薰衣草精油、0.3-0.7重量份生姜油、1-2重量份烷基葡糖苷、0.1-0.5重量份薄荷醇、0.1-0.4重量份抑菌剂加入混合液中搅拌混合均匀即得。
3.一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将50-60重量份乙醇加入40-50重量份水中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液;
(2)将1-3重量份改性羧甲基壳聚糖、0.5-1重量份迷迭香精油、0.5-1重量份薰衣草精油、0.3-0.7重量份生姜油、1-2重量份烷基葡糖苷、0.1-0.5重量份薄荷醇、0.1-0.4重量份抑菌剂加入混合液中搅拌混合均匀即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中搅拌的转速为200-500转/分、时间为10-30min。
5.根据权利要求3所述家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烷基葡糖苷为C6-C12烷基葡糖苷。
6.根据权利要求3所述家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抑菌剂为厚朴酚和/或百里酚。
7.根据权利要求3所述家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性羧甲基壳聚糖的制备方法为:将羧甲基壳聚糖加入水中以转速为100-200转/分搅拌5-15min混合均匀,其中羧甲基壳聚糖与水的质量比为1:(40-60),再加入羧甲基壳聚糖重量4-10%的花青素、羧甲基壳聚糖重量0.1-0.5%的柠檬酸锌在温度为50-70℃以转速为100-200转/分搅拌反应100-150min,喷雾干燥,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为160-180℃,出风温度为65-80℃,热风风速为3-5m3/min,供料速度为30-50mL/min,雾化机转速为200-500转/分。
9.一种家庭卫生用杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-8中任一项所述方法制备而成。
