本发明公开了一种长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥,包括硅藻土、高岭土、云母、四针状氧化锌晶须粉、纳米香椿木粉末、纳米白竹炭纤维粉、无机颜料和水。本发明的优点是:所得的产品能够长效抗菌及净化空气,不受光线限制,达到全天候杀菌抗甲醛降噪。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体涉及长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对生活质量及室内装饰材料要求的日益提高,功能性涂料越来越受到人们的关注。硅藻泥是在乳胶漆、壁纸之后出现的新型装饰壁材,由于原料取自硅藻,具有丰富的特性和功能。
现有的硅藻泥在应用时,会随着光线明暗的变化,功能也会有所改变,致使性能不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种性能稳定的长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥的制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是一种长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥,包括硅藻土、高岭土、云母、四针状氧化锌晶须粉、纳米香椿木粉末、纳米白竹炭纤维粉、无机颜料和水。
优选的,由以下重量份数的组分组成:硅藻土20-65份、高岭土5-10份、云母0.2-0.8份、四针状氧化锌晶须粉3-8份、纳米香椿木粉末5-15份、纳米白竹炭纤维粉2-5份、无机颜料0.1-10份和水3-10份。
优选的,由以下重量份数的组分组成:硅藻土40份、高岭土8份、云母0.5份、四针状氧化锌晶须粉5份、纳米香椿木粉末10份、纳米白竹炭纤维粉3份、无机颜料1份和水5份。
优选的,所述水为去离子水。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述硅藻泥的方法,包括以下步骤:按重量配比,将硅藻土、高岭土、云母、四针状氧化锌晶须粉、纳米香椿木粉末、纳米白竹炭纤维粉、无机颜料和水混合后,在1500℃以上的条件下烧制,然后研磨至30un以下的粉体。
优选的,所述烧制的时间为1.5-3小时。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用硅藻土、高岭土、云母、四针状氧化锌晶须粉、多功能粉末助剂、纳米香椿木粉末、纳米白竹炭纤维粉、无机颜料和水进行复配,能够长效抗菌及净化空气,不受光线限制,达到全天候杀菌抗甲醛降噪。其中,抗菌达到0级,长效净化有害物质达到100个月以上。

实施例1
一种制备所述硅藻泥的方法,包括以下步骤:按重量配比,将硅藻土65份、高岭土10份、云母0.8份、四针状氧化锌晶须粉8份、纳米香椿木粉末15份、纳米白竹炭纤维粉5份、无机颜料10份和去离子水10份混合后,在1500℃以上的条件下烧制2小时,然后研磨至30un以下的粉体。
实施例2
一种制备所述硅藻泥的方法,包括以下步骤:按重量配比,将硅藻土20份、高岭土5份、云母0.2份、四针状氧化锌晶须粉3份、纳米香椿木粉末5份、纳米白竹炭纤维粉2份、无机颜料0.1份和去离子水3份混合后,在1500℃以上的条件下烧制1.5小时,然后研磨至30un以下的粉体。
实施例3
一种制备所述硅藻泥的方法,包括以下步骤:按重量配比,将硅藻土40份、高岭土8份、云母0.5份、四针状氧化锌晶须粉5份、纳米香椿木粉末10份、纳米白竹炭纤维粉3份、无机颜料1份和去离子水5份混合后,在1500℃以上的条件下烧制3小时,然后研磨至30un以下的粉体。
上述实施例所得产品,能够长效抗菌及净化空气,不受光线限制,达到全天候杀菌抗甲醛降噪。其中,抗菌达到0级,长效净化有害物质达到100个月以上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:硅藻土20-65份、高岭土5-10份、云母0.2-0.8份、四针状氧化锌晶须粉3-8份、纳米香椿木粉末5-15份、纳米白竹炭纤维粉2-5份、无机颜料0.1-10份和水3-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:硅藻土40份、高岭土8份、云母0.5份、四针状氧化锌晶须粉5份、纳米香椿木粉末10份、纳米白竹炭纤维粉3份、无机颜料1份和水5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长效抗菌醛不受光限制的硅藻泥,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述硅藻泥的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按重量配比,将硅藻土、高岭土、云母、四针状氧化锌晶须粉、纳米香椿木粉末、纳米白竹炭纤维粉、无机颜料和水混合后,在1500℃以上的条件下烧制,然后研磨至30un以下的粉体。
6.根据权利要求5所述制备硅藻泥的方法,其特征在于,所述烧制的时间为1.5-3小时。
