随着人们生活节奏的加快和对生活品味的提高,健康问题成为人们倍加关注的问题。现代社会中,居室污染已严重威胁人类的健康。居室污染主要是指来自建筑装饰材料产生的甲醛、苯、氨、氡,尤其是传统的建筑内墙涂料因含有甲醛,对人们身体健康带来严重危害,逐渐为市场所淘汰,无毒的环保涂料则成为人们的首选。经过多年的发展,有些内墙涂料已达到国家标准,符合无毒无害涂料的要求。但是这些环保乳胶漆不能直接刷到墙上,要靠腻子作为底层,而腻子的施工过程中会加入含有甲醛的胶,装修后腻子中的甲醛缓慢挥发,同样给家庭和公共场所造成污染和伤害。

本发明防水涂料具有优异的环保性能,无毒无味,施工及施工后涂膜表面不会产生刺激性气味,对人的身体没有任何影响,绿色安全;而且具有良好的弹性、柔韧性、耐水性和防水性,该涂料原料采用水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、乙二醇叔丁基醚和聚苯胺-石墨烯空心微球、ZSM分子筛、陶瓷纤维、纳米碳酸钙、云母粉,再配合多种助剂,制备的涂料没有挥发性有机溶剂及游离甲醛,安全环保,不含有害物质,不会对人体健康造成伤害;抗老化性强,不易脱落,稳定性高。本发明的涂料制备方法简单,可以直接涂刷,操作方便,坚硬度好,使用寿命长。添加的蒜精油具有良好的抑菌、杀菌、杀病毒作用,使得涂料具有杀菌防腐的作用;ZSM分子筛、陶瓷纤维、纳米碳酸钙和云母粉配合,固化密度极高,表面光滑度极高,使空气中的灰尘无法再表面附着,美观度好。
