本发明公开了镀膜玻璃切割磨边机,它包括有外框体,外框体底部设有旋转减速机,外框体内设有直角边框,直角边框上设有上盖板,上盖板底端与直角边框上分别设有缓冲板,缓冲板上设有活动导杆,活动导杆与直角边框、上盖板连接处设有通孔,同时缓冲板上设有弹簧,外框体一侧设有砂轮,砂轮一侧设有除尘装置;该装置具有结构简单、使用安全可靠的优点,既能够有效对镀膜玻璃进行磨边处理、又能够有效避免玻璃破损、还能够收集玻璃加工时产生的废渣、提高废渣利用率。

本发明涉及玻璃切割技术领域,具体涉及镀膜玻璃切割磨边机。
背景技术
现有的镀膜玻璃磨边机械加工系统不稳定,并且操作过程中存在安全隐患,且部分玻璃在加工过程中会产生一些废渣,这些废渣不进行收集,不仅浪费了废渣利用率,还造成了恶劣的玻璃加工环境,且现有技术中,玻璃加工操作平台对玻璃的保护作用不理想,导致玻璃在加工时发生破损。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供镀膜玻璃切割磨边机。
本发明采用以下技术方案:镀膜玻璃切割磨边机,它包括有外框体,所述的外框体底部设有旋转减速机,所述的外框体内设有直角边框,所述的直角边框上设有上盖板,所述的上盖板底端与直角边框上分别设有缓冲板,所述的缓冲板上设有活动导杆,所述的活动导杆与直角边框、上盖板连接处设有通孔,同时缓冲板上设有弹簧,所述的外框体一侧设有砂轮,所述的砂轮一侧设有除尘装置。
优选地,所述的除尘装置包括有在砂轮一侧设置的收集仓,所述的收集仓上设有风机。
优选地,所述的上盖板与外框架之间设有固定板,所述的固定板两端分别设有固定螺栓。
本发明的工作原理为,该装置进行工作时,可以将多块玻璃放入到外框体内,直角边框与上盖板上设有的缓冲板可以将放入的玻璃进行固定,由于设置的缓冲板通过活动导杆可以进行前后移动可以同时将多块玻璃进行加工。开启砂轮后,同时旋转减速机带动整个外框架进行旋转移动,砂轮可以对玻璃进行自动磨边处理,在继续打磨切割产生的瞬间切割力可被缓冲板进行吸收,防止玻璃在切割中受到振动而导致破碎,从而影响产品质量,在加工过程中除尘装置可以将打磨的碎渣吸收并收集处理,防止碎渣飞溅影响工人身体健康。
本发明有益效果:该装置具有结构简单、使用安全可靠的优点,既能够有效对镀膜玻璃进行磨边处理、又能够有效避免玻璃破损、还能够收集玻璃加工时产生的废渣、提高废渣利用率。
