本发明公开了一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置,该电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置包括卸料机架、电机安装板、卸料电机、轴承安装板、卸料转轴、转轴支座、第一卸料带轮、带轮安装轴、第二卸料带轮、卸料皮带、第一连接板、第二连接板和卸料组件,卸料电机的电机轴通过联轴器驱动卸料转轴转动,卸料转轴上安装有第一卸料带轮,带轮安装轴上安装有第二卸料带轮,第一卸料带轮和第二卸料带轮通过卸料皮带连接,卸料转轴的前端通过底座与第一连接板固定,带轮安装轴的前端通过底座与第二连接板,第一连接板和第二连接板均通过铰接销与卸料组件的卸料安装板活动连接。通过上述方式,本发明结构紧凑,能够替代人工自动卸料,节约劳动力。

本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置。
背景技术
电磁阀是电磁控制的工业设备,是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,现有的电磁阀主要是采用人工装配作业或分流水线的方式进行安装作业,其自动化程度不高,电磁阀组装难度系数大,人工装配存在人为因素,容易出现不良品,而且装配周期长、效率低和成本高,有鉴于此,基于现有技术的缺陷和不足,设计出一款电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置,结构紧凑,能够替代人工自动卸料,节约劳动力,降低了生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置,该电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置包括卸料机架、电机安装板、卸料电机、轴承安装板、卸料转轴、转轴支座、第一卸料带轮、带轮安装轴、第二卸料带轮、卸料皮带、第一连接板、第二连接板和卸料组件,所述卸料机架上平板上安装有竖直的电机安装板,电机安装板上安装有卸料电机,卸料机架上平板上还安装有竖直轴承安装板,卸料转轴穿过轴承安装板且两端插装于转轴支座上,转轴支座固定于卸料机架的上平板上,卸料电机的电机轴通过联轴器驱动卸料转轴转动,卸料转轴上安装有第一卸料带轮,带轮安装轴通过轴承插装于轴承安装板上,带轮安装轴上安装有第二卸料带轮,第一卸料带轮和第二卸料带轮通过卸料皮带连接,卸料转轴的前端通过底座与第一连接板固定,带轮安装轴的前端通过底座与第二连接板,第一连接板和第二连接板均通过铰接销与卸料组件的卸料安装板活动连接;
优选的是,所述卸料组件还包括卸料连接板、卸料滑台气缸、卸料升降板、卸料平夹气缸和卸料夹爪,所述卸料安装板前侧面安装有卸料连接板,卸料连接板的侧板上安装有卸料滑台气缸,卸料滑台气缸的滑台上安装有卸料升降板,卸料升降板侧面安装有两个卸料平夹气缸,卸料平夹气缸上下位置相对,卸料平夹气缸的两个夹臂上均安装有卸料夹爪。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置,结构紧凑,能够替代人工自动卸料,节约劳动力,降低了生产成本。

所述卸料组件5313还包括卸料连接板53132、卸料滑台气缸53133、卸料升降板53134、卸料平夹气缸53135和卸料夹爪53136,所述卸料安装板53131前侧面安装有卸料连接板53132,卸料连接板53132的侧板上安装有卸料滑台气缸53133,卸料滑台气缸53133的滑台上安装有卸料升降板53134,卸料升降板53134侧面安装有两个卸料平夹气缸53135,卸料平夹气缸53135上下位置相对,卸料平夹气缸53135的两个夹臂上均安装有卸料夹爪53136。
本发明电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的卸料装置,结构紧凑,能够替代人工自动卸料,节约劳动力,降低了生产成本。
