背景技术
喉部或气管的黏膜受刺激时迅速吸气，随即强烈地呼气，声带振动发声，这种现象叫咳嗽，是一种保护性的反射动作，也是某些疾病的症状。咳嗽是人体清除呼吸道内的分泌物或异物的保护性呼吸反射动作。虽然有其有利的一面，但剧烈长期咳嗽可导致呼吸道出血。
中医认为，咳嗽是因外感六淫，脏腑内伤，影响于肺所致有声有痰之症。因外邪犯肺，或脏腑内伤，累及于肺所致风寒侵袭，肺气失于宣降所致。风寒咳嗽表现：痰多色稀白，呈泡沫状，喉间有痰声，易咳出，且头痛，鼻塞，流清涕，或伴有怕冷、畏寒，无汗，舌淡红，苔薄白，脉浮紧；风热咳嗽：风热犯肺，入里化热，热灼津液，痰色黄稠，量少，干咳无痰或咳痰不爽，咽干疼痛，声音嘶哑，喉痒欲咳，口渴，常伴有发热、头痛、头晕、舌红、苔薄黄、脉浮或浮数；脾虚咳嗽：久咳伤及脾胃，咳嗽痰多，色白多沫，神倦无力，饮食衰弱，大便溏稀，舌质淡，苔白润，脉沉细无力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗风热咳嗽的连母桑菊口服液及其制备方法，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
连母桑菊口服液，它是由以下重量份的原料组成：菊花100份、杏仁180份、桑叶180份、薄荷80份、川贝母120份、麦冬120份、连翘150份、芦根120份、桔梗80份。
连母桑菊口服液的制备方法是：
（1）．取菊花、薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏，收集蒸馏液150ml,备用；
（2）．取菊花、薄荷的药渣加其余7味，混匀，加水煎煮二次，每次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，浓缩至与药材重量比为1：1；
（3）．浓缩液中加入乙醇，使含醇量达70%，静置24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，并浓缩至无醇味；
（4）．再加入蔗糖及苯甲酸钠，煮沸，静置，滤过；
（5）．加入上述蒸馏液，至3000 ml，混匀，滤过，灌封，灭菌，即得连母桑菊口服液。
本发明的中药药理如下：
菊花：苦，辛，平。【归经】归肺、肝经。【功效】清热解毒；疏风平肝。用于: 疔疮，痈疽，丹毒，湿疹，皮炎，风热感冒，咽喉肿痛，高血压病。
杏仁：苦、微温、小毒。【归经】归心、肺、胃经。【功效】祛痰止咳，平喘，润肠，下气开痹。用于：咳嗽气喘，胸满痰多，血虚津枯，肠燥便秘。
桑叶：苦，甘，微寒。【归经】归肺、肝经。【功效】疏散风热，清肺润燥，清肝明目。用于：风热感冒，肺热燥咳，头晕头痛，目赤昏花。
薄荷：辛、凉。【归经】归肺、肝经。【功效】发散风热、清利头目，利咽，透疹。用于：风热表证，头痛目赤，咽喉肿痛，麻疹不透，风疹瘙痒。
川贝母：苦、甘、寒。【归经】归肺、心经。【功效】清热化痰，开郁散结。用于：风热、燥热或痰热咳嗽，瘰疬，瘿瘤，疮痈肿毒，肺痈。

连翘：苦、凉。【归经】归心、肝、胆经。【功效】清热，解毒，散结，消肿。用于：温热，丹毒，斑疹，痈疡肿毒，瘰疬，小便淋闭。
芦根：甘、寒。【归经】归肺、胃经。【功效】清热生津，除烦，止呕，利尿。用于：热病烦渴，胃热呕吐，肺热咳嗽，肺痈吐脓，热淋涩痛。
桔梗：苦、辛、平。【归经】归肺经。【功效】宣肺，利咽，祛痰，排脓。用于：咳嗽痰多，胸闷不畅，咽痛，音哑，肺痈吐脓，疮疡脓溃。
本发明的有益效果是：清热化痰，润肺止燥，治疗风热咳嗽。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
连母桑菊口服液，它是由以下重量份的原料组成：菊花100份、杏仁180份、桑叶180份、薄荷80份、川贝母120份、麦冬120份、连翘150份、芦根120份、桔梗80份。
连母桑菊口服液的制备方法是：
（1）．取菊花、薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏，收集蒸馏液150ml,备用；
（2）．取菊花、薄荷的药渣加其余7味，混匀，加水煎煮二次，每次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，浓缩至与药材重量比为1：1；
（3）．浓缩液中加入乙醇，使含醇量达70%，静置24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，并浓缩至无醇味；
（4）．再加入蔗糖及苯甲酸钠，煮沸，静置，滤过；
（5）．加入上述蒸馏液，至3000 ml，混匀，滤过，灌封，灭菌，即得连母桑菊口服液。
Claims (2)
1.连母桑菊口服液，其特征在于，它是由以下重量份的原料组成：菊花100份、杏仁180份、桑叶180份、薄荷80份、川贝母120份、麦冬120份、连翘150份、芦根120份、桔梗80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连母桑菊口服液，其特征在于，其制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）．取菊花、薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏，收集蒸馏液150ml,备用；
（2）．取菊花、薄荷的药渣加其余7味，混匀，加水煎煮二次，每次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，浓缩至与药材重量比为1：1；
（3）．浓缩液中加入乙醇，使含醇量达70%，静置24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，并浓缩至无醇味；
（4）．再加入蔗糖及苯甲酸钠，煮沸，静置，滤过；
（5）．加入上述蒸馏液，至3000 ml，混匀，滤过，灌封，灭菌，即得连母桑菊口服液。
