3)取洗净并削去果皮、果核的雪梨,将其切成小块,加水煎煮1-3小时,过滤,将滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.18-1.32的雪梨膏;
4)将雪梨膏加入步骤2)制得的浓缩液中,再加入红糖,搅拌均匀,静置8-24小时,过滤,将滤液煮沸,待冷却后密封保存即可。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有止咳疗效的中药组合物,其特征在于,按照质量百分数的原料包括百合干25-45%、红糖5-15%、陈皮10-25%、鲜枇杷叶8-20%、菊花3-8%、莲子3-12%、半夏3-7%、雪梨膏10-25%、苦杏仁5-12%和姜2-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有止咳疗效的中药组合物,其特征在于,按照质量百分数的原料包括百合干30-40%、红糖5-10%、陈皮15-25%、鲜枇杷叶8-14%、菊花3-6%、莲子3-8%、半夏3-5%、雪梨膏12-18%、苦杏仁5-8%和姜2-3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有止咳疗效的中药组合物,其特征在于,按照质量百分数的原料包括百合干32%、红糖7%、陈皮18%、鲜枇杷叶9%、菊花4%、莲子4%、半夏3%、雪梨膏15%、苦杏仁5%和姜3%。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的具有止咳疗效的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)首先对各原料进行挑选,除去杂质;
2)按比例称取除杂后的百合干、红糖、陈皮、鲜枇杷叶、菊花、莲子、半夏、雪梨膏、苦杏仁和姜,分别采用体积浓度为69-78%的乙醇溶液对称取好的百合干、陈皮、鲜枇杷叶、菊花、莲子、半夏、苦杏仁和姜进行浸提,浸提次数为3次,第一次浸提时间为2-3天,第二次和第三次浸提时间均为1-2天,收集浸提液,回收乙醇,将浸提液浓缩至0.1-0.3倍体积的浓缩液;
3)取洗净并削去果皮、果核的雪梨,将其切成小块,加水煎煮1-3小时,过滤,将滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.18-1.32的雪梨膏;
4)将雪梨膏加入步骤2)制得的浓缩液中,再加入红糖,搅拌均匀,静置8-24小时,过滤,将滤液煮沸,待冷却后密封保存即可。
